I am rejecting this response because:I have been told several times that my acct is being corrected after review indicating the new system prevents them from transferring my payment to correct account However I’m still receiving collection calls if the account is being worked why can’t the collection calls stop I don’t believe anything is being done

leased vehicles in the State of Florida; therefore, a third party, like Innovative Funding Services (“IFS”), is used to facilitate cash and third party financing transactions as well as to assist with indirect financing options for GM Financial lessees. We apologize that you have had a poor experience with Innovative Funding Services during the process of purchasing your leased vehicle. As IFS is an independent third party company, GM Financial is unable to determine what occurred between Vystar Credit Union and IFS to cause a delay in the payoff of your lease account; and as a result, GM Financial has submitted a request to the credit bureau reporting agencies to remove the negative reporting in September of Please allow 30-days for the credit bureau reporting agencies to reflect this update. I am rejecting this response because: My credit score has dropped 60points in the process of you all not reporting to the credit bureausI tried to get a loan for a house and was denied because the report came back stating I was payments behind on a car note that you all received money forYou all need to forgive my loan and send me the title for the vehicleYou have ruined my credit score and the only solution you think you’re going to do is send my payment to the credit bureauThat’s not solving anything because that’s what was in my contract I signedWas for you all to report my payments to the credit bureau monthly not whenever you all felt like itI have already told you all the outcome that I wantI have been calling you all for the last months asking to correct my payments and none of your managers did anythingBertha, Sam, Ryan or ThomasI spoke to several people who said they are sending reports to get it resolved and here we are nowSend me the title for my vehicle and forgive the loan. You are wrong on both counts. When I signed my new car deal, I released all interest in both the Chevy Cruze being financed and the GM financial account. It is now in the hands of *** *** Chevrolet, and I am NOT responsible any longer.I cannot believe you don't hear a single word I'm saying.If you say I'm not being billed two months ahead, then why does the online payment system show two months due and not one month??If what you said WAS true, then the amount for February ONLY would show due, and not February AND March. Don't you get it?? Are you that stupid?What I saw was a bill for two months? I cannot believe your company is that stupid.Anyway, I am so glad not be a part of it any longer, and my mission in life is to steer everyone away from GM at all costs so they don't have to go through this. Until GM Financial updates their online billing process, they are going to continue to infuriate customers like me and lose business. It is clear to me that GM financial does not realize their error and is only concerned in their self-interests and just hates their customers.All emotions aside, GM Financial needs to completely revamp their online billing system to show only the current month due. If it is even one day past the due date, that does not give GM the right to automatically slap another month due onto the current month. As I have already said ten times, when I went to make my February payment on February 3, it said the amount due was $664. That's TWO months, and that's what I SAW. GM can explain it a hundred different ways but it still does not change the fact that I'm right. If they were right, I would agree with them, and only one month would show due.I am convinced now that the GM financial is quite insane. GM products, like my new Camaro, are the best, but their financing is horrible, and that's why I bought my way out of the contract. It was better before when they had payment books

Our records indicate that on April 19, 2018, the paid in full letter, a release of lien and motor vehicle title were mailed to your address on file Please be advised, an additional release of lien and paid in full letter was sent via regular mail to your address on May 21,
Unfortunately, GM Financial is unable to provide an additional title as the original title was mailed to you on April 19, Please contact the Kentucky Department of Motor vehicles and provide the required documentation in order to request a duplicate title
On May 16, 2018, GM Financial submitted an update to the credit reporting agencies regarding the current status of your account to reflect paid in full We have mailed a copy of a credit rating letter for your review

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response.Thank you for giving me the same information that you have already given me multiple times but I don't think you are understanding my situationI made one November payment (on 11/30/18) but your company TRIED TO TAKE OUT MORE PAYMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT, after 11/30/WITHOUT MY CONSENTMy account was over drafted once on 12/1/by GM Financial due to insufficient funds before I put a stop payment (on 12/5/18) before the second transaction attempted to come out of my account (it was pending on 12/4/18)I have sent a money order to your business yesterday afternoon, GM should receive either 3/10/or 3/12/in the amount of $(which I would like refunded for the errors made by GM)This amount was the payoff amount I was given since that is all I owe to GMHowever my account says I now owe monthly payments on 3/20/(screen shots are attached)This should not be correct since my bank has already paid GM off for my car when refinanced. Dealing with GM has been such a hassleI have been in contact with multiple people who cannot tell me why GM tried to take out payments of $from my account AFTER my payment on 11/30/was made.
