We own a property rented to tenants at *** A former tenant rented furniture from them Apparently she owed them money so they came to the property and stuck dozens of stickers on the property asking for her to call them The stickers are configured so that, even if you tear them off, the glue portion remains In addition, they opened the glass storm door to deliberately stick some of them on the painted portion of the door When we telephoned them to complain, they claimed that the "owner" would call us back, but she did not If this is their business practice, it is abusive

I have used rent a canter for years in factWas always on time and never late on a single payment not once! They called me weekly asking do I need anything else, and was paying a fortune in monthly paymentsI discovered Aarons and the payments were much lower and customer satisfaction in my opinion is top rateThe Statesville, North Carolina Aarons on Sullivan rd has the best employees always so friendly nice and courteousThey have taken care of every need concern and question I have been with them years now and never been late on a single payment but I imagine if I ever were they would work with me as alwaysThe furniture and electronics I have rented to own from Aarons is also top rate name brand great quality items and brands I am happy with and everything I have purchased I have had not a single problem with in over the years I have done business with them everything looks works and is great as when it was delivered to my doorI have a business and own my home but filed bankruptcy some years back and it hurt my credit a bit so if I had not had Aarons I may not have been able to buy such things as said unless I spent the total sum of cost outright or had a down payment to makeLuckily my payments monthly are low especially compared to rent a center for example I purchased a 65" uhdweb os LG smart tv for a month at rent a center I was paying a month for a 50" regular smart tv same month time on both,......wow right in my humble opinion and deduction rent a center cannot compare in any way to Aarons,,,,,,,thanks for giving me the opportunity and pleasure to do business with you and make purchases based on promised monthly payments*** Statesville, NC

he company did not honor their promise of reporting my good payments to the credit bureau
Within the past year I finished making payments on a chair, and a bunk bed at the Aaron's rent to own furniture store in Mason City, IAI filed a complaint in the past with the Revdex.com, and that complaint was resolved, however, part of my contract with Aaron's was their promise to report my payments to the credit bureauDuring the last complaint with Revdex.com I had mentioned this, and an Aaron's employee responded by saying that it would take a month or so to show on my credit reportIt has since been several months, and it is now 100% apparent that Aaron's did not keep their end of the bargain, in that they did not report my payment history to the credit bureau as promisedI had a feeling they would not do thisIn my last complaint to the Revdex.com I noted how difficult it was to get the Aaron's employees to even accept me paying off the furniture, (they did not want me to pay it off, they wanted to keep me in debt to them) They even tried to sell me more furniture after I paid off the other furniture
I made all of my payments honorably and on timeWhen I first came to their store, the associate who helped me told me that they do not report bad credit, only good credit after you pay off whatever you buy from themFrom the First employee that I spoke with at Aaron's, up to the employee I spoke with when I paid the furniture off, and even up to the employee that answered my complaints with the Revdex.com, they all lied to meThe payment history with Aaron's is no where to be found on my credit report

1/25/The experience with this west palm beach store was anything but friendly, *** *** *** *** The store manager is no better if he was the store manager he would not give me his name he's some type of refugee alsoLet me give you a piece of american education If you think that they are doing the Corporate Office of Aaron any favors for being nasty to customer then you are wrong because in this country your as can be replace at any job at any time Florida is an at- will employment state so you are not guaranteed this job at this storeIn case anyone of color want to rent from this store located at North Military Trail think twice before you doThey will call and harass you references more than one time your place of employment and then lie and say that there is no information showing in there computers that they have contact they beforeThink twice before messing with this storeread all the negative complaints for all the different cities that Aaron is in all the staff seems to have a bad attitude I am giving this store an NO STAR and or as many thumbs down any rating can system can give

I went in to get a washer & dryer set and they deliver it the washer and dryer and the dryer did not work I called back up there and explain to them that the dryer was coming on but it was not heating up my clothes the head manager whose name is Andy proceeded to tell me that it was because my pipe where the lint comes out was clogged up in my houseI told him no that's not the case because it's air coming out of the dryer & my connection to the house don't have anything to do with the dryer he was very rude will not let me talk told me I didn't know what I was talking about so I proceeded to talk to another employee and he gave me some instructions on what to do with the dryer so as I got home and proceeded to do what he said might be the problem I noticed that the cord was burnt out and barely connected(fire hazard) so when I went to tell Andy what was wrong he told me not to come in the store no more very rude no customer respect I feel this needs to be looked into and I also feel he needs to be looked into because if he don't know how to talk to a customer he don't need to be doing this job
Now he wants to pick up the product without refunding me my money and I've only had it for one day but they're charging me for days because I went and purchased it last Thursday they didn't deliver it until this Monday is Tuesday and he want to come pick it up without refunding me my money so not only did the product not work and I was at risk for a fire hazard but he wants to pick it up without refunding me my money

