After further review and correspondence with the ex-professional we have decided to move forward with refunding the $for the initial cleaning and also refund the postage amountWe are going to need information about the cost of that shipping so we can properly process the reimbursement

This cleaning company is the worst EVER! I had them scheduled for a cleaning right before the Thanksgiving holiday with company coming over and they rescheduled minutes prior to the appointmentFurther, they rescheduled the rescheduled appointment not once but THREE (3) TIMES!!! I will no longer use this company and warn others that they typically come late even if they don't reschedule.UNRELIABLE to say the least! Lastly, they are completely impossible to contactThere app is great for scheduling, however if you need to reach a person for any reason, you can'tMost unprofessional company I've ever dealt withThe cleaning ladies are typically very nice and all but one were efficient (one took over an hour to clean a bathroom that should've taken 15-minutes- SLLLOOOOWWWW) most are fine thoughCleaning ladies 4/5, company 1/if negative isn't available to score them I was "assured" by handy that the time they rescheduled for me would holdIt didn'tYou can't trust anything this company saysLIES!!!

Hi, We did drop the ball on this appointment. It was Handybook's fault because we provided the wrong address. I just refunded her $31 (the only payment we have on filer for her) and attached a screenshot. I will have [redacted] send her a handwritten note apologizing about... the issue. All best, ***

The customer reached out to us immediately after the appointment on 12/ [redacted] to report that the cleaner had used a product that left a greasy residue on his floorWe processed a refund for the voucher he used to pay for the serviceWe also explained that we would be able to send out another professional free of charge to assess and treat the damage to the floors anytime after noon the following day (12/**) or anytime the day afterwards (12/**), but unfortunately due to the high demand and limited availability we would not be able to send anyone earlier then thatThe customer said he would have to call us back with his availabilityWe then were in communication via email, and sent out another professional on 12/ [redacted] to evaluate the damage to the floorsFollowing feedback from that professional, another complimentary service was performed on 12/ [redacted] for the cleaning products to be applied to the floorsThe customer has not reached out to us since to indicate that any further action was needed
