Review: I recently mailed my I phone 5S into Guzu after being told they would pay me $180.00 for my phone. I received email conformation that they received my device on 10/**/15. I was told at that time that my device was approved for payment and I would receive a check in 1-3 business days and I would receive another e-mail when payment was mailed out. After days to weeks went by I never received any further communication about delays or my payment being mailed. I emailed their service department several times and eventually I was then told that their accounts had suffered serious fraud attempts and they were working to resolve the issues. On 11/*/15 I received another e-mail that payment was on it's way and I would receive payment in 5 days. After not receiving my payment in 5 days I once again contacted the company who again gave me the run around and no answers as to where my check/money is. I have also asked several times to have my device returned to me but to no avail. I would appreciate any help in handling this manner.Desired Settlement: I would like Guzu to either pay me the agreement amount for my phone or I mail me my device back.

Review: I sold my fairly new [redacted] iPhone 5s 16gb to Guzu.com and received a check of $200.00

I decided to deposit the check on 6/**/15 and then on 6/**/15 I received a email from my bank saying there was insufficient funds.

I also got charged with a $12.00 [redacted] fee.

I basically lost $212.00 and Guzu.com got to keep my iPhone.

I would appreciate it if I would get a response.

Either fix the issue or just send me the phone back.Desired Settlement: To receive $212.00 (amount they owe me AND [redacted] fee) from the company and the check not bouncing this time.

Review: Hi. I sold an iPhone 5 to guzu. They were supposed to pay me $110. I received an email saying they received my product and I would be receiving another email when my payment was processed. After a week of not receiving payment I emailed them. I got a response that said they were working on paying accounts they owed money to. It's been about 3 weeks since then. I tried emailing again but no response.Desired Settlement: I want my iPhone back or the $110.

Review: I've dealt with Guzu before had great experiences ... until now. I sent them an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray to recycle in exchange for their payment of $390.00. They received the device on 9/**/2015 @ 12:25PM. They sent an acknowledgment of receiving the device via and e-Mail to me on 9/**/2015 which said a check would be sent to me within 1-3 business days. It is now 9/**/2015 and after numerous calls and e-Mails, I have yet to still hear from them.Desired Settlement: I would either like to get paid for the device ($390) or have the exact device returned to me.

Review: I sent my used iPhone to Guzu to sell for an agreed upon price. I received an email saying that the transaction has been approved on 10/**/15. The email also stated that payment would be processed in 1-3 business days. It has been over 4 weeks now and I still have not received payment for my iPhone. I have tried calling two different phone numbers for Guzu that have both been disconnected. I have also sent multiple emails that have not been responded to either. This company owes my $195 for the phone. As it stands right now, they have just stolen my property. Please help!Desired Settlement: Send me the check for the agreed upon $195

Review: I sent my I phone 5c to guzu with a quote to pay 80.00 by check. The phone arrived at their location on 8/**/15 and was processed as per their email sent to me. It's been well over a month and I've attempted to contact them numerous times but get no response. Review: I sent my phone into Guzu, so they can buy it back, which they received my phone. They gave me a price of $160. Guzu supposedly has shipped my money to me on July 22, 2015, they said I should receive my money in two weeks, I have not received my check and its been 3 weeks. Review: One month ago I sent a brand new iphone 6 that has been used for only three weeks. I received notice that the phone was received and approved for a $400 payment to my [redacted] address. On July [redacted], 3 days after the payment approved email I sent an email to the support email asking about payment. A customer service agent named Lindsey Y[redacted] told me they were having "issues" with their [redacted] account and if a check was ok. I said yes, then started reading all the reviews on checks not clearing. I went back to Lindsey and explained this and within a few days she responded saying they had issues in the past with checks, but those were resolved and the check would go out in a few days. I have emailed the support desk at LEAST 8 times demanding payment or my device back. Then I get an email a week ago stating payment was "On Its Way!" to my [redacted] account - still NOTHING - no check, no money in [redacted]. Lindsey Y[redacted] will no longer respond and I get no response from the support email. This company is a joke and a fraud - I want my device returned or payment made immediately!Desired Settlement: PAY ME THE PROMISED AMOUNT OF $400 OR RETURN MY NEW IPHONE 6 you basically STOLE!

Review: I sold Guzu my phone over three months ago. There is a shipping confirmation and my phone was delivered and signed off on, but I never received my payment for the phone sold. Review: On November [redacted], 2015, I received confirmation from Guzu that they received the 2 iPhone 5 phones I sent them. Later that day I received notice of approval for the payment to me of $90 for each of the phones, to be paid to my PayPal account in 1-3 business days.

Review: I sold my iPhone 5 to Guzu and received an email confirmation of payment (check) to be mailed to me on December [redacted]. I received the check and deposited it to my checking account. On December [redacted], the check was returned and I was hit with an NSF fee of $12 from my bank. I immediately contacted the customer service at Guzu to address the issue. They were helpful at first and I provided them with all of the information requested so they could resolve the problem. After several emails back and forth with [redacted] (who was very helpful and quick to respond) it was decided they would send a money order to compensate me for the $170 owed for the iPhone as well as the $12 I was charged for NSF fee. On December [redacted] I contacted [redacted] again to inquire about the check that had an expected delivery date of Dec. [redacted]. She replied that all money order sent on the [redacted] of December did not have updated tracking. I was told to get in contact with that local post office where they were dropped off to figure out the issue (seems extremely unprofessional after writing a bad check). I have since not received any form of correspondence or payment from Guzu. Emails I have sent since have not had any response, and they still possess my iPhone 5.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for the service promised, $170 plus the $12 NSF Fee.

Sometimes, electronics can seem to be working, but they may have minor issues that may cause problems. We do strive to have perfect customer service, so we did assist [redacted] to the fullest of our capabilities. We asked him to bring the speaker back to us, and we would refund the cost of the speaker. We refunded him the full amount of the speakers when the facility reopened on July [redacted]. We received our merchandise back and he received the full amount of the speakers back to him in cash. This issue has been resolved and closed since that date.

Review: I sent an Apple Watch in for payment. Guzu received the product and approved a $300 for my item on 8/**/15. To date I have not received payment.

I have no idea why is company is still open or allowed to advertise. I sent them my phone. They issued me a check. The first check did not arrive the second check bounced and I was capharged $15 more from my bank. I have e-mailed multiple times with no response ans none of their phone numbers work. They are basically stealing people's property.

I decided to go with Guzu because the payment promised was higher. Review: I sent my iPhone 6 to Guzu just after Christmas this year. They received my phone and confirmed that the payment was approved. After about 2 weeks I never received my payment via [redacted] so I contacted them. I recevied a reply saying they were sorry and the payment would be sent shortly. Since then it has been almost another 2 weeks and I have heard nothing nor have I received my payment. Now after sending at least 3-4 more emails, they have gone completely silent. So now they have my phone AND have not paid me. This is rediculous that it takes this long to get paid. I think the company must be a scam.Desired Settlement: I want them to either transfer the money to me immediately or return my phone to me. I will accept either one but I will not close this until I get one or the other.

Review: I agreed to sell an IPhone 5 to them for $185. They sent me a shipping label and I sent it in. I was notified on 10/**/14 that the received item had been accepted and I would receive payment via [redacted] within 1 to 3 business days. I did not receive payment and contacted them through the notification system on their website. They sent an e-mail back indicating that they would contact me but haven't contacted me.
