Ordered new furniture from Aaron's Rent to own located in aurora,coPaid in cash per contractFurniture was to be delivered to my son's apartment but I was not there to receive them and my son has a mental disability and is not legally authorize to receive furniture without my consent Furniture that was delivered was old and once I contacted the store about this issue they do not want to take the old furniture back and do not want to reimburse me for the amount that I paid for itTotal price was $close to $I have a copy of the receipt where it indicates that the furniture is to be new

So Aarons charged my card I didn't authorize thatI am not on auto pay so Why? Also I can't access my agreement onlineHow Did Aarons have my card on file, charged it with out my permission, for an account I can not accessI need them to reverse the charge to my card, as it iz fraud, give me my agreement number, and also provide access to my account online and remove my card from their recordsThanks ***

Furniture keeps breaking, the drawers keep falling out on me & my son Almost broke my year old son's footNo one seems to want to give me a new set
The drawers keep falling out on my furniture almost hurt my sonI've called multiple times they alleged to have bring new furniture but it's still breakingI don't want to pay for something that keeps breaking & I would like a new set of furniture or to just have my payments cancelledI have to call multiple times to get someone to finally come outWhen they did they didn't even fix itLiterally broke as soon as they left

I was over charged for a payout of my furnitureI have tried calling corporate, they have given me two numbers to call and it's giving the run around because each number they have given me connects to the storeI just want my money that they over charged my bank account

After buying a few items, and being a customer for or more years, I must say that Aaron's is the best place to shop for all my need's, when it comes to furniture, appliances, tv's I have had maybe incidence's where I wasn't 100% satisfiedOver all Aarons is my Place To Shop!

I leased a frame , box spring frame and matressI've made many payments the matress is defectiveTo the right which now has a decline which causes me to fall on the floorI called aarons and said Im not paying till replacedThey said they would come and check it out a week agoThey never came I called again today and spoke to*** and he said because I'm late I owe next months payment which would be a total of $ for a bed that is broken and causes back painAlso springs make a noise

Terrible placeI recommend great rentals got a tv and psthey told me they recieved it so I drove all the way there for them to say they didn't have it they gave me a loaner and said it would be in on Saturday to exchange it I never got any paperwork stating I had to pay for the barrowed ones my online agreement states due my agreement from online finally recieved my things a month later with a used tv and used pswhen it was all suppossed to be brand new I was told I could not get my new thibgs until a payment was made Aarons solutions told me that my payment wasnt due until days after I recieved my things they are harrassing my job my landlord my phone and my payment shouldn't even be due yet the Rome ny aarons is a terrible place the guy Leo swears at you on the phone and basiclly told me my job isnt important that I need to be hone for him to pick up the stuffNever againNext time I will return to great rentals

I have been doing business with the same store since 2012, never had an issue always willing to work with its customers A rude man came over as a manager for the Lenoir City TN store and he is harassing customers, threatening them refusing to leave property etc When asked to leave my property he stood outside making threats I told him to only contact me by email and he blatantly said he did not want to say anything in email that could be used against him Seriously When you have had a customer that has been your customer for years purchased several items at above retail, you work with them when an issue comes up not threaten and send people repeatedly to their home

I leased a bedroom set from Aaron's a few months agoI'm twenty and got my first apartment and obviously had nothing to my nameI literally tried every other avenue except for Aaron's before I had to go to them because I heard about how bad it was, but being so young and having no family and no credit, I had no other choice
Right away I wasn't able to make the paymentsI called and setup an arrangement the first few timesAfter that my car was totaled and I had to pay thousands of dollars to get a new one
My car payments, cell phone bill, rent, everything was put on holdI contacted Aaron's and said I couldn't pay for 3-weeks and they told me I was SOL and that I was stealing the merchandise
Today while I was working (I work from home, my desk is right in front of my window which was open) some reps came by from Aaron's to take the merchandise
They said it was stolen and they would call the police to escort them into my apartment if I didn't let them inI was working as I do and was on the phone with one of my customers at the timeI clock in and out of my job and my lunch wasn't for another hour and a half
I told them I would get in major trouble for leaving my desk during my work hoursMy manager would see my activity on my trace report and I would get disciplinary action
They stood outside my window harassing me, calling me a thief, a petty "white girl" and started looking in my windows noting all of my other expensive possessions like my computers that I use for work saying I had some "pretty nice expensive Mac computers" and that they "didn't understand why I couldn't afford to pay them"
(Obviously not my own computers my company gave them to me for work)
They banged on my Windows and banged on my door loudly, repeatedly and tried yelling at me through the window even though I could clearly see them
I was on the verge of tears trying to continue working and trying to negotiate with them by opening my window
They said they weren't leaving until they got the items
I had to work with them outside of my window for over an hour before I could let them inAll the while while their store manager who wasn't there was texting me threatening me to let them in or else
It was so embarrassing and awfulEventually I put my customer on hold, opened the door and let them into the bedroom to seize the things while I had to get back on the phone
They dumped all my things across the floor and took the bedroom setI think they were embarrassed themselves when they came into my apartment they saw I had NO other furniture except the bedroom set I got from them
The only nice thing about it was getting a text from one of the reps later who said, "Keep your head up."

