I placed an order with this company for two dresses back in June.

Only after I had ordered and paid did I receive an email saying delivery would be in 45 business days; had I known this beforehand, I would not have ordered them.

Since this date I have heard nothing. The company has not responded to emails or *** messages.

Having since read reviews online, sadly this is a common tale. This company is scamming people by taking money and not delivering any items or getting in touch to process refunds. Meanwhile it continues to advertise on places like ***, but has disabled all comments so that you cannot make a public complaint or alert others.

I placed an order with this company on 3/29/2020 for 3 toddler dresses. I received 1 dress on 5/2/2020. I have not received the other 2 dresses. I emailed the company 7/20/2020 and again on 8/13/2020 but did not receive a response either time. I inquired when the dresses would ship and otherwise asked for a refund. I will accept delivery of the remaining items or a refund.

I placed an order online through Harper & Henry's website on 4/20/2020 for 2 dresses for a total of $30.51, which was charged to my credit card at that time. At the time of the order, the website did not indicate that their orders were delayed due to COVID. I received a confirmation email shortly after I ordered which stated, "Please note that we are doing everything we can to fulfill orders at this time, but orders might be delayed or split shipped, due to COVID-19. Orders might take up to 45 business days to be delivered. Please contact us via *** for more information regarding your order."
By June 20, 2020, I had still not received my order and had not received any email updates from the company either. I sent an email to their customer support email address inquiring about the status of my order. I finally received a reply on June 27, 2020 which appeared to be a canned response, stating the following, "Most orders will be fulfilled over the next 15 business days, Fulfillment is still trying to play catch up after being closed from the pandemic and having to redo operations for social distancing and sanitation. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it is packed. I apologize for the extended delay and thank you for your patience."
After still no delivery of my order and no email communication from the company, I again emailed then regarding the status of my order on July 22, 2020 and have never received a response. Clearly this company does not care for it's customers and has no trouble taking a customer's money and never providing the items that were paid for. At this point, my children will no longer be able to fit into the dresses I ordered in the spring, so even if they were to finally send them, they would be useless to me. I feel that I deserve a refund, especially given my patience during this process and the total lack of transparency from the business. COVID appears to be an easy excuse for this company to use in order to fleece their customers!

Placed an order four months again. I have not heard anything about the status of my order nor have I ever received a response when I reach out to customer service.

I placed an order on February 13, 2020. I got an email confirming the order. I waited 15 days as stated in the website for my order to be shipped but it wasn't, so I emailed customer service. I received a very helpful and polite email to "Valued Customer" saying there were quality issues with my order. The representative "***" said she would let me know when it was resolved and that she had made her manager aware of the situation. A month went by and no correspondence and no products, so I emailed again and received no response. I sent another email a week after that and got an automated message saying the email was no longer active. So I looked up the address on the website, they had changed their address. I emailed the new address and got an automated response with a new customer support ticket number. I emailed again a month later, and got another automated response with a new ticket number. In the email it says not to send another email because I'll go to the bottom of the line. The signature line at the bottom says Okiedokee Children's boutique and the customer service desk is operated by ***. I never received any more responses. I tried messaging them on *** and never got a response, and now that function is no longer available on their *** page. My order total was $61.02, it cleared my account the day after I placed my order, before my items even would've been shipped. I still haven't heard any responses or received my items or a refund.

We ordered a dress from them back in June for my daughter's birthday. When we got confirmation they stated that due to Covid it could take 45 business days for delivery. It has now been longer then that and I have received zero responses from the company. They charged our credit card but have yet to send the item we purchased. A quick internet search shows that other customers who purchased around the same time as us have also had the same issue. I'm worried that they are a scam site.

On March 10th, I ordered 2 dresses from this company (for which I was charged about $30). It is now almost September and I still have not received them despite having already paid for them. I have tried contacting the company multiple times by email but have never received a response or a refund.

I placed an order with this company in May 2020. I have not received my purchase (nor have the items been shipped) I have attempted to contact the company on more than one occasion to either receive my product or a refund. The company has not responded to me in any way.

On June 18th 2020 I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter from the website Harper & Henry, for a total of $42.55CAN. They never shipped, and never arrived. I have been contacting this company via email and ***, and no replies. I *** this company, and found hundreds of people saying the same thing - charged for products which never arrived!

I placed on order on their website back in February and I never received it. I emailed once and they said sorry, it’s non-refundable, you’ll get it. Never got it so I emailed again in June and this time they never even bothered to respond. I have paid $47.46 for product I’ve never received.

I ordered dresses for my daughters from this company on July 3.
Those dresses have never arrived and efforts to contact the company have been ignored.
This is clearly a scam as hundreds of other customers have the same complaint.
This company is deleting complaints from customers on public profiles and is actively maintaining a fraudulent site online.
I want a refund immediately and I want the company to be charged with fraud.

I ordered from this company on July 6th, 2020. When making my order I was informed it could take up to 45 days because of COVID. I contacted them after 49 days on August 24th. I received no response. I contacted their *** page, received no response, but was blocked from commenting or sending them anymore messages.

Two dresses ordered in April, one was never delivered and the business has not responded to any emails sent inquiring about the order status

I ordered from this company on 4/23/20. I was charged and never received my order. I sent three emails to customer service. I never received a response, and the last email was returned as undeliverable.

Total schmucks. Order a dress for my daughter at the beginning of July and it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted them 3 times asking about my order, nothing. I'm going to have to go through my bank to try and get a refund at this point. Total SCAM. Their website looks good, but you're just going to be disappointed. Beware!

I paid for a dress that was never shipped to me. All attempts to contact the business were ignored.

I ordered a dress for my daughter on July 11th and haven’t received it yet. The email address for their customer are bounced back and is not valid.
I’m upset and angry that people would take advantage of others especially during COVID-19. Karma comes around and those involved will get a rude awakening.

I ordered 2 princess-style dresses for $33.90 from this company on July 4th, and received a message (that had not been communicated prior to the confirmation email that due to Covid-19, shipping might be delayed. This was fine, but when I sent 4 separate emails to check on the order, I received no message back. I tried contacting them through ***, but received no message back either. At this point, I just want a refund since I doubt they'll be delivered.

I ordered items from this company on April 11, 2020 and received a confirmation email with a tracking number. I first contacted customer care on May 27, when my items were already overdue, and received a reply on May 28, which blamed the delay on Covid-19 and could not provide me with a timeline for receiving my items. I attempted to contact customer service again on August 9 and never received a reply. I again attempted to contact customer service on August 22 and received a message that the email address no longer exists or couldn’t be found.

Purchased 6 princess dresses for my granddaughters on May 13, my credit card was charged, but I have not received the dresses. I sent an email a month ago, then 2 weeks ago, then again last week. Have not heard a peep! I really hope this is not a scam, the dresses looked so cute!
