I've had many thing from Aarons, and went through a time when I couldn't afford hardly anythingThey helped me out through my hard times and good timesThey have been amazing to me and my family always had a good word for usI was in their today to upgrade my computer and came out once "again" a happy customerI'm am very happy with my results with my product and services receivedIn the end I couldn't ask for a better business to help me and my family with furniture and electronics

I moved from TX to CO, and needed to get washer and dryer and saw a beautiful TV that had the advertising on it that said that it could be purchased at a month lease, with payments of $120/mo for just the TV, or buy it outright in monthsI knew that I would be paying the price of the TV plus interest but thought it was fair to pay $at the end of a yearWell I moved from CO to LA and was told that I couldn't take the TV out of state but that I could use their Lifetime Transfer, which would give me credit for what I paid and continue to pay at the same rate for the same or a similar TV, I didn't need the washer and dryer because I had mine when my wife came up from TX when the house soldSo I went to Aaron's here in LA and informed them of this and knew I had a couple of payments to finish my year contractSo after paying my 12th payment I stopped paying

I ordered some furniture online from Aarons they checked my references and said I was approvedI went into my local store upon their request to provide my debit card and ID which they then set me up with a delivery dateI then threw away my old furniture at this point it has been a week since my online application and appoval 3days before my scheduled delivery they call to inform me I had two options either I get a cosigner or make a bigger deposit (1,071) to get my furniture.....they were rude and lacked consideration....if I had over to purchase furniture why would I give it to them to rent makes no sense I would never recommend them oh and they had the nerve to call and tell me I'm behind on my payment for furniture I never received

I have informed Aarons since 7/3/that my oven door needed repair since I have the warranty thru Aarons and my item has yet to be paid off I requested this through the Aarons on Wheeler Road, Central Islip, NYI also purchase and pay for the Extended Warranty to cover all my products purchased through AaronsOn 7/3, I was advised by the person who came to repair my oven that he had to return to the store and could not fix the doorAfter not returning on 7/and my appointment being ignored with no phone call or no one coming to my home even after being placed in the schedule book I filed my 1st complaint and Nia the regional manager contacted me and advised that someone from Aarons will come to my home on 7/After that date I was informed that they had to outsource the repair to AllPro and register the product with Frigidaire, after a Month on 8/I called Frigidaire for status and was told NO ONE from Aarons called to register the productI, Myself went to register the product and called AllPro to try to schedule an appoint and was then told by AllPro that NO one from Aarons called them because if they did they would know that AllPro does NOT SERVICE the Brentwood AreaI am very UPSET since I have to do all the work to have my own items repaired when I am making my payments and also am paying for an EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!! How is it that when it is time to make a payment Aaron calls me 5-times a day even when I make payments onlineWhen I told that to Aarons in Central Islip, I was told what does that matter one has nothing to do with the otherI find that this has been the worst experience ever I have a Family gathering on SEPT 1stVery Important and I do not have an oven for Over a month trying to just cook on a stove is somewhat very difficult with childrenas to my 2nd complaint on 8/no one has even bother to call me not even the regional managerMy 2nd Complaint number is *** and the 1st complaint number is #***I hope to have this resolved ASAP

The GM and Sales Manager answered every question I had when I called before I drove all the way thereThey both were extremely polite and respectfulTheir footwork made my trip extremely quick and easyI spent minimal time in the store and couldn't be happier with my merchandiseAnd the delivery drivers were just as courteous and helpful when they delivered my merchandiseThey made sure they set it up for me and went over all the information about the merchandise to make sure I understood how it worksThe whole staff was just absolutely wonderfulI am overly satisfied with my experience

Aarons caused damaged to my home and refuse to pay
Upon delivery Aarons damaged my front door and refuse to replace itThey offered a $credit to the account when the door cost now making threats to take us to court because they don't want to pay for my door but want the products backInstead of replacing the door or giving a actual credit they threaten usI have no issue paying for the product once the door is taken care of as it was there employee that caused the damage

We were told over and over it would be fixed and never had been and they harass every reference if I don't mAke it in the day payment is due
There are loose threads on the ends of the arms of couch and chair the back of the couch has a huge line in it they had hidden at the store when we first seen it but as soon as we did they said they would send someone right out then the guy gets there months later says it's unacceptable and he would replace the whole back of the couch and haven't heard anything else I still make my regular payment as I agreed to do so why can't they keep up their end of the agreement

I have rented products from Aaron's and the products I received are not fully functional and/or damagedI have asked for a replacement several times and they always state I will receive a newer productI never receive itThis has been going on for months nowThey are demanding payment and I'm not going to continue paying for damaged equipmentSomething needs to be done!!!

Very poorly ran companyDid receive all I purchased then wanted to charge to send to mePayments not applied correctly then takes forever to correct the payment so you can't pay off early and then they want to charge you twice the price of the itemManagers say they are helping you and make deals with you and your item is paid off then you receive letters saying they are taking you to collections and ruin your credit and you were told it was paid offI have never been screwed over so badlyAll they do is lie
