Hello, this order was placed with our company through our

within 15 business days which is the maximum amount of days under the standard
production time frame of 6-15 business days as stated in our terms and conditions as...

order and has not contacted us with any issues regarding the product they received.
Order was shipped via [redacted] We do apologize for not shipping the order with the expedited option selected, but we did reimburse the customer for those rush shipping charges. If the customer does not want the
product, we ask that they return it in full for a refund. We have already issued the refund of $72.80 and it should have reflected on the customer's account. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I have attached a screenshot of the order I am disputing.  In it, my order number is clearly seen at the end of the URL.  As I have indicated by the red arrows, 24HourWristbands claims that standard production time is six days.  I can find nowhere a statement that standard production is 7-15 days, as their reply to my complaint claims.  It is simply misleading, and I am shocked at their response thus far.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].While they did ship me the product, I did not have any choice but to receive it because of their non-existent customer service.I emailed them twice to cancel my full order to which they ignored.I called them about 8 times throughout the day to which their line was busy.On one occasion I was able to get on a call queue and after waiting 20 minutes I received a busy signal.Yet, I was able to get in touch with their sales department easily, but they refused to help me cancel my order or contact the correct people.As I stated in my complaint, this is an unethical company that should be forced to provide FULL pricing before a customer approves an order.

To the company;While you can feel that these actions were "premature and unnecessary" your customer service is lousy and multiple times I have tried to reach out to you, and two tickets later and many waisted minutes on the phone. I  have been hung up on and only now have you resolved my sitution.  THis was a last stitch efforrt since I could not get anyone, or a direct answer in my tickets.  It took you 10 days to even come to me that my order couldn't be handlds, when by then I should of already had the items. Look at your Facebook somtime and read your reviews, I'm also not the only one that has has to go this route to get your attention.
