Aaron's Furniture Store has the worst customer service ever!!! They are fake and rude when I called to pick up the grade Z furniture the next day they delivered itNot only they are charging me for something that was broken

My name is *** and this store processed a payment (ran my card) without my knowledge or consent from an account that I was not in the position to utilizeI attempted to contact the store manager and the young woman who answered my call simply said that there was nothing she could do about it and that the person to speak to about it would be in on MondayI can understand if I had missed payments and they exhausted all possible methods to reach me (iestopped by my house) but the was not the caseI owed June's payment and we are still in the month of June so how are they allowed do this? Is this legal? I specifically told the gentleman who processed my last payment that I did NOT authorize them to use this card for future payments and that I would be making my next payment in cash but this still happenedThis isn't anywhere in the contract that I signedI literally sat and read through it and no where does it state if we owe the current month that the store is authorized to push through a transaction without the customers consentPlease help me resolve thisI want to contact someone at the corporate officesomeone who will empathize and reaffirm that this was not okIf I had the money to purchase the furniture out right I would've and just skipped all of thisbut leasing is an option for a reason and customers who lease furniture from Aaron's still deserve to be respectedI have been a loyal customers of Aaron's in Pennsylvania for over years and nothing like this ever happened to meI am so disappointed and want answers

Started a lease with aarons in watertown ny years ago and had also bought an extended warrantee at $10/ monthJust paid off my tv a month ago and now all of a sudden it won't work and so I called aarons and explainedThey sent a guy out who took pics and then a day later says they can't fix it cause warranty doesn't cover it after they said that the warranty covers anything that happens to it up to a year after it's paid offNow I'm very upset and have a $tv that won't work

One star is even too good for this placeSave your money and your saniety and go elsewhere this place has horrible customer serviceThey were recently bought by corporate and just told customers over the phoneRefused to send written notice of this change and that they would now be enforcing corporate policies that had previously not been enforcedI have had at least two arguements with a member of staff who would constantly talk over me and continue to argue with me after I told him I was done with the conversationIt was also mentioned in one of these conversations that there were methods to help me with my payments but because I was so close to paying them off he didn't think they were necessary, after argueing about my payment being lateI cant wait to be done with these people and will never return as a customer again

Very rude staff and they try to over price merchandise and service is a joke they don't care about they're customers I will not do business with them again

I called Aarons wanting to get my furniture picked up because I recently had purchased a new living room set from a different storeI stated that I would like to have the furniture picked up in a timely manner being that I had no room for their couches in my living roomThey scheduled to come get the furniture a week from then, which ended up being on a Tuesday evening, That day came and went and they never showed up or called to rescheduleI ended up calling them and asking them when they could come pick it up the answer to that was you will have to call back the manager is not inFor the next two weeks I kept trying to get a hold of someone that could tell me when they could come get this furniture, keep in mind I was still getting phone calls from them stating that my payment was dueAfter another week of this I finally got a hold of the manager and was given another time that they could come get the furniture, that time once again came and no one showed up, when I called I was

I rented a washer and dryer from this business and for months made my payments relatively on time I ran into financial difficulties and asked them to pick them up at wich time I was repeatedly called and treated poorly the manager went as far to ask me what I spend my money on and what my bills were that is none of his business I have been in customer service for many of years and this company has no customer service skills at all needless to say I have been asking them to pick up their merchandise for a month now and they will not pick it up and continue to harass me via phone I will never do business here again or refer anyone to this priticular store very un happy with the treatment from the so called store manager very rude person

I leased a pre-leased washer and dryer combo from Aarons under the agreement that a star inspection had been done on both items, as indicatedThe washer/dryer were delivered on 3/22/The washing machine was defectiveIt consistently washed clothes over and overOnce the cycle would end, it just started back over and kept washing until you hit the cancel buttonI opened the dryer to find the last persons socks in there, which lead me to believe that the "star inspection" most certainly did not take placeAs a result, I called and asked them to come get the items and issue a refundI was advised by *** that this would happenThe very next day, 3/23/at 5:they were picked upToday (3/24/2016) I called to see about my refund and was advised by *** that the General Manager,*** ***, said "we do not do that, there will not be a refund." I requested to speak with*** but he had conveniently left the building

They keep charging my friend extra money for our products and it's been happening for months and we're sick of it! They just today charged him $EXTRA DOLLARS ON TOP OF THE BILL WE ALREADY PAID!!! I want this to STOP! We've already paid our bill now they're just trying to steal our money from us charging someone's credit card without their knowledge is ILLEGAL and we will NOT BE RENTING FROM THEM AGAIN! We want some kind of refund for all this trouble ever since we started renting from them it's been nothing but harassing phone calls and threats to take our items that we have rented when again we've ALREADY PAID! If this does not stop I will have to call a lawyer and pursue legal action because no one should have to go through all the bt we've went through(Excuse my language)

We rented a bedroom set,and we requested it (new) upon delivery the dresser,nightstand and rest of bedroom set had cracks,holes we confronted the employees who delivered the furniture and were told (this is what Aarons store from *** gave them,we took photos of the bedroom set and after we filed a complaint with regional store manager (***) he sent us to another store in ***.We showed photos to *** store manager (***)we told him did you get you instructions from *** regional manager he said noand seemed he did not care instead I called *** and then we proceeded to look at new furnitur and was helped by a *** who was very polite a d we spoke about our *** knowing we are a *** we talked(I also find that I returned few days later and found she was not working there anymore why ? I feel store manager fired or let her go and blames her for his mistakes and problems he did not attend to..say this because he kept looking at us

I recently rented living room furniture from the Laporte Indiana locationI am not happy at all!! I made a cash payment which I dropped into the drop boxI have payed this way in the past and never had an issue!! And then the store manager called me to say I am payed up until the 1st of August only to turn around and tell me my payment was never received!! I asked him to review the store cameras because I DID drop my payment!! Today he calls to tell me my account is days past due!!! Had a very bad experience with the store in Ellsworth Maine was renting a stereo and a dish washer we decided we wanted to return the stereo and they got mad and took our dish washer too with no reason it was paid on time every month and wasnt even due for another payment when they took it all because they was mad about us returning the stereoWill never ever recommend this place to anyone
