Company could care less about their customers nor employees prime example look up Handy and call, exactly there isn't a number to call to book, cancel, nothingThey will get rid of their employees when their clients LIE about bookingsThey DO NOT give the referrals for bringing on other cleanersHow in the world can a company notice how many different sites customers and employees have to complain and still not solve issues outright through a phone callIf you worked for Handy such as I did sadly you'd get used to the hiccups with the APPLike what world are we in when you have an issues and cant immediately call your supervisor yet you email ON TIME, but don't get a response back for four daysReally?

I had a $credit in my account prior to 2/** which I was planning on using for my cleaning scheduled for 2/** as a one time cleanAfter the house cleaner arrived at my house on 2/** without notice and did not clean because I was out of the country, the $credit disappeared from my accountHandy, in their response to me mentions a cleaning on Jan* which I have no knowledge of and which does not show on my calendar No one contacted me about this supposed cleaning and it was never done .I just returned home from traveling and noticed that Handy charged my credit card on 2/** for $ In there response to me, Handy states they are returning $to my credit card but now they owe me another $as well since they have used my account credit for $and also charged my credit card an additional $ I would like a total of $returned to my credit and no further charges to be made

We took another look at the check's status and can see that the check was issues on 1/** and arrived to the customer on 1/** (according to ***) but has not been cashed at this pointHopefully once the check is cashed this issue should be resolved

The business is failing to mention that we both called the worker multiple times and went out to look for the worker and could not find the workerWe did every thing we could to find this person, but to no availTo make it worse, Handy does not have a phone number you can call to resolve these issues, so we could not reach them while this was going on and I could not speak to them afterwards to resolveAll I could do was email them back and forth, which was very unproductive
