The recurring set up was first placed on your account on November ** when you scheduled your November ** booking with the coupon ***, which was redeemable only for recurring services When enrolling in this cleaning plan, you selected a weekly frequency. Though the
November **, November **, December *, and December ** cleanings were all cancelled individually, the recurring set up was not disabled, and continued to generate bookings The December ** cleaning was the sixth booking in the series I've refunded the both the $charge, and $** cancellation fee back to your card, the $refund will post back in your account in 3-business days.I can also confirm that your cleaning plan has now been successfully cancelled There are no bookings confirmed for future dates, nor will any be generated automatically.Best,

H ***, We've reviewed your refund with our payments team, and can confirm that the charge was reversed. Because the charge was refunded minutes after it was initially processed, the charge will be dropped in your statement, that is, you will not see any money taken from your account

Thank you for removing my information from your systemHowever, Handy.com mentioned I contacted them throughout several months, on numerous occasions, but were only able to provide one single date where they offered supportAnd that "support" was not helpful in anyway, which obviously led to this complaint
I don't like wasting my timeHandy.com / Handy Book, is a deceptive company that regularly takes advantage of their "contractors" under the guise & legal protection of a Tech Company, with no legal responsibilities to their clients, contractors, state or federal governmentShame on you Handy.com! Though the individual bookings for November ** and December * were cancelled, the recurring set up was not, and continued to generate bookings Customers are sent reminder emails seven days before each cleaning, as well as the day before the service is scheduled My response: the number given in that was my landline number and does not receive any text messagesI am in office during office hoursI did not see any voicemail alsoWhen I cancelled bookings after promotion, it was clear that the bookings are cancelled for goodThere was no reason to presume that it will be charged again as your system was not updating the cancellation properly.The next confirmed booking was scheduled for December **, the professional called and texted the customer regarding this appointment The January * professional called and had a second conversation with the account holder The January ** professional sent texts and called times, on February * the professional called times and sent text The February ** professional called twice and sent two texts.My response: the number given in that was my landline number and does not receive any text messagesI am in office during office hoursI did not see any voicemail alsoWhen I cancelled bookings after promotion, it was clear that the bookings are cancelled for goodThere was no reason to presume that it will be charged again as your system was not updating the cancellation properly.Customers can cancel the cleaning plan at anytime from both the mobile app and through our website; selecting the cleaning plan they wish to cancel, and following the instructions to complete the cancellation The customer's cleaning plan was cancelled yesterday, February ** at 10:AM.
