report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the account and credit agencies
In regards to the financing, GM Financial is an indirect lender and all loan/lease approvals are done at the dealership

Empathy does not solve my issue AT ALL! I wonder if anyone else has had the same problem but I'm more than sure I'm not the only oneSo much technology available these days you mean to tell me you don't have a system in place to assist when something like this happens, whether it be the consumers fault or your own and in this case it's BOTH. I'll admit my faults but I'm still waiting on the company to admit theirs, but oh that's right they can'tWhy is that, because they don't record their phone callsI had a phone call that I wanted pulled and was told it wasn't available because it wasn't recordedNow see I have a problem with that, how am I going to "show" you where you all opened your mouths twice and made a mistakeI explained to them don't talk to me like everyone in your company is perfectAdmit that mistakes happen, tell me that yes they may have told you what you're saying MsHowardNope, nothing of the sort, instead you want to tell me "based on the notes". To my recollection you are depending on a human being to recall the facts of a phone call as best as they canWell there is ALWAYS room for human error, again I admit mine...when are you going to admit yours??? On April 3, you entered into a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) with Gerry Lane Chevrolet for the Chevrolet MalibuGM Financial employees were not present at Gerry Lane Chevrolet (“Dealer”) during the signing of the contract and GM Financial was not an original contracting party in any agreements between the two partiesThe contract was subsequently assigned to GM Financial
The “Notice of Right to Redeem or Reinstate” and the “Notice of Our Plan to Sell Property” were mailed to your address of record on September 8, These notices explained that you would be required to pay the difference between the amount you owed to GM Financial and the amount the vehicle sold for, plus expenses if you opted not to redeem/reinstate the vehicleAfter the sale of the vehicle at auction, a “Deficiency Calculation” letter was mailed to your address of record on February 11, to inform you of the remaining balance owed
