I had signed up online to rent a refrigerator for my parents and the first payment due was twenty five dollars I borrowed my moms debit card yo pay the fee because I don't have one nor a credit cardAaron's never contacted me about the product or any thing three weeks went by my parents ended up getting a refrigerator on Craigslist so we ni linger needed the refrigerator from Aaron'sSo I called them and informed them that I had paid tge twenty five dollars for a fridge online and now do much time had passed that we no longer needed the fridge so I wanted to cancel my order they informed me that the product wasn't even at their store yet so that they would go ahead and cancel itThis has been over two months ago and they have yet to refund the twenty five dollars to my moms card, when I called them they said that they were in the process of refunding it but it has been over two months now and she is pressing me for tge money I need them to just refund her card as we never recieved t

Billing my credit card without authorization to do
On two occasions this company (Aarons ***) charged my debit card without my authorization PRIOR to the actual date that my bill was due, causing overdrafts to my account and causing other bills that I paid to be returned for insufficient funds, and causing me to incur fees on those accountsMy payment for this company is usually not due until the 16th of each month and I CALL the location and pay my bill phoneOn 2/12/however I noticed that Aarons had charged my bank account $I called the store and spoke to a sales representative who said the "system" must have charged my accountI was furious and demanded that they return the money to my account as I had other bills pending and DID NOT EVER authorize them to charge my accountThe money was refunded that day however on 2/15/I checked my account balance again and noticed that this company AGAIN charged my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION,

Been a good customer for two years my truck got stolen with my bank account and then my debit card in it so I had to get new ones in the meantime a payment went by that I couldn't pay now they call me today and tell me I have to have the payment today or else I tell them fine I can't make the payment today so I will get the stuff back then all they can do is threaten me with my contract awls I was trying to do was get a put off till Thursday don't know what to do now that they're calling me commanding a payment today told them by them to come get their stuff they can't come get it tell I'm caught up on my payments they make me feel helpless so now what am I supposed to do

I ORDERED THE WASHER & DRYER SET IN OCTOBER IT TOOK ALMOST WEEKS TO DELIVER, THEY DELIVERED IT & I TRYED TO USE THE WASHER & IT DID NOT WORK I CALLED THEM BACK THEY CAME OUT TO CONFIRM THAT IT DID NOT WORK & SAID THEY WOULD ORDER A NEW ONE ALMOST A MONTH LATER AFTER I PAID THEM THEY SENT DELIVERY DRIVERS OUT HERE TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE ANOTHER ONEI CALLED THE REGIONAL MANAGER WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK IN HOURS DAYS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEMI WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! The workers sexually looked at my friend and made fun of my dog and saw one roach cuz of me living in an old trailer and they told the manager its all eaten up inside the radio which how do they know when they didn't open the radio up All they did was looked at it and then left I wouldn't recommend shoping there Due to their rude mean workers and manager I dislike that one manager Once I pay my radio off I will not be back

This issue happened today I am so upset with Aarons here's an overview of my issue my at my job I travel a lot I haven't had the time to answer my phone because I travel so when I get in town to pay my bills I usually call Aarons and make a payment over the phone the date of my last payment an associate informed me that I can text my payment in so Today 01/23/I decided to take advantage of texting my paymentthe associate added another phone number to the text so I asked " Him or her through text to please tell me who's number it wasThey said its was on your account I told them I have never seen that number before I ask the associate why did they not confirm the number with me before they added the number to the text? so now Im at risk for fraud I have had to cancel my card and now place my account on Fraud watch I will be airing this issue on my Youtube channel of over 2Million Subscribers to let them know what has taken place and how careless Aarons is with their customers private information I will never use Aarons again EVER and I am going to recommend that all my Subscribers don't use them either

Hello, to whom this may concern I am writing this to express my extreme concern about a scenario that took place with an Aaron's rental General Manager today I had been a few days late on returning an item back to the store due to my rigorous work schedule as a firefighter and I was attempting to explain my situation and how I was going to resolve the matter to this manager when she began to immediately speak condescendingly, use harsh language, and a disrespectful attitude before I could fully explain myself She then hung up the phone in my face and refused to answer the phone after I attempted numerous times to call back again I am very displeased about this situation I have been a returning customer for several years and have never been so disrespected I will never do business there again as long as she is the manager and I will continue to express my strong feelings about it to other customersI am asking for your assistance in helping me resolve this matter and to tak

During Hurricane Matthew while visiting my mother in North Carolina, a tree fell on our camper!! I got a recliner approx3-months ago and the chair broke they ordered me a new chair and said it would be delivered between 2-Monday 2/ at I called them and asked where it was and because I was tired and in pain we set up another delivery for the following day Tuesday 10- at 2:i called and asked where it was and was told they had to reschedule ( they never even let me know)it would be about the guy I talked to said we could move back delivery til after and I told him no I am in pain and need the chair at 5pm still no chair so we had things to do so we did them Wedmorning approx 8:- 9ami called again and said every thing I stated here and I want the chair delivered this morning before noon he said that's not how it works

During a delivery arrons employee stole my wife's jewelry ,we called the police all the right things ,arrons has still not fired him and come to find out there delivery people can have a criminal record and this particular one does ,and they have yet to even call me
