I am rejecting this response because:The Hampton city tax sheet for is not ledgable and the total listed isn't what I was charged from GMI paid 473.and changeI'm in the Hampton city office now and they said I should've been charged I can't accept this being resolved until I see something that is readable and identifies to my truck and not anotherThe one thing I can read are dollar totals and it doesn't match my charge from GM financial.

I am rejecting this response because:My house payment became late due to GM financial withdrawing $from my account when I instructed not to do soI needed that money as part of my house paymentAbout a year ago my daughter had the same experience with this companyObviously this is common practiceI am still requesting to be refunded for this late fee as it occured resulting from money that should have never been withdrawn from my accountAlso, customer service is aweful! I never received any follow up that was promised to me from GM financial until the Revdex.com inquired.

I am rejecting this response because: GM Financial received funds from me which were lost for weeksI have yet to receive an explanation for how this happenedPersonally, I feel that the credit should remain on my account and the money should be refunded to meMore importantly, I hope this response serves as a warning to other consumersThis situation cost me time, interrupted multiple work weeks, and elevated my anxiety to a terrifying degreeI felt helpless throughout the entire experienceUltimately, a corporation took money from me and failed to provide the purchased service (lease account credit) for weeksThere was nothing I could do and no way to hold them accountableI did not feel like resolving the issue was a priority for GM Financial

Thank you for the response but unfortunately GM Financial has not reported truthful or accurate information to the credit agencies I have provided an accurate timeline in my previous response and have not been given any information on why my confirmed recurring payment was cancelled and why I was not informed of this in order to correct the mistake made by GM Financial Based on GM Financials statement and by several customer service representatives at GM Financial there was a mistake made that cancelled recurring payments If it was not your mistake, then why were my late fees waived? I was never charged a late fee and set up a recurring payment for a second time as soon as I knew my payments were not going through I was assured several times before this that the recurring payment problem was resolved but obviously this was not the case It was clear that I made several attempts to make sure my payments were set up correctly but there was miscommunication with GM customer service representatives and some internal problems with the system
