I am rejecting this response because: I spent numerous hours on many different days researching my LOST shipment, myself due to your companies neglect Three calls to your shipping company and followup after their investigation proved that it wasn't delivered to usI began contacting your company, which had Charged me and continued to neglect my emails to your service depton many different, documented, occasionsI placed phone calls to your company, was told they would look into it and get back to me, which never happened until Revdex.com made it happenI finally received the order after month from ordering and paying for itThis is bad businessI think it's horrible that one would have to get the Revdex.com involved to keep from getting ripped off! My request was more than fair at 50% reimbursement for 1/of my trouble and timeThat isn't a lot to ask for.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, when chatting with the representative, I specifically requested that my order not be canceled, and it was immediately canceled.Second, the offered compensation is embarrassing. They're offering me 20% off the purchase price of something, when there are regularly and 30% off specials. On almost a weekly basis there is something better than the 'compensation" offered for them failing to adhere to our purchase contract

that the consumer placed his order on December 11, with next business day
shippingAlthough one item on the order shipped on time, the other item on the
order was delayed
On December 21, the consumer reached out to our
customer service team in regards to the delayAccording to the notes on the
order a request was submitted to try and have the item pushed out or to obtain
an expected ship dateOn December 22, the consumer contacted us once
again for an update and ended up canceling the delayed item and replacing it
with an alternate item that we were able to ship out in a timely manner

collecting further details about his experience we ended up processing a full
