They sent me another check which was $212.00 , but it also got bounced because of NSF. I want to request a money order of $224.00 to me instead, in which the additional 12.00 was because of the fee my bank charges.

I placed my order on ** April 2016. The original offer was $115. I was contacted by customer support (Amanda) stating that the device was received and approved for $100 on ** April, but my order status still reflects awaiting receipt. Like they never received anything. The tracking number from the [redacted] shipping label states delivered.
I then receive an email stating the business check would be mailed within 1-3 business days.
I have sent 10 emails/messages.
Each time I receive another email stating I would be contacted within 24-48 hours and never get a response.
Prior to doing business with this company I failed to do a business review search. How does the government allow them to remain incorporated with so many complaints?
This company is a total scam. I know I'll never receive my money and now I'm at a lost for my iPhone 5S.
I have saved copies of all documents so if in the future there is a suit brought against this company I can be compensated for my lost.

I had explained to Guzu that this transaction was done without my knowledge, and that yes, my daughter is a minor. When Guzu e-mailed my daughter about the lock code, she did not have her phone; therefore, she was not able to respond. She was grounded from her phone during that time. I notified Guzu about this very shortly after the time frame to respond had expired, and they basically blew me off.
I then attempted to work out the problem with Guzu directly. After numerous attempts asking them to do the right thing, they continued to ignore my e-mails, so I had no choice but to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.
It is my firm belief that they took advantage of my minor daughter. They owe the full $52.00 that was promised. I have still not executed the $13.00 check that they did send.

I have left numerous email messages to Guzu
I received a email my payment is on it's way on 3/*/2016 it's been over 5 days no payment, also I requested Via [redacted] more than 10 request NO DEPOSIT MADE SO FAR. why would I get a business check?
3 iPhones were sent it, order #[redacted] & order #[redacted] , I have emails as proof.

because:Guzu contacted me by writing on the [redacted] of this month and said I should expect payment for my device on the [redacted]. No payment came through on the [redacted], nor did they communicate why or comment further.
