this was as much about how I was treated as it was about the order being wrong. hopefully the business takes the steps to educate their customer service "professionals" on the proper way to treat customers. I will accept the refund and $5 off the next order.

had to be canceled.  The reason for that was because the restaurant did have all the items to fulfill your order which resulted in the cancel.  I can see that the funds were released and sent back to your original method of payment on 1/25/18 at 12:41 pm CST. Since this resulted in a canceled order essentially this is a voided transaction.  This means that the transaction will fall off your account.  Please collaborate up with your bank for any further questions regarding the void. I am rejecting this response because: This literally answered 0 of my questions in my original complaint; how did this make it through their Quality Control process??? PLEASE answer me why I experienced those issues I did.  Please provide an explanation, and not an apology.  Your response epitomizes the experience I have suffered through over the past year or so.  Please do your due diligence and RESEARCH my complaint rather than provide a blanketed statement of apology.  My next stop: social media.  Be prepared with over 50k followers reading my complaint, and then I will be posting on your facebook wall the egregious response you provided to my very detailed complaint (given the character limit).

We do apologize that receiving promotions within the app was frustrating. Most of our promotions are for our 1st timer users, There are push notifications for existing customers that should show again by logging out, clearing  cache and cookies and logging back in. We can not delete an account....

We are required to keep records of transactions. However, GrubHub users can log in and change their information to nonsense and delete any saved credit cards. All that remains is the footprint of transaction - no personal details remain. It is not technically "deleting" but the results are the same.We have issued a credit to the current account.

We have reviewed this complaint. The diner was informed on 10/26 and 11/13 regarding the promotion being discontinued. We will reach out directly to inform them again. There were also several account that were found for this order all under the same details.

I am rejecting this response because: Your statement says you will not be able to place another order for me yet you sent $15 worth of money off my next order.  How will I even use that.  I was told you will make it right.  Then I was placed on hold for about 20 minutes until I hung up because it was obvious nobody was coming back to the line.  I would like you to send my friend her food and then the issue will be closed.  Thank you.  All I am asking for is what I ordered to be sent and seeing as it is now 3 days late I would consider a free meal in order.  Thank you.
