Improper install of merchandise, not willing to make necessary repairs as a result
On 9/a front loader washer was delivered to my home, after use it was noted of water coming from washer which flowed from my kitchen into my living room area, I notified mgr on that day rep came out on 9/stated did not know where water was coming from, there was standing water in my home after rep left from washer running after rep stated no noticeable leaks, on 9/I called back spoke with asst mgr informed of foul odor and water in carpet area and that I witnessed water coming from the washer, asst mgr stated he would have a rep come out to pick up washer to insp btwn 3-7, I stayed hm until 7:20pm, no one showed upOn 9/I ** spoke with asst mgr again expressed frustration that no one showed up and that odor is progressing and water has saturated carpet area, he stated that at best he could pick up washer have it insp, and place a svc ticket in which in about days he could possibly get a

Where do I begin? Well I ordered some stuff form them, they sent the wrong thing, which is okay since the payment was only going to be a little bit more a month and I liked it too, but then the problems beganI had a debit card on file and had it on AutoDraft so that it would come out of my account automaticallyThen I had a problem with my account and had to swap to another account so I called them and asked them to please take my card off file so that it did not get charged like that againThe next month I went into the store and paid a payment using cash and the next day the payment came out of my account againI called, it took weeks, and they still did not cover all the charges I had to pay since they did thatThis was months agoThey charged my card again last month and I called and no one ever even called me back from the storeI just let it go and went to the bank and got a new debit card to that accountThis month they somehow charged it again and when I went down there, the guy acted like it did not matter that it had happenedSo I called Corporate officeI have called them twice now to have the regional manager call me back and given it the hours both times, and still have not heard back from themI am furious and sick of their crapThey do not even call people back!!!!!! And by the way, the shelves in the refrigerator that I got have broken, and did within the first months I had it and of course, they dont cover those under the warrantyAnd just remember I have never not paid my payment, so it is not like they are having to collect from me!

I had bought a inch tv thru aaronsIt started glitching in november They came and picked it up either in nov or dec of to have it servicedThey gave us a smaller loaner tvThey said our tv was unrepairable and they would have to replace itBeen monthsNo replacement and given a run aroundWe are paying for a but have a inch! month wait on a replacement or repair is just not acceptable! Store manager avoiding contact to pay for damages delivery workers did to my house
Ok August 13, my couch was delivered to my home in San AntonioOne of the delivery workers slipped and punched a hole in the wall with the couchHe immediately called his supervisor who asked me what I wanted them to doI said since it's a rental, the landlord would want the damage paid forHe stated he didn't want to file a report, and said the store manager would call me the next day to work out an agreement to cover the damagesIt has now been over a week and both my husband and I have called the store multiple times and the manager is somehow never there or availableWe've left messages with our callback information and none have been responded toI'm now having to cover the damage repair out of pocket to my landlord and still no word from Aaron's about reimbursing me for what I'm having to pay

rude...overcharging...when they come in hauling the items they damage walls and dont even bother to care about that and I am a renter and now I have to pay to repair the damage to the wallsthey make sure to find ways to be able to screw up your accountthey take forever with bringing you what you order....took two weeks to get my diningroom setthen I got a late charge for it while I didnt even have it yetthey are fraudulent and con artistsnever going there again and wont recommend them to anyone!

Terrible customer serviceRude, pushy, classless, and under trainedThey will literally yell at you, speak over you, and speak to customers in a degrading manner and say that "they don't care, it's their job to do so"When told to be more professional they hung the phone up! I have been paying on a washer/dryer set for almost yearsI always check my payout agreement before I make my payment so I am aware of how close I am to finally being doneI noticed when I checked it a couple of days after that my payout agreement amount never went downI called my store and asked them about it and they told me that since I made my payment on the 16th instead of the 15th (about hours if their days go to midnight) that my payment would not post to my payout agreement amount unless I made two payments then it would post the one payment to my payout and lower the amountUM NO! that is not how this worksI have two payments left and they are telling me I have
on another agreement I have it was the same wayI checked the payout amount before making the paymentI checked it again and instead of going down, it went up the monthly payment amount because they said again I paid on the 16thThis is stealing and fraud! anyone who wants to deal with these crooks go right ahead, but you have been warned by from the looks of it a lot of people!

Called to cancel my contract and took day of work to allow for pickup on that say I called back and they "forgot" to add me to the pickup scheduleThey play this game to rope you into more timeThis isent the first time this happened to me this time I had to threaten to put their product on the curb for them to finally come outThey have no respect for you or your work schedule

They delivered our washer and dryer and did damage to the laundry room door told me that they would fix it and never did my husband fixed it then recently last Tuesday come to pick up the washer and dryer after we made payment arrangement and messed up our yard with their truck and want fix it

I am current Aaron's customer who is on disability from having copd and signed up for Aaron's insurance when I reopened my account so that in the event if I became ill the insurance would cover my monthly appliance paymentI was hospitalized in January with a the flu and was put on a ventilator in the hospital due to my lungs not getting enough oxygenI informed Aaron's and was told that I would have to submit information in regards to my illnessI have submitted paper on several occasions and have been told that more additional information is needed to be submitted including an excuse from work and I have even went as far as to sending a copy of my disability paperwork proving that I am disabled and do not workAs of today June 22, I received a call from*** from Aaron's claim office and she told me that in order for this illness to be covered that I would have to be out of work in order for my claim to be accepted but when I signed up for this insurance I made it kno

I am writing this complaint in regards to *** the Account Manager, delivery driver, payment collector etcI say this because he is the one who delivered my furniture and assembled (messy rude and lazy about putting my furniture together FYI), BUT he is also the only one who calls when I have missed a payment by daysHe has called me during times the business is closed (8pm) yelling and screaming when he can come pick up my furniture and that what I am doing is stealing!! I am a previous customer of the Pensacola, Fl*** store, which until recently was owned by Aaron's During that time period, I had purchased a television on the rent to own program After having the tv for a few months, I was moving out of state and called the store to make arrangements to have the tv picked up No one ever showed up to pick up the tv, and I was given several excuses as to why they weren't able to make it out This went on for about three weeks The day before I was leaving, I called the store again and told them they had to come out that day because I was leaving at a.mthe next morning They never showed up So the following day I called them again and gave them the number and name of the person still living at the house so they could make arrangements to pick up the tv It took another three weeks for them to finally pick it up In this time frame, they decided to falsely accuse me of theft and fraud and filed charges against me Now mind you, this was in I just recently found out about the charges and have been trying to get the matter resolved I even have a receipt from the store showing that the merchandise was returned Myself and my wife have made multiple attempts to contact the store to which the manager Steve tells us that it is not his F* problem and he is not going to do anything about itWe have also made several attempts to contact the corporate office, but have not been able to get any resolution with them either We have spoken to several people from corporate who say let me check into this and I will call you back tomorrow Well after several weeks of this, we have not heard back from anyone, and since I now have a felony warrant out for my arrest, I am not able to perform my job at work, which is done on military bases I am at a point where my only choice is to contact an attorney and file suit against them I would never suggest doing business with Aaron's or any of it's other stores
