I am rejecting this response because: I am not accepting a refund from Groupon in the form of their Groupon Bucks or discountsThis money was taken from, even though I followed the correct procedures to get a refund. This behavior from Groupon shows the extent to which they are willing to go to hold on to $USDThe amount of time and energy that has been spent on this issue far exceeds the original dispute amount. I have already filed a charge back with my bank for this type of fraudI can only hope that others will see this type of business practice from Groupon and not be subjected to such poor customer service, unethical business practice, and coercion to avoid a peaceful resolution.
