I started my rental agreement in March of In June I had an accident and was out of work and was struggling but have made my paymentsIt is now December and I have missed two payments (monthly)I didn't not mind that they are coming to get their furniture however the way the employee spoke to me over the phone was horribleI explained on December 14th a Friday that I realized I have not made a payment and would be able to make a payment to catch me up the following day Saturday December He then proceeded to belittle me'Who gets paid on a Saturday'? 'You just can't afford to pay you have no money'
I indeed get paid on SaturdayHe informed me that they were coming to pick up the furniture Saturday the 15th at 8amIt is now 12/10:am and they are not here to collect their merchandiseo don't see how this type of costumer service is acceptable

I have rented a lot of things from Aaron'sBut I was sold a bad television and fraud and deceived out of what I had paid for the television of the months payment, but for me to lease another tv I would have to start over on another lease, but I would not receive full credit for the bad tvI never will lease anything else from Aaron;s lease and rentalIf you can get credit when you need appliances and tv's make sure you get brand new of everything from the box and delivered in a box

I applied for a washer/dryer set online After applying, I received a call from the corporate office (Atlanta) to complete the application process They (Aarons) then started the verification process by calling all of my relatives, employment and landlord I was notified a short time later that I was approved and since the item is in store, I qualify for express delivery of 1-day (I have an email as proof of this) I called the store and a very rude and sarcastic manager by the name of *** told me something completely different He told me that they won't be delivering anything before 5/10/because they still have to do their due diligence (I was told by corporate everything was done and verified & all the store needed to do was schedule delivery) When I asked questions, he became irritated and abruptly ended the call I made a complaint but no one reached out to me at all (reference issue #*** I reached back out to the store yesterday evening after never hearing

I have been renting furniture since last year may and I even paid off item on the agreement and they still charging me too much and the retail value on the items are way less then they charging me plus they won't tell me the dollar amount I suppose to be paying out I have all my receipts in the original agreement form and I have overpaid them a substantial amount of money I have paid them $2,since last year May in the retail price added on all of that is far less by almost $1,and they are trying to make me pay another thousand dollars add it on to the money I have already paid out they won't even give me the total amount do that they are claiming they only they just trying to charge me to monthly

This is my first time renting and it will be my last timeFirst I purchased a bed set from this store about months agoThe set would have been a piece set with mattress but my sons room was a little to small for one of the dressers so it was sent back the day of deliveryCome to find out almost a year later I have been paying for the full setI spoke with Derrick ( He is awesome to work with) and he said that he will get the info over t o his manger (Mari G***) and she will give me a callShe called a few days later and advised me that the case would have to go into an investigation because they have cameras on the back of the truck, and that was okay with meAbout a week later she calls me and tells me that the little dresser is only like a add on of about $and that she would take it off, needless to say I have not seen the credit towards my payments and I doubt that it was just $This is just the beginning, Now when I first purchased the set the store was under different managementThe set did not come from the store because it was not in stock so they had to go to their warehouse to get itThis is when we have a bed bug problem in my sons room in a new town home build from the ground up My son begin to say to me that he was being bitten in his sleep and I thought that he had ants or something in his roomSo we call a local pest control company and they discovered that my Son had " Bed Bugs" all rooms were checked and his room was the only room that had the problemHe asked where did we get the set from because the Bed Bugs were in the wood of the furniture meaning that it came from warehouse storageI called the store and another lady answered the phone and was rude and telling me that I just did not want to pay and have I lost my job(Funny) of course I had my choice of words with herAt this point I have had it with Aarons and the women at this locations will make you jump out of characterI asked that they come get their infected future and they showed up today telling me that they can not take it back because of the bed bugsMaria is suppose to come out tomorrow and if it is not picked up I will have it broken down and placed on the door step of AaronsNever again will I rent from Aarons and I hope that this post will advise others not to rent from this as wellThank you Derrick for being a nice professional gentlemanThis is the only person that I would talk to at this store he was never rude or disrespectful and worked with you if you had any issuesLocation is S Dillard St Ste A, Winter Garden Fl

Aarons in Wilmington, NC has the worst customer serviceWhat is so bad about this whole situation is that I have had several leases with themThis last lease I have had the worst experience and will never associate with this business againI leased a washer and dryer brand new from the store and after having them for a few short months the washer messed up so they came and got and brought a replacement that was USED, not new, so they could fix mineThey kept my washer for over months before it was returnedOn top of that it was nasty and smelled where they had let the water sit in itWhich is why we sent it back in the first place because it would not spin the water outSo when it was picked up it still had water in it cause there was no way for it to get outI never said anything we washed it out and finally got the smell out and continued to keep
Several months later we had decided to move to TN, and our plan was to keep the washer and dryer and I called for a pay offweeks later I went to pay it off and they had added more charges and would not take what they quoted me weeks priorIt may have not been that much more but it was the principle of itI had paid over a $for this set and they kept my washer for over months in the processWe had already moved some of our stuff to TN and was leaving that weekendThey would not work with me and I left very upset and told them they could come and get itI would give them the address when we arrived and there was a branch of Aarons in TN per the manager Chris at the Wilmington store and they would pick it upSince then there have been mulitple calls address was given but no one has come, which is fine, but I have not and will not pay them anymore moneyWe are not using itToday, 3/2/18, the manager was very rude and stating that I was still responsible for late charges and if I wanted the process to move faster that I had to contact that storeI will not and it will sit in my garage until they come get itThis has been the worst customer service and the unwillingness to work with me in the beginning is awfulI will never recommend this store to anyoneI work in the public and have to deal with people all the time and have good customer service, this is not what customer service is and they really need to re train there staff

If anyone in the corporate office reads this your Wilmington NC office with manager Chris and other staff Ben and Stacy have been the ones that have been very down grading
I do not live in poverty as some and I am a very well respected provider and person so you might want to speak with your staff as this is a negative review and they need to be counseled

I had a scheduled delivery for today for an piece living room setI have just moved into a new apartment and new cityI mistakenly gave them the wrong addressThe address I gave was litterally across the streetOnce I realized my error I contacted the store and the representative handling my account who informed me that I would need to come into the store and fill out another application and would have to wait 24-hours for my address to be verifiedI then asked to speak with the manager Danny, who refused to give me his complete name who then told me my order had to be canceled completlyI offered to bring in a copy of my signed original lease agreement which I just signed May 1st,but Danny, the store manager who is extremly rude hung up on meI then called corporate, an office in Georgia, who told me my signed lease is all that was needed to have the furniture deliveredWhile speaking with the rep from Georgia he placed me on hold to call the store and said everything was fineI then called back and spoke w/Danny again who told me my order had been canceled and I would need to go into the store for a refund, even though everything else was done onlineI needed this furniture todayMy fiance' took off work to be available for delivery only for us to be treated as if we were some scam artist trying to get furnitureI then tried to place another order with the correct address and was told that Danny had put something into the system that would no longer allow me to be an Aarons customerFor a wrong address? This location is totally unprofessional.How can staff be expected to be professional when their manager is rude and nasty

I returned a product to store I no longer wanted and sales associate will took from my account without my okay to do so they should not of had my account information available to even do this I used to call and make payments over phone for said product and other furniture I had from this store though the other furniture was paid to date they kept threatening me to pick that furniture up I returned the other product to store directly from my hands to employees hand at least forty days prior
