If I could give *zero [redacted] stars, I wouldOn Monday, I paid for a 2-hour cleaningI was assigned Chanel Rand authorized the release of my apartment keys to her, since I was going to be away at work during the cleanI was so excited to come home to a sparkling apartment -- BUT I would've been happier to return to a sparkling apartment that didn't have my personal items stolen from inside of itI was so wowed by the surface quality of the clean that it didn't dawn on me to rifle through my things until the next morning when I was getting ready for workIt was at that time that I noticed bare hangers in my closet from where clothing was stolenWhen I was in the bathroom doing my makeup, I noticed my used tube of mascara had been stolen right out of my makeup bag, along with my new $eyeshadow palette (still in the box) from one of my bathroom drawers It was at that point I realized something was very wrong and I started going through everythingAll in all, I had items stolen, totaling $Everything from shampoo/hair products, to jeans/pants and sweaters/tops, all from my closet, bathroom, and dresser drawers I cannot even begin to describe the hurt and level of violation I feel! A police report has been filed and an investigation is in progressDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -- unless you're able to commit to being present while they are in your home and you can eye them like a hawkIf you are going to use this service, make sure your professional is not ChanelSuper disappointed and my $clean certainly was not worth the almost $worth of items I lost

Hi ***, We have never received any communication from [redacted] about a refund but I am happy to refund the $as we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee

The recurring set up was first placed on [redacted] account on January [redacted] when she scheduled her January [redacted] booking using the Living Social voucher, [redacted] which was redeemable only for recurring services, and included in the terms and conditions of the voucher. When scheduling this... cleaning, [redacted] selected a monthly cleaning plan to enroll into. The booking generated for February [redacted] was the second booking int he series. I've refunded the $57 charge back to the card on file, the refund will post back in [redacted] account in 3-5 business days. [redacted] cleaning plan was successfully cancelled earlier this morning by another agent who received her email. There are no bookings confirmed for future dates, nor will any be generated automatically. I've also had your credit card information removed from our third party, secure, payments processor. Please advise that the last four digits of your card will remain on file for proof of previous purchases. As a growing web based company, we have transitioned to an online help modal via our Help Center, [redacted] , as we feel it helps us serve the most customers, most efficiently, and apologize if [redacted] did not have that experience.
