We rented to own a stove from Aarons and had a problem with it shocking us so we called for service and they at Aaron's called B-B-Appliance to service the stove The service person fixed a light in the lower oven and preceded to remove all the back panels to search for a possible shortHe was seen removing almost every wire from the back of the stove a large number at a time and testing with a continuity meterHe replaced the wire's possibly in the correct positions, possibly not and started checking the cord and the outletHe abruptly decides to call Fridgadare the stove manufacturer on our house phone and was overheard telling them that our house wiring was shorted and the cause of our problemsHe then replaced the back panel and told us Fridgadare had was refusing warrenty on this appliance and that he was leaving it to usI having been Maintenance Supervisor at Fuqua Homes Inc., Boonville Mo for years + years working on in the building and servicing of these homes , re

I was laying on the floorI was told to hold and was referred over to*** the supervisor from the district and when I came into contact with***When I began to talk to*** he was very rude right off the top of conversation he said he couldn't help meI paused for a minute because I usually never was treated so rudely but waited for explanation on why.*** the supervisor became more rude and sarcastic on the phone and then laughed at me for asking maybe I should call at layer time when he was in a more professional moodHe became more sarcastic more then asked what was I going to do aboutBy laughing at meI told*** I wanted his supervisor and he again laughed saying what are you going to try and doSo I'm upset I have a hurt back and because of the bed calapsing on me whiling laying down I hurt my back even moreAnd

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in AaronsI do not recommend them to anyoneI purchased a chair / recliner and decided to send backI had always always paid days in advance of my next due paymentI paid June 1,2016, which took me to July I had the chair picked up on Saturday June 11,Therefore my chair was paid for in advance from May I asked about a credit of the July paymentI was told and quote " I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR TEN YEARS AND NEVER HAVE I EVER REFUNDED MONEY BACK"Therefore, I lost a whole month of a payment and DO NOT HAVE THE CHAIRThis is wrong and I feel like I was robbed This store is located in Warrensburg MODo not rent from these people unless you want poor management, your money stolen and out of a product

I bought a Washer & Dryer from AaronsThey delivered themThere after I turned them on and they did not work properlyI have called the store and yet they have not been able to call me back with a solution or just a simple call backI have called over times to corporateI have sent over emailsI still yet have not got one email back or call backI have a washer and dryer at my house that do not work or usable yet they continue wanting to draft my accountThe fact that I can not get a call back from no one is unacceptableThey are stilling my money by selling me something that does not workIts advertising and morally wrong

I received rude service from the customer support reps for this companyI have called the call center three times and each time no one was friendly,helpful or eager to assistThe third call the rep was very rude and the managr Eric G*** was not friendly eitherHe was helpful at end of call but where was the customer service positive attitude? First off I did not go to Aarons rents because I did not have creditThey had what I was looking for and I could not find it at any other store in townWhen I went to purchase my fridge from them they did not have it in stock and had to order itI specifically asked if I did the paper work that day if my payment would start that day or when I received the product and was told my payment would be on the 15th of the month after I received the productDID NOT HAPPEN weeks after I had the product I started getting Harassing phone calls asking if I was going to pay my billthat was in august and I made a payment for 11/1/today and was told I had to pay more because of their mistake in AugustNOT A GOOD BUSINESS

My daughter and I were watching Tv lines all of a sudden appeared during viewing.we were several feet away from the TV while this occurredWe were the only two people home at the timeI dropped the TV off at the store.I was told I could have a loaner instead I was told he would make a decision about the loaner the next day.the next morning they delivered the TV back and said the TV guys looked at the TV.they stated that it was structural damage warranty doesnt cover.they didn't send the TV to service liked promised.the TV techs that viewed the TV are not part of the warrenty service locationThey are saying TV has a crack.almost as if they are blaming me.the TV could have an internal defect.I would like to go into arbitration.They should have sent the TV to their warrenty service departmentI am elderly I feel I am being taken advantage of.they are in violation of deceptive trade practice and breech of warranty under Texas office his advice is being forwarded by my attorney Mr ***

