I bought a living room set on clearanceIt was for six paymentsI made my payments on timeI did not receive a buy out letter from the manager *** at the time and he guaranteed me that I would receive itI then purchased a bedroom set on clearance for $and was guaranteed I was only going to pay what the item was worth I made my payments up until Nov2015, and missed two paymentsI then made a payment of $and was told this was my buy out for my bedroom set by *** and again I never received my buy out letterI began to call the store for the letter to find out *** was no longer there and I owe for the living set that I paid off and the bed room set that was supposed to be paid off with the last payment of $I found out that I was being charged full price for the living room set
