I was in abused relationship *** *** was renting a TV and laptop from Aarons I had to leave everything behind so when *** *** got to a safe place I had to call the cops so I can go picked up the TV and laptop so arrons could come and get it and Aarons pick it up at n Ida aptso I called Aarons on 09_18_and asked Aarons to take this of my credit report and Aarons told me no tell I pay for the items this is the guys number that I called XXXXXX_*** I called again on said *** got they items then one guy said no Aarons didn't get the TV and laptop I did this taken of my crited report

I am a previous customer of Aarons I leased a television and cocktail table set from them Although I paid off one of the contracts, they have placed accounts as collections on my credit report The Balances are both incorrect, the payment history is absent and the highest balance is also incorrect thus causing it to appear as if I never made any payments and it has a negative impact on my Credit score
I have always paid them on time and it is unfair and unlawful for them to report informationThey NEVER contacted me to notify me of any balances due

Went in to purchase a new computer with window's
Salesperson told me the model I selected was new and had windows When it was delivered it was not in a box and there was no paperwork with it The computer didn't work right, the mouse didn't work right and the computer had windows The disk drive didn't work I complained and they brought me another one that did work, another used one also with windows I told them I expected a new one and they said "Fat chance of that" A couple of weeks later I noticed the warrenty was expired before I even got the computer What kind of a business is this I'm already paying through the nose for it, I at least want it brand new! I had a 50% off card on a purchase but was told I couldn't use it on the computer even though I just got it last month

My husband and I had a very good experience at the Painesville Ohio Aaron's We were looking to replace our washerWe had gone to the bog box stores and found one that we liked but the problem was the timing of the sale and also the fact that it would take weeks to get the washerThe reason we were looking was our washer was just about dead and we needed a new oneMy daughter suggested that we look at Aaron's so we went in on late afternoon on Sat the 28th of JanWe told them what we were looking for and they showed us what they had on the sales floor, not seeing anything we liked the salesman, Jacob took us to the computer to see what was in stockHe was able to find one and when I asked if we could see it he said it would be a couple of minutes In less than minutes they wheeled it out and it was exactly the washer we were looking forWe then completed the paperwork and went to set up a delivery time Miguel the store manager was very helpful and explained everything They told us that we could take delivery on Monday the 30th and we were thrilled

Aarons is the most unprofessional Business out thereTHe NEw Rochelle store is a rip off scam artist they took my deposit never delivered my furniture but continue to send me a bill each and every month if you call the Customer service people they only give you to the store that the problem exist withIt's a joke a real they want you to give them your social security drivers lic Number over the phone its since 4/no refund no furniture and they still send me eails about my account is due what account I dont have one and really dont want one...what a shame I should have read the reviews first before going here what a mistake
