this company used intimidation with the people I had put down as referenceThe store manager Alicia Vargas ,went out of her way and threw Facebook tried to contact me threw a friend me and her have in commonThey are not allow to do that its very clear on their contract that they can not contact anybody threw social mediaI do have an understanding that collector of a debt cant keeping harassing you after daysI am aware that I didn't make a payment for the time I wasn't here but there was no need for their actionsI felt harassed and very intimidated by this companynot only that went on and told somebody else our business with that person had no need to know

General manager of the Hillsboro location is extremely rude and unprofessionalI have been a customer since 2013, yet because of this employee I will not spend another penny in this storeThey have no value for loyal customersThis company does not foster customer relationships and employees are not encouraged or trained to provide basic customer serviceI've seen reviews on social media done by their own employees posing as customers which is a dishonest representation of the business

I rented a laptop from them,,till I paid it off and owned it,,,you have a day warranty if it breaks,,,well day after I paid it off it lost its hArd drive and was stuck in a loop, ,,after weeks they tell me its fixed,,used it for little while and it did exactly the same thing ,,,said updating then got stuck in a loop same as first time,,looked like they tried just cleaning hard drive and put it back in,,now they have it again and won't give me a loaner or my money back,,in afraid its nit gonna work again,,I really hope you can help me get a working laptop, ,,ty

They will not stop calling me
My friend bought something withat aarons and used me as a referenceNot sure as to why they are calling but the company has called me over times and every time I answer I ask that person to stop calling meI have done what they asked me to do and can't do anything else for themI have blocked every number they called me on and still call me on different numbersThey are harrassing me

Rented to own new refrigeratorWas delivered and brand new abd have been making payments on it monthlyNoticed one day there was a crack inside wall of refrigerator and contacted Aarons in Danbury where produce was purchasedFist they asked me if I put anything heavy in refrigerato which was not the caseThen the proceeded to say they would get a appliance place and have them contact me to come outThe applicace person came and confirmed that it was a manufacterer defect but would call us in days to confirm the next stepWell is been months and man futile phone calls to Aarons who are now informin gme that I shouldnt have gotten my ownwarranty as we are wareentedd under them which was never told to meAs of 4/27/there is still no help or anything and the waal is still crackedI told Aaron's I refuse to make anymore monthly payments to them until this issue is resolved./ I have spoken to *** in Aarons and to no avail as they keep tryin g to say this is a problem

I recently visited the store on a Saturday afternoon and wasn't greeted by anyoneThe store appeared filthy and out of order, furniture thrown in a corner and very darkI approached the counter and spoke to a Chrissy to ask for help looking for a productShe acted like I put her out for having to help meI left the store and bought furniture at a competitorI then placed an order online for a washer and dryerAccording to the communication from the website which I have screenshots, said that I would receive a call from the store within 2-business days to setup deliveryI waited and called the evening of the 2nd business day to see what the process wasI talked to Shamika who was very unprofessional at the leastI feel as if she treated me like I owed her moneyI am a new account who just talked to her for the first timeWhen I asked for corporate number she put me on hold for about minutes and got back on and rattled the number off, not one time did she ask if she could help with anything or to see if she could understand the issueShe then came back with " So do you want to hold off on scheduling delivery until you talk to corporate", I then asked what did that have to do with the scheduling of my productWe then scheduled delivery for the following dayWhen the washer and dryer arrived the delivery guy Evan ( who was actually very good and kind) told me that there was no hoses because they were out and had been for a few daysNobody told me this, and Shamika never mentionedI then had to leave and go buy hoses to have my washer hooked upThis whole experience has been horrible and very unprofessionalI am very displeased and hope someone will at least take responsibility and contact meI will hold off on sharing to social media to see what happensI work in a business professional environment and this was very upsetting

