I am rejecting this response because:
My problem with this is the fact I was unaware of what happens with leftover interest at the end of a loanThey are counting me late for something that hadn't even been established yetMy regular payment was $They are listing a late payment in the amount of $It appears on my credit that I couldn't even make the payment on time of $My payment was $for the entire length of this loanFor the past year I was never lateTrying to establish my creditThe new loan was not even established at the time they are saying the $was lateSo how can they claim at that time $was late when we hadn't even made that new payment agreement All of this is totally wrong. If they wanted to report me late on the 4th it should be reported that I was late in the amount of $2,or whatever the full amount they say I should payNot $that wasn't even establishedThis needs removed I know I'm speaking for someone else but even the finance officer at *** *** agreed this is not rightHe even said GM Financial does some shady thingsI hope this can put a stop to them doing this to others as wellThank you so much.

Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following informationOn December 13, 2013, you signed a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) for the purchase of the referenced Chevrolet Cruze. Within
the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in monthly installments in the amount of $per month, beginning on January 27, By defaulting on the installment payments, you broke the terms of this contract resulting in the repossession of the vehicle on December 18, and April 28, 2015.On December 18, the account was placed out for repossessionOn the date of repossession this account was delinquent for the required monthly installments of October, November and December. GM financial agreed to allow the unit to be reinstated once payment was received to bring the past due balance to a current statusSince the reinstatement in January our records indicate that a payment in the amount of $was received on April 17, 2015; however, on April 24, the payment was reversed and returned due to Non-Sufficient fundsAs a result the account remained delinquent for the required monthly installments of February, March and AprilPlease note that GM Financial places a high priority on adhering to all state and federal lawsThe state of Louisiana does not require cure period or notice of repossession be mailed prior to repossessionOn April 27, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was over days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal laws GM Financial funded the purchase of this vehicle in good faith that all contractual repayment obligations would be honored. Repossession is always unfortunate; however, at this time, we are unable to oblige your request to credit the account or reinstate the vehicle. As outlined on page of your contract, if you choose not to redeem the unit, the Chevrolet Cruze will be sold at auctionUpon the sale of the vehicle, we will apply the money from the sale to the amount you owe after subtracting allowed expensesIf the money from the sale is not enough to pay the amount you owe, you must pay the remaining amount to GM Financial unless the law provides otherwise. A copy of your account payment history and contract has been included for your review. If you elect to redeem the vehicle or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####Sincerely, GM Financial

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. GM Financial would like my account number. I am sending this through you to forward to them. My account number is ***. The last four digits of my SSS # are ***. Please let them know that I do not want any information that tells me that I need to take another step to get my car title which is what I have been given for the past months. It was paid off through them and I never received it, DMV in California never received it and it is not at the WV DMV. They should have it and I would like for them to send it to me.

October 8, 2015 Re: Complaint ID: *** *** Dear Ms*** Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.comI have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer you the following information. GM Financial is unable to accept direct payoffs for
leased vehicles in the State of Florida; therefore, a third party, like Innovative Funding Services (“IFS”), is used to facilitate cash and third party financing transactions as well as to assist with indirect financing options for GM Financial lessees. We apologize that you have had a poor experience with Innovative Funding Services during the process of purchasing your leased vehicle. As IFS is an independent third party company, GM Financial is unable to determine what occurred between Vystar Credit Union and IFS to cause a delay in the payoff of your lease account; and as a result, GM Financial has submitted a request to the credit bureau reporting agencies to remove the negative reporting in September of Please allow 30-days for the credit bureau reporting agencies to reflect this update. GM Financial did not receive the payoff for your lease account until October 6, and your lease account is now closed Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Lease Servicing at *** Sincerely,GM Financial
