Once again I faxed the letter from dealerThis will be Th attempt to reach your companyI cannot believe how much of a struggle this is to get a fax to your companySo far your company has poor business practices especially in the communication

I do want to add however that the fact that when I go to make a payment due it makes no sense why it wouldn't show the amount that is owedEVERY other creditor I have bills with ALWAYS shows the amount due when I go to make a payment online
Also just want to add the fact that the customer service I dealt with while calling GM was so unprofessional and I will never do business with GM in the future once this lease is up

I am rejecting this response because: The point is that the policy of holding perfectly verified and good funds for days is unacceptable. Having me contact a huge company in order to get the front and back copy of a check that GM Finance received and deposited is a stalling tactic. GM already has the front and back of the check. I'll write my congressman as this is a ridiculous and unfair business practice. The funds have been verified and cleared, and this is a way for GM to earn interest on my money

On July 13, 2016, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal lawsThe state of Michigan does not require a cure period or notice of repossession be mailed prior to repossession to the buyer, only the co-buyer

I am rejecting this response because:This is a completely different response from what I received from customer service at GM Financial earlier today The responses I received varied from another 2-weeks before a check will be mailed out and then another 7-days before I would receive it all the way out to another 30-days before the check would be mailed out At no point today was I told that a check would be mailed out today April 20, Somebody is lying to me.
