This company has made no additional attempts to resolve the issues. A formal complaint has been made in the state of IL and NY against them for fraud. I would strongly urge the Revdex.com to also take action for the number of repetitive cases of fraud and negligence.

I have checked with management and accounting and the refund for this order will be put through by the end of the week. We have been in touch with the buyer and there were some complications with the deal which arose which is why we are submitting a refund. Please let us know if there is anything...

This company told you they would send me my money and I have still not received it. ID #[redacted] . This has been going on now for two months where they promise but don't make good. Refund - Certified bank check or money order.

Their response last week stated that they were to refund by the end of last week. As of today, 4/**/15 we still have not received a full refund of our funds. Not sure what "complications" they are referring to. We paid $50,388.00 for product back in January and to this date they have not refunded our funds nor provided us the product. It should not take three months to refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Guzu, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I Have tried several more times to contact GUZU via customer service email on 4/**/2016,and 4/**/2016and 4/**/2016 in the latter I related the steps you, the Revdex.com, advised I can take to take action against GUZU. I have still not received another responseback from them. I am now planning to take at least 1 of the next steps recommended by you.

The customer keeps stating that her daughter is a minor, even though we are very clear in our user agreement that you must be over 18 and have ownership of the phone. The phone itself had Apple ID lock on it, which prevents us a company to resell there phone for good value. We contacted her many times regarding this before the requoted payment amount was sent. We did the best we could to fix this matter and the customer continued to threaten us that she will go to the Revdex.com. We would like to help her but it would clearly be against our company policy.
Please let me know where to go from here.
