I am rejecting this response because:I sent my bank account statement as requested over a week ago and was told I would receive a refund in 3-business daysI got a call the next day saying I needed to still fax it inI told them that the fax machine was unresponsive for tries so they had me email it, and they then said that they haven't checked the email where I sent it yet and that they would get back to me that afternoon with a update callI never received a call backI was originally told that my account was under refund review for 60-days, so this response is not news, nor is it a resolution

??? I am very confused? You just reject what I am pointing out?Here is the law as the way that I understand it based on what I have read.What the Debt Collector Must Include in its CommunicationUnder the FDCPA, a communication from a debt collector must meaningfully disclose the identity of the debt collector and provide what is called a “mini-Miranda” warningThe communication must: identify the debt collector (name, employer, and telephone number) state that the communication is an attempt to collect a debt, and state that any information obtained will be used for that purpose.GM Financial is claiming they are leaving me messages but they do not fit this mold or the mold that they themselves put forth when they originally called me asking for my money from my insurance company The messages they leave and I have several copies now only includes the persons name a phone number along with a time to call back.I asked them about this law on the phone and now through this venue Is there not an answer for this? Did they actually do what they are allowed to do?It is a very sad day when a company like this has the ability to help one of their customers at no cost to themselves and they choose not to Then on top of that when you add this practice how would anyone know more than I did?I will not be ok with this ruling without understanding this law and if it is being broken or not. I am rejecting this response because: no one reached out to me and the gesture isn’t big enough I received a bill for $$and it was cut to $ Based on my conversation with a Chevrolet service specialist I anticipated, at the most $in damage to the car that would’ve been cut in half by the $damage waiver I received for purchasing the new car

I am rejecting this response because: Notice was never sent to me or receivedGM Financial has refused to provide proof of notice being sent on 12/18/This noitice was allegedly sent prior to any enhancements made on the GM Financial system which have absolutely nothing to do with me or negates GM Financial of their legal responsibility of providing said notice even after GM Financial called me on 12/BEFORE their subsequent system shut down and was told by me that notice had NEVER arrivedAnd that conversation was recorded and authorized for being recorded by GM Financial rep *** ***I will be contacting the Illinois States Attorney Office as well as a private lawyer because no notice was sent in accordance to Illinois Repossession LawAnd GM Financial has refused to provide a tracking number of the notice or any other documentation to provide the whereabouts of the notice ssupposedly sent on 12/18/The system shutdown is the companies issue not mineGM Financial should have had other alternative measures put in place to handle any issues that were to arise during the shutdown which concluded on 1/8/and not 1/5/as they stated in their notices to their customers.