They have come to ccollect my furniture I have told them to take it But I ended up with bed bugs from my neighbors They call daily and I told them to take it They are driving me nuts

Went to Aarons in brewton al on August 1St was serviced by *** and paid down for a living room suit and sound machine well on Wednesday August 3Rd,the delivery drivers came out and had forgotten half of the order so I ended up waiting all day long for them to come back and noticed that the couch had tears all along the back and called and was told it was pre leased something they never told us in the store and finally when the drivers came back to deliver remaining items the lamps were broken so immediately called store back and he acted like he didn't believe me so I emailed pictures and was told they would come back out on thrusday the 4th by pm to bring new lamps which they didn't do and when I called in to see why they haven't been out again *** was very rude and I said if you don't want to make this right then maybe you should come get the furniture back and he said I believe

I have been a arron's customer for over 15+years and I have paid for everything I owned from them, I just rented a washer/dryer from them threw a promotion and I am not satisfied on the way I have been treated, when I started in this promotion they didn't tell me after the 13th of septthat I would have to give them more money, I was told that I could pay them on the 3rd of every month coming to find out that they weer frauding on their promotionthey have been calling me and harrassing me for more money, I am on a ssdi check and get paid every month on the 3rd and te first set of washer and dryer was supposed to be new but instead they sent me a used set and when I called them telling them I was having problems with the used set they ordered a new set on a wed and it was supposed to be sent to my house between am- pm on a friday between am - pm and when I called them then they told me between 3pm-7pm the same day and when I called at 7pm mark smarted off at me and told me it will be brought to my house that sat between 11am-4pm and when they came and brought the new washer and dryer in they took the old washer out and left the old dryer here and they were complaining that they couldn't get the dryer out but they wanted to hurry up and leave so they can watch a college football game on tv

Bad customer service,not the correct bed pieces when delivered,was told they credited my account but couldn't tell me how much.very disappointed

I had a bug problem and I got it taken care ofAarons had been refusing to come fix my washer that has been broken for almost weeks I have a seven month old son that needs clean clothesThey came over one time and said that they could not take it because of the bug problem, I talked to *** and told him I would take care of itHe said to make sure that the bugs where not inside or under the washer and they would come get itMy mother I law came to help with that because I am on a high risk pregnancy so it's hard for me to do anythingI have called and asked them to come and replace it and *** told me that she would not come and replace it for meAlso the first time when they came and looked at it they recorded my house without my permission and it the lease agreement I signed it doesn't not say anything about them recording

I placed an order and gave gave all the information requested After a few days I did a status update in which I was told my order was approved and is in transit to the store I would be contacted by store for a delivery date My order was supposed to be delivered 5-days but it essay past that time I was contacted by the store who stated my order was not approved and that they need additional references I tried placing a complaint with call center manager by the name of* after talking to a reply But neither showed any empathy and lacked consideration

Been whole days and Aaron refuse to pick up furniture just letting their stuff sit in my home while they state that they will just let it sit for days just tieing up my home and causing trouble for me cause I have other furniture coming but need this to be picked up ASAPThis the 3rd time I have visited the store and about the 8th time calling to them to come and get their stuff If I owed money in which first they did not take on the due date but did charge interest the next date after they would not take payment the first timeThis is not right I think that my family is due something from this storeThey are so rude and I will not rent from this store again

Have had two accounts with Aaron'sThe first time we were lied to about which tv we were receivingHad to fight for a month to get the correct tvThis new account I told them from the beginning the online payments had to work for me to sign the lease, as the first time they told me it was not a reliable optionI was told online payments now worked without an issueThey do not, and the company could care lessI call at least twice a week including the corporate help line and no one will call backTheir resolution was to send me the link that does not work and say they fixed itTheir district office was supposed to call me back two months ago and their regional manager Andy or Andrew is now on an almost three week call back! Do not spend a dime with them, save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable place that actually want your business
