Concerns store in E Paso TX, Lee Trevino Made payment online, was accepted and almost month later saying not paid? Twice sent bank transaction ID They telling me I need to call corporate Ano, they need call their NSC dept? All store has done is call me every day looking for July payment Have had to practically curse the jack off Calling me for payment, but, not bothering to find out who messed up my payment

Where do I start, the Aarons store I dealt with in our hometown is worthless,they advertise delivery and sthat's about a jokeWe had a stove and refrigerator delivered the employees would not put the Stove in place and the refrigerator was to heavy for them to bring into the house needless to say the wife got very angry and told them to take the refrigerator back and said they would come and get the stove the next day between 10:and 2:we waited and they never showedWife preceeded to go to the store where they told her they don't have time to pick it up and they will get it when it is convenient for them,called customer service which was a joke alsoBottom line the employees are worthless along with the local store management teamwill never do business with this company againI bet if you miss a payment they would be at your door to pick up the merchandise

I began a rental contract with the Aaron's store in Moreno Valley, California where I once resided, back in I contracted a refrigerator, then a washer/dryer set which was the wrong one and they refused to rectify the mistake in color, and finally two television sets they gave me a special deal on I believed in order to compensate their error made for the washer/dryer set

I have been renting from Aaron's since February of 2016, I missed one payment and the harassment has been endlessI get 2-calls each and everyday guys at my door pounding, they have threatened me and also have been calling after hours of operationI refuse to pay until the harassment stops

My room mates and I all went in on buying something for the house different contracts different things for the house so when I finally got around to checking my email aarons wants check stubs lease and water or pge bill in each of our namesWell if there is of us theres not going to be one for each of us so I called and told them that and they canceled all of our lease contracts for what we wanted and of us paid dollars down a piece and I paid the dollars down but they wont return the money the items were a refrigerator,washer and dryer set,sectional, coffee table and end table set with lamps, a tv, portable waterproof speaker and they have not returned the money

The phone calls are of a harrassing
Nature because I was late one time
The caller from the store was in fact disrespectful to me
I tried to work with him but he didn't even try
I asked how much I owed for that month and was told it was dollars a dollar a day I was late

I have been leasing furniture since June In October, my debit card was compromised and I had to close it I was contacted by Aaron's in mid-November and provided my new debit card number On 12/11/17, an employee arbitrarily took $and $from my account, after I had advised said employee that she was authorized to only take $(she took out an extra $that she was NOT authorized to take) I went to my credit union and reported this and was told that because it was not fraud (I consider it fraud because she took out amounts that were never authorized by me - I only authorized $twice a month) I am livid Once I pay the installment coming due, I will be returning the furniture I figured out how much I have paid and I could have owned all the furniture had I bought it outright Live and learn

When I went to arrons I was wanting a bed set the general manager Zack approach me and began to sell the bed set to me and explaining payments and stuff while I was thinking it over he added in that after I make payments they match a payment so of course I said sign me up I'll take itKeep in mind I've made all my payments a week bfor they were do and I always asked about the match payment when I made mine told it was all ok and here it is the month and there supposed to match WELL GUESS NOT there now tell me something completely different and won't honor what was sold to me even though I'm a loyal customer this far...also I forgot to add they had me paying on something I didn't even have and no one ever called or got ahold of me to tell me about they jus kept taken my money.....TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELES...THEY SCREWED ME OVER BIG TIME

What to say that Aaron in Burlington Iowa is not a very understanding place to have people get stuff cause my husband and daughter was in a very bad motorcycle accident I called and talk to Jake store manger and he said that I could keep my stuff just pay what I could each month until I could go back to work then on 8-19-Jake came to my house and told me I had to come up with hundred dollars on the 3of September to keep all my stuff then on 8-22-he called my husband and said they are coming to get my stuff in Friday ur employees and management needs to stop lying to there customers I am going to tell all my friends and family that has stuff through Aaron to let it all go back and go somewhere else to rent there stuff

I find this company to be very deceptive They tell you that you can pay for the item that you rented early but, fail to convey that you will be penalizedAlso they make your monthly payment amount to equal payoff early

Failure to Pickup Merchandise, Threatening Actions, Poor Customer Service
On 4/8/I had placed a Order with Aaron's for A TV Lease on a 55" 4K tv and got delivered, I had some issues with the Sound on the TV being very poor and contacted the store about the issue and sold me a sound bar, they did not have one in the store near me and I had to drive to pick up the soundbar from a store more miles away from my main store, after bringing it home it was making a noise inside of it, called the store and told them the situation and was never offered any loaner for the soundbar to be repaired, so I kept it with no subwoofer working correctly, on 9/30/I contacted the store and advised that I could not keep the equipment due to losing my job offered to make a payment arrangement for the issue and was advised back on 8/16/that NO MORE late payments will be allowedWas scheduled to pick up items on 10/4/for the equipment between pm to pm, NO CALL NO SHOW for item(s) I

They do not honor the rental contract.They changed the payment date of my contract from the 1st to the 15th and charged me late fees for a date not on my contractThey provided me a credit of $and listed it as a partial paymentWhen I paid off the appliance they charged me more that the listed pay off amount on the contract They harass you monthly to make payments,

I purchased a used Bedroom set from Aaron's in it consisted of a chest dresser and queen head board and mattress setI made the final payment in either April or May of This was the third item I had purchased from Aaron's and then paid off over the last few yearsI would like to think that I was a good customer, never had late payments etc
Today when I walked into my year old daughters bedroom and opened her closet to get her clothes out of the dresser I noticed that the dresser was leaning very badly and the drawers were all hanging out and wouldn't stay pushed inUnfortunately this website does not have the option to upload the pictures that I took that I would VERY much like to share with you