Received Call by employee of Aarons never acknowledged his name to myself was very rude unprofessional telling me I had to pay him in a loudly voice I then ask for a manager come to find out he was the manager and disconnected the call it was February 1st and I usually pay before the 4th to avoid a late fee called back another associate supposedly the manager took a complaint come to find out his name was *** and he is the manager which needs to be retrained or stripped from his position

Keeps calling asking us to pay on full when we have already paid half and set up a payment on the firstNow they're saying they won't help and that we have to pay on the 31st and we can't on the 1st

First of all every product that I have purchased, all have torn up or quitIt took multiple calls, e-mails, visits, to no avail to fix my furnitureToo much to write in this little spaceNow my TV THAT wasn't cheap had quitAll items lasted less than yrsI paid for it all in payments, I also bought an extra warranty which they say it only was good for one year after payoffThey gave me a number and I was told I had to go this route and maybe get contacted this wayI have had the worst experience with this companyMy floor was scratched and several other horror stories I think you would be interested in hearing unless nothing is done again I would appreciate a phone call if you can My number is ***

I took in a foster child in Feb so I had to get a bed (mattress/boxspring only) quicklyI got a bed from AaronsI am on ss disability so I get paid on the 3rd of every monthOur agreement is for that payment dateI even paid extra when I first got the bed to bring the due date to the 3rd
They never fail to start calling me incessantly starting on the st of the month even though I had never missed a payment
The payoff never seems to go downEvery month I call for the payoff and it never changesAt one point I was told I was paid a month in advance, but apparently that isn't true because I ended up paying late feesEven one day late charges me $10.00, but paying early does not credit me $So far I have paid $and it is STILL not paid for

I am renting a piece living room set as of march 16th and as of June 17-I was bitten by bedbugs and one crawling across my dress I then took off from work the next day being the 18th hoping it could be taken care of it took me call to finally speak to someone who told me I had to speak to the store manage who was in meetings all and only he can handle the matter this went on for another day then spoke to the regional manager who is very rude all three times I spoke to him I finally spoke to a store manager about weeks later who is new he knew nothing about my situation I am then asked to sign a form after pest control came out with account manager to inspect the furniture it states they will treat my apartment and remove the furniture and my contract is ended as of today August 3rd the furniture and the bedbugs are still in my apartment no pest control has been in my apartment and had to argue for my one month refund called customer services several times even did a complaint with Revdex.com all of this for furniture I cant used I am forces to sit in a lawn chair in my living room there customer services line and in the store needs to be shut down and revamped to treat customers better I wish I could rate them 1/a star because the furniture is cute minus the bugs

I have only been doing business with Aarons for months and so far have had a horrible experienceThe "account manager" that handles my account is beyond rude and un-understand of day to day life eventsMost recently I had a payment come due, the company called to collect the payment and I gave them my card information and informed them that they could process the payment on Friday morningWe hung up and everything was good and set Two minutes later I get a call back from the "account manager" saying that they will not accept my payment and want the equipment backI informed him I just gave permission and all payment information so I dont know why this would be an issueI'm out of town at the moment so scheduling a return is pointless so just accept my payment, take the business and build a relationship with the customer that is willing to pay

I have NEVER be spoken to as rudely as Chad C*** manager of the Palm Bay, FL store We called several time to schedule a pick up and was worried about payments being withdrawn, he assured us that they wouldn't even though he NEVER ask for my name! And a payment was withdrawn and he argued with me that it wasn't After minutes he called me back and told me that he refunded the payment! I have to mention that trying to set up a pick was terrible, no return calls, excuses of the weather messing up pick ups etc etc This is NOT the way to manage a business! Since the day we have purchase this product we have a lot of issues late fees pulling money out of the account to pay & talking to different people who blame another employee with they didn't know who did what I stress the situation when to pull money out & still not fixSince with the sale person & wrong information giving to us on datesPlus I am not understanding that I ask them to stop autopay, that I would make the payment over the phone, was told I would be charge a late fee, what does it matter if I pay auto or over the phone, I was paying online, but would get charge a late feeWe purchase a couch & recliners( which is not the same but won't do anything about it)