This is a terrible companyI have never been so dissatisfied with a furniture company in my lifeThey are very rude and give you the run aroundI have had so many problems with themI purchased a refrigerator that had roaches in it unbeknown to me at the time of purchase.The handles were also falling off as wellSomeone came out to fix the handles a couple of weeks laterA month or two later the handles are off again I have always made my payment to this company but as soon as I discovered the refrigerator had roaches in it I asked them to come pick it upI have been asking them to come pick up this refrigerator up since July of I had two open accounts with them at the same time and both accounts were the same price due on different datesI made it very clear I was not paying for the refrigerator anymore, so please come get itI thought I was making payments on the other account which the two accounts had been switched without my knowledge said the managerThe money I was paying the company applied to the refrigerator with roaches that I asked them to come and pick upI had a sit down with the two store managers, in which I was actually speaking with one manager about the whole situationThe manager I was speaking to was new to this storeAs I was explaining my situation to him and where all the confusion came about he acknowledged I was rightThe other manager quickly closed his screen and never acknowledged what the other manager saidI went to sit close by him as he pulled up my accountThe history in the database showed I was a excellent paying customerLong story short, I have returned the refrigerator and nothing has been done to solve the roach infestation in my home by this companyI am beyond baffled at how they handled this situationThere was never any acknowledgements made or any apologiesI will say the new store manager was more kind and he also told me to have a good day, after he got my change and receipt from me making a payment on another accountThe manager that has been there was very rude and nonchalantHe never said thank you for your services, have a good day, or sorry for your troublesWhen I did ask what they were going to do about the roaches in my home he just looked at me and then proceeded to talk about a paymentI have never been treated so poorly as a customer by any businessI will never ever purchase anything from Aaron's furniture company againI am very disappointed in their customer service and nothing has been done to resolve the issueThe refrigerator was picked up September 20, I have not heard from them but they will hear from meI have returned their merchandise but I have yet been compensated for the problem that their merchandise has put on meEveryone needs to be made whole when a contract is brokenI did not sign up to pay for something that is infested with bugsThey continued to take my money and apply it to the refrigerator after I asked them to come and pick it upThis company is bad businessI thought the managers would be more than willing to take care of the problem but I was so wrong

On 2/5/around 6:PM, I went into an Aaron's location with intentions of leasing a computer to be used in my new photography business I have started Upon entering, I was greeted by *** who worked professionally and friendly with me until I left without purchasing after being rudely spoken to by his superior, *** In my search of a computer, I was looking for a system that would meet the requirements of the software I use for photo processing; this was not a leisure purchase After speaking with *** about the different computers in store; I decided to go with an HP, white in color with a number listed as HP81tbaio *** took my information (which included my social security number) and gave me paperwork to fill out while he keyed the information into the system After completing my portion of the paperwork, *** approached me and told me he had a slight problemHe told me that pricing had changed that day and instead of the advertising price of $of

Rented a well worn older dryer severe scratchestub had a large blue stain inside it problem was quoted a price..which magically went up after the first two paymentsproblem cannot make payments online when requested help from the store manager he says quotwe cant do nothing here go onlinequotand he just got more belligerentrude and aggressive from there problem none of the e-mails to the corporation worked..none of themnot customer service not legal problem all the phone numbers given get answered end up with the following message 39we are glad you called stay on the line and answer a few questions and you will win a fabulous carribean cruise39...I know a conman when I hear one and this store is definitely that way

I called the Aaron's on Cedar Bluff Rdin Knoxville, TN on 5/2/and told them I was moving and to please pick up the washer and dryer I was renting I was two weeks past due but I hadn't paid because I wasn't sure if I could move them with me or notI was going to pay weeks and was told I needed to pay for the whole month and then once the washer/dryer was picked up, I'd get a refundI paid for a whole month and they were picked up on 5/4/When I called several weeks later, I was told that no refunds are ever given but that the store manager would check with the regional manager and call me backHe didn'tWhen I called back, I was told no, no refund would be givenI called the customer service lineThey logged my complaint and said that someone would call me back within hoursThat's been several weeks too and I haven't heard back from anyone

This was my first time getting anything in payments so I was a little nervousBut they made it easy and not so intimidatingEveryone was very patient, kind and friendly to my children and IThey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I was gettingAnswered all the questions I had(and that was literally like questions)I would definitely recommend people to come to the ArronsI had a great experience

ive been leasing stuff from my local Aarons in Johnstown since they open I was one of the biggest customer at that store with a bill of a grand a month never had a problem with matt the store manger he is the best thank u matt and Aarons now iam back there after years

We have been paying on a washing machine that they've had times to be fixed months at a time..We are about to own it next month and they sent it back broken againI guess it's lawyer timeThis is ridiculous

Rude, Unprofessional & Harrassing

After paying off the product that was purchased at Aaron the mattress is starting to sink in the middleFor the past months I have tried to complete a warranty claim and have received the run around about the matterI paid for this product in full and would like to get my money worth out of itIf I had Aarons product and wasn't paying they would calling and coming to my homeNow that they have my money they are not backing the same product that we purchased