General Manager at my local office in Denver, CO argued with me over the phone because I told him was wrong during our conversation for not telling me there was no payment set up on my personal account (He assumed I was calling about my personal account even though that account was already up to date in payments and there were no payments set up to auto deduct for that account)I was actually calling about a payment set up on my husbands account, and instead of telling me he didn't see a payment in the system under my name, he said the payments are ran at 9am and to call him bthat if I didn't want him to pull the paymentWhen I called the next morning, before 9am, and said I didnt have the money he said he wouldn't pull the payment (and never stated there wasnt even a payment set up on the account he was looking at)While trying to explain this to him he kept talking over me and told me to shut up during our conversationThen he said go ahead and call corporate and had the nerve to tell me that if I did call corporate he wouldn't help meWhen I asked what he meant by that, he said "It means I'm doneMake your payment today or I am done." Great customer serviceWhen I originally called, a female worker in the same office didn't put the phone on hold and said she wasn't dealing with "my" crap when asking he for help with my payment and explaining my issue

I ordered a bedroom set onlinepaid the first payment but I havent heard from anyone regarding a delivery date at allthe payment has already been taken from my accountthis is bad businessnow I need to cancel that order completelybut have no idea which store to calli really thought id hear from them by now

They tried to burn down my house!! We ordered a washer/dryer from AaronsTwo weeks ago the dryer went on the blink so they came to get it and left a loaner in it's placeWhen the wife started the loaner dryer - sparks flew everywhere! In taking a look I saw sparks coming from the back of the dryer where the wires are attachedI took a video of this spark show to send to the Landlord (https://www.useloom.com/share/***)Major fire hazard right? And I just figured it must be a faulty plug - so we got a certified electrician out the next day
The electrician checked the plug, the wiring, and the fuse240v coming out, wiring looks good, fuse looks good (changed it anyway for good measure)
What he FINALLY discovered was not only were the wires loose attached to the dryer, but they were loose because the screws would NOT tightenSo, as the dryer jiggles, the wires jiggled, and hence the sparkingSo the delivery person KNEW that the screws would not tighten and that we had a loose connection - but he left it here anywayThe electrician asked me to take another video, so that we could show aarons the problem

By the end of the conversation the wife decided she would rather go to the laundrymat until we could afford to buy a new washer/dryer set, than to give business to this place that put our home and our family lives in danger without so much as an apology

on 4/6/i purchased a bedroom set in a box brand new from aarons rent to own in auburn washingtonI took my property home and set up my bedroomon 4/23/me and my girlfriend were sitting on the bed talking and a bed bug crawled across the bedI was mortifiednever ever have I had to deal with this beforeI immediately googled the bug....I followed the instructions about drying my bedding and slept else where (my moms room)Monday morning I called Aarons to see how we can rectify this situation and they told me that I just needed to cut it at a loss and that they would not pick up their infested products so I proceeded to go into their office, once their I spoke to *** the manager and he stated that I was in default and they (aarons) always properly clean their productsi disagreed and demanded someone come out*** then sent out his employee and he identified the bed bugsSoon after my visit to his office and communicating he then agreed he would remove the property

* I had a washer and dryer delivered on Wednesday 10/3/We did three loads of laundry that night and everything seemed to be working fineAlthough the next morning, we were told the apartment below us on the second floor had water stains on their ceiling and the first floor apartment was floodedCome to find out, the techs at Aaron's did not tighten the knobs tight enough which caused a leak during the three loads of laundry we did the night beforeIf the techs would have DONE THEIR JOB LIKE SUPPOSED TOO AND DID A TEST RUN ON THE WASHER, this would have been avoidedNow Aaron's is saying that because there is no damage in our apartment, they will not cover the costs of the water damage in the two apartments below because there is "no proof it started in our unit." It is ridiculousWE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES, WE DID NOT INSTALL THE WASHER OR DRYER AARON'S DIDThe general manager will not talk to me about the situation, some random person in the store has been playing the middle man and talking to me from the regional managerThe regional manager has not personally called me, even though has stated multiple times he will for a week nowNo one will help me and this is somehow my fault that the techs did not do their job.*

I rented to own a bedroom set from Aarons, It is a poorly made setI called the Egg Harbor Township Store in N.JLous and Lillian both have ignored my phonesTimes they sent the person that fixes the furniture to my house to try to fix itBut it is broke againLillian sold me the set, I stated to her it is for when my grand children come to visitThe bed frame broke because it is cheap woodThe drawers are broke because it is cheap wood.Never again will I Rent to Own from AaronsI am going to contact the local courtsystem to see if I can file a claim in Smalls claim court
