After purchasing a washer & dryer they have both quit working as well as the loaner washer they gave us to use while trying to fix our washer
After purchasing a whirlpool washer & dryer (model *** & *** on June 8, the washer stopped working within the 1st monthAarons brought us a loaner (an Armana which they never gave us paper work on) and sent our washer to repairAround November/December Aarons sent technicians to look at the loaner machine (Armana) they reset it, started a load & left without seeing that it worked took another payment from us on their way out & handed my husband the manual told him if he had anymore trouble to reset itTheir contract clearly states that customers are not to work on their machines to call them and they will repairAfter seeing the loaner un-repaired we called & inquired about our WhirlpoolThey had no knowledge about our washer ever being taken to repair but called us back around January to say it was deemed unrepairable

Aaron's called my phone to discuss payment arrangements on 8/18/and 8/19/and both calls were recorded and available for the Revdex.com to hear and both encounters were horribleThe first encounter was between sales associate/customer service representativeShe called to ask when I would be making a payment and I told her I could give her my debit card number and they could withdraw the funds from my account on 8/30/She went on to say that I needed to have the money before the end of the week because they cannot withdraw the money from my card I would have to make paymentI tried explaining to her that the previous representative has done it before .She then proceeded to state that she would note the account that "that was not going to happen." and hung upThe next day 8/19/I spoke to *** who stated that he was the General Manger but his tone and customer service skills were very rude and unprofessionalI tried explaining to him that the previous representative was very ru

my complaint with Lancaster pa Aarons at Lititz pike store is if your one day late on the payment they call you twice in one dayharassing
being one day late expect a call from them early in the morning if you do not answer they will call after 5pmharassing youfour days late they end up at your house requesting there merchandisethey state talk to us about the issue and we helpI have done it once they kept calling me harassing me the next daythis will be the last time I will buy from them be go through financial diffI pay my late feebut the harassment needs to stop plus if they go to your house they charge you one time I gave them the cc # they took out an amount more then what I stated for them to take out they overdrew my accountI will never deal with Aarons againalmost done paying off the tv and x boxplus x box will cost me three times what its worthChristmas present 12/and its 8/still paying on it

I have been a customer with aarons for years I have paid off merchandise and would like to consider my self a good paying customerI recently leased a new bed room setI have had it for weeksI also have a tv I have been paying on for a year, that is almost paid offWhen my merchandise (the new bed)was dropped off to my home the gentlemen who dropped it off were very unprofessional and rudeThey left and came back to my house twice because they "forgot" items needed to assemble my bed at storeWhen the employee's came back to my house they arrived in their personal vehical playing extremely loud vogar music! They came inside my house and said they would have to come back on monday..(it was friday) to fix my bed because they disnt have the correct pieces! I called arrons twice about this matter requesting some one come and fix my bedNo one called me back! They kept telling they would speak with the "General manager" about itweeks later I get a call at work from some lady named jessica asking when they can come get their merchandise!!?? My payment was acouple of dats late,yes but ive constantly made good payments on time and should not have been treated like thisIve been calling asking them to fix my bed with no response! But they could call me and ask me for a payment on time and request their merchandise backI let them come pick up their furniture because im not going to be treated badly when I am a good paying customer, plus the bed wasnt put together correctly havnt been able to use it! Very displeased with the lack of professionalism ive experienced through out my years of doing businesses with them

I rented a matress with Aaron'sI have always paid on time and was never late with the paymentsI was told in the beginning if there was ever a problem that the matress came with a warranty and they would simply switch it outWhen I went in to the store last time to make a payment I told the employee that the matress was bowing and developing sink holes in the middle and I wanted someone to come and take a lookThats when the trouble startedAt first he said that matress would not do that and I said well it isThen he agreed finally to send someone out trying to schedule it with him was a nightmareHe insisted that I cancel an appointment for the next day which I could notI told him I had all the next week availableWell he became very angry so I asked to speak to someone elseHe refused to let meFinally another employee came out and scheduled the appointmentThey came took pictures of the bed and leftI get a call saying it would be replacedThree weeks went by nothing

I am a travel nurse, my work takes me to different states/localitiesover the years, I have been away from home and my own furnitures, sometimes I do get tired of hotel and want to save money so I would rent a place but I had struggled sitting on the floor or sometimes sleeping on the floor without furnitures since my assignments are mostly weeks contractHowever, my struggles ended when I found that I could actually rent furnitures from Aaron's for short period as needed without any implications Thanks to Hollis, this info didn't quite register in until I made effort to contact my local Aaron's in Tucson, thats when this gentleman named Hollis assisted me in a tremendous way! He didn't just try to rent me set of furniture, rather he was quite professional, he politely talked me through all my options in a non-judgmental and friendly manner which was all I needed being a novice in the art of renting furnitures! Prior to that I have been sitting on the floor for about weeks, I do not want to get hooked on a contract that could turn bad, but this guy Hollis was very patient and supportive, he was quite empathetic with great customer care, I cannot but remain grateful for his kindness and support, and for him helping me end the misery of sitting on the floorTHANK YOU SO MUCH HOLLIS, I wish this message gets to those at the top so they can commend great staff like this guy, and perhaps give him a pay rise! I will surely rent from Aaron's again!

