I was in fact blocked from using the website for payment When I would log in it would get an error code that stated: Due to the account status, your account has been blocked It was not from a log in error, because since my complaint I have attempted logging in and miracously I suddenly have access I want a formal apology and a guarantee this error will not happen again

I received a check today from GM financial and I believe it came in yesterdayGM financial is really annoying and that office ought to be closed down for goodI’m really tired of their delay tactic GM is playing with meThis company issued a check with my ex-husband name on it when they knew we have been divorced, my ex-husband never paid for my vehicle and all the payments have been coming to them from my account and even the bank verification I faxed to GM was my account with only my name on it and even the billing statement has been my name onlyDid they see my ex-husband name from the account the money came from? I’m returning back the check with next day delivery to be corrected because my ex- husband and I were not making the car paymentI have not been with my ex-husband since Thank you
I did ask for a deferment in September , that is why I contacted your officeI was never sent to a manager as well for a approval I was just told no by a representative I also contacted you guys after .

I am rejecting this response because: Your system has generated incorrectly over and over My payment for was never late but yet you still stating in your message that I was lateI have spoken with many Reps all confirmed my payment for November was not late nor DecemberI hope this new system is fixed and will not cause anymore incorrect delinquent notices
