On June 16, 2011, you signed a Retail Installment Sales Contract (“Contract”) for the purchase of the 2007 Chevrolet Equinox in the amount of $17,446.00 at an interest rate of 13.95%. Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in 72 monthly installments in the amount of $361.11 per month, beginning on July 31, 2011. It is important to understand that this contract is a simple interest contract, meaning that interest is accrued daily on the unpaid portion of the Amount Financed. In review of the account activity and payment history, more of your monthly payments were applied to accrued interest due to payments being made after the scheduled due date which resulted in the unpaid principal balance that remains today.
Please note that throughout the time that the account has been active, six deferments have been processed per your request for the months of August and September of 2012, November and December of 2013, and July and August of 2014. Deferments are used to assist customers in bringing their accounts current. Please understand that deferred and delinquent payments cause additional interest to accrue. After thoroughly researching your account payment record it has been determined that all payments have been applied accordingly.
For your review, a detailed payment history, copy of your retail installment contract and the last five billing statements will be sent by mail to your address of record. Please be advised that GM Financial has submitted an update and forwarded the proper documentation to all three major credit bureaus to remove the delinquency reports. Please allow 30-45 days for this information to update and reflect accordingly. Please also understand that any additional disputes submitted through the credit bureaus prior to these changes updating, may cause the credit agencies to void the update submitted by GM Financial.
At your previous request, the overage amount paid on the account was reversed and applied to your new lease account. I am rejecting this response because: Is there anything that you can do to assist me trying to get my loan paid off as you have gotten A lot money from my loan than what I originally borrowed when I purchased the car, even if you could just waive the late fees that have accrued the account and make me current so I can have a fresh start with the remaining of my loan.  I would greatly appreciate this help.  Thanks

The daily charges against me were never reveled to me until March 2014.   First of all I made all my payments on or soon after the day of my paycheck. You can see this in my payment history. When I started getting calls because my due date was on the 9th of the month and I was making my payments on the 20th No one ever told me of these charges only that, No Mr James your not technically late and no you will not be reported as late to the credit bureaus and as long as your not late and you will be charged no late fees. So of course I was always encouraged to pay when I could after the due date that way you make the most money and as far as I know I am doing OK because I have no marks against my credit and no late charges. So finally someone with a concern contacted around March 2014 and said No sir you have no late pays fees and no marks against your credit but paying after the due date is building up charges that will cost you at the end.So at that time I made arrangements to pay over my normal amount for several payments and get ahead of my due date. You can see my payment history after June 2014 that I was always 10 to 15 days early and thats how its been since then.  There was one employment change in 2012 that was the deferment request due to changes in my payment schedule. I was never advised that these deferments were a bad thing against me just that I may pay like $200 extra at the end of the loan.And yes I received the notice in 2015 that my last payment would be more than normal. NOT THAT IT WOULD BE $1140.00 MORE!!!   So as far as I knew I was doing well with the loan throughout the whole loan. Why? Because I had no late pays on my credit and no late charges.  I had no Idea you had charged me over $1100 due at the end of the loan and within 30 days. I Was always told by your people as long as I payed before it was actually late everything would be ok.

I am rejecting this response because: GM financial has only sent April 2016 through December 2016. As I've illustrated over numerous phone calls which obviously go unheard is I need the tax billing from January 2016-April 2016 when I lived in Hampton county. The amount billed was $475 when the city said it should've been less by a $150. What has been attach in their response is what I've agreed was correct over the call. Please get me the correct tax form or explain what the $475 paid in November was for...
