Checking your account we see you canceled your June *** booking within hours of the scheduled date and timePer our cancellation policy the charge is nonrefundableThe professional that was scheduled to come to your home that day must be compensated for their time
and effort to make it out to your homeYou canceled the booking almost a half hour before it was set to beginAs well when you signed up for service with us you selected to have service every weeksI see you canceled your April and May bookings but you did not cancel your June bookingAs a result a professional was scheduled to come out to youJust a reminder, we send day & 24hr secondary reminder emails for all upcoming bookings with usThis gives you ample time to cancel your bookings and avoid any additional charges.

The recurring set up was first placed on your account on November ** when you scheduled your December * booking with the coupon REFERRAL_US, which was redeemable only for recurring services At this time, you selected a monthly recurring set up. The recurring set up was not disabled, and
continued to generate bookings The booking from January * was the second generated cleaning on this planThe cleaning plan has since been disabled, there are no cleanings confirmed for future dates, nor will any be generated automatically Additionally, the $charge was refunded to you yesterday, January *, and will post back in 3-business days. I've also had your credit card information removed from our third party, secure, payments processor. Please advise that the last four digits of your card will remain on file for proof of previous purchases

*** *** was a contracted worker on the Handy platform, and was not a Handy employee. Handy does not have a contact number as we have transitioned to an online Help Center as we feel it helps us serve the most customers, most efficiently. The documents needed for *** *** to file her
taxes will be mailed to the address on file, *** *** *** ** * *** *** *** This will be mailed some time in January, so that she can file taxes as an independent contractor. If there is an updated address you would like to provide, I'd be happy to make the necessary adjustments to your account

We're unable to locate a second booking on your account There is one confirmed booking on the account attached to the email *** The only booking on this account was a one time cleaning scheduled for
August **, 2014, *** ***, which was paid for using a *** voucher.There was no cleaning plan on this account as the only cleaning was a one-time cleaning You can cancel a cleaning plan from the Accounts page, selecting the plan from the drop down menu, and following the instructions to cancel.
If there is another account under a different email, please let me know the account information.

I used Handy once in August and did not like the person they sent meShe moved at a glacial pace and after two hours had only covered the kitchen and one BR of two Bedroom apartmentWhat she had worked on wasnt very cleanThen she needed a break every minutes and wanted to drink the juice she saw in my fridge!
Anyway, once she left I canceled the Handy service thinking that was the end of the matterImagine my surprise when I see a $bill from handy charged to my card in SeptemberI called Handy and was told they billed me in error and this would be taken care ofI again made sure my account was canceled and was told that it wasGuess, what I was billed again in Oct & Nov and Dec! Finally I had to call my card company and dispute this via my CC to have the old charges reversedKeeping my fingers crossed to see what happens in Jan!