Applied online for a tv and was approved and called the store to find out details and was told that my order would be cancelled because the store manager Michelle didn't like my attitude or the way I spoke to herCustomer is always right and I wasn't even ignorant and even called back to apologize for having a bad day and still had my order cancelled by the store manager solely because she didn't want to do business with meAaron's is a joke and they feel like they are god and decides who they want to do business with it and who they don't even though the parent company Aaron's had me approved the Bolingbrook store cancelled it and can't even figure how to refund my depositBeware of the Bolingbrook it's led by people who don't care about customers and cancel people's orders just because they don't like them

If I could leave a zero review I would I leased a washer dryer from this Aarons without issue and was paid off after years and paying triple the value of the appliances after an inflated price and interest I do not take issue with this as I was ignorant when I leased to own and agreed to pay that was paid
Over the last two years looking at the website and price comparing, I have come to realize that Aarons as a whole actually charges a base that is slightly 1/higher than other vendors Aarons says that they will match a lower price but when the lower price is presented to them, they give some vague answer about the additional service provided as being the reason for the higher price and they do not honor what they claim I was told that they were asking $more on a stove I was looking to lease because of the 'additional service' provided; the other vendor also provides free delivery and set up; they also charge an inflated rate for their furniture and merchandise, it would be interesting to see what excuse they give for the difference in price for these items
The customer rep I spoke to took my first payment for this stove before I did the price comparison; I was not even advise of the model number or specifications of the stove, it was just, yes, lets just get that payment now! After doing my research and the request for the company to match the price, I was told that in order to get a refund I would have to physically go into the store and provide the physical card to get my $back For me, living about minutes away from the store and not having transportation, just going to the store would cost me over the amount of the refund
I had to call my bank and request a charge-back instead and I am now changing my card with the bank as well because I do not trust this company that they won't try to charge my card more in the future Dishonest, will take you're money in a heartbeat and definitely not looking out for the customer; please do your homework, be savy and beware

I went to Aaron's about years ago to purchase bedroom sets(which have BEEN paid off) and now I'm somehow a secondary on a contract with my old roommateI have not lived at the same address as him for years but I now have a collection agency calling to tell me they are on my credit for a dish washer HE did not pay years agoThis has nothing to do with me but they will not take it off my credit until he pays it

I cannot believe what a nightmare it has been dealing with our local Aaron's in Hamilton OhioThe first refrigthey brought us leaked so bad it ruined all of our food and filled a large glass with water every dayIt took them WEEKS to come get it and brought a loanerThe loaner had a broke door, but we figured its only temporaryMORE WEEKS passThey finally call and say their going to send me a brand new white one in a box, which is what I wantedIt gets to our homefirst off, it's stainless steel door and gray sidesSecond and more importantly, It was too big to fit through our doorway, but their delivery drivers insisted it would fitSoooooothey broke our screen door, bent our entry door, scratched the fridge to *** and dented our floorNow, we're promised the one we wantedNO FRIDGE in sightstore manager, district managers hang up on you and are the most rude people i've EVER dealt with in my lifeWhat are we going to do now? Put their *** appliances out on the street at the curb and let them come get them!

I have been going to Aaron's for year's just paid off two of my items and was working on two more,But just recently I have had problems with some of the employees well one of the employees,He is rude, and can be smart with the customer's with out you really knowing it,And it sad to say someone in a business like Aaron's to have a rude person like him,But I will say I am taking my business elsewhere

I currently lease a Samsung 55? smart tv as to date I have had to repair the tv twice.The first time was due to damage of the screen a manufacturer errorThe second time was due to the wifi piece stopped workingNow this is the third time due to the inside screen being damaged either by movement or contact which the business doesn't want to corporate with me in getting the tv fixed or replacedI have tried to make multiple complaints to the number offered on the website for support still no awnser.When I tried to contact the store manager he never returns my phone calls but I continue to get harassed about making payments and knocking at my door with how am I going to make payments rather than help me with the issueI was without tv entertainment for 3weeks with no resolution or help from anyone im the company.Instead I get blamed for causing damage I or my children never moved or touch the tv to cause any harmThe tv screen is internally cracked not the outsideI also tried
