I ordered two dresses for my daughter in early March 2020. I received confirmation and they took my money from my account. I have not received these dresses and have attempted to contact the company THREE times. I understand the current state of the world may delay things, but at this point I feel as though I am not going to receive the products I paid for.

Ordered a dress from them on March 22, 2020. The only thing I ever heard from them since was a robot email about how COVID-19 was slowing the manufacturing process down and orders will be delayed. I wrote them about my order and they never responded. Really tired of this! Thankfully I didn't lose too much money in this *** site.

I ordered 2 items from this company on May 29. I received an order confirmation along with a notice that the delivery would be delayed because of Covid. I was fine with this, but did follow up with an email to their customer service asking for clarification on the delay. I never got a response, and followed up a week later. Never got a response. Finally emailed again and then contacted via ***. I got an extremely angry response from someone at the company telling me a sob story about how many hours per day they work and they are just trying to do the best they can. Seemed really odd and unprofessional. I told them I simply was looking for an update on my order and could not get a response. The person stopped replying. I emailed the customer service again with still no response. On 6/26 I emailed again simply asking for a refund and to cancel the order. I asked for a refund again on *** and got a reply from someone telling me just to send my details to the customer service email address so they could process my cancellation and refund. I sent an email and was told they would not cancel or refund my order. They charged my credit card the day I ordered. Now I am out money with no optimism that my items will ever ship or arrive, and every time I try to talk to someone at the company I get an angry response or no response at all.....or just incorrect information. All I am asking for is a refund to my credit card and for my order to be cancelled. I do not wish to deal with or support this "business"

I placed an order with this company on April 3rd and the charge was taken from my bank account. I still have not received the order. Three times, after no information about my order, I reached out to the company and was told each time my order would ship in the next week. Then nothing. I attempted to contact via the company ***, was initially told again the order would ship in a week then blocked. Attempts to contact the company for information is email since then have gone unanswered until today. I finally had a response to my latest request for a full refund and was told no and that my order would ship soon. The event I needed the product for has long passed and I just want my money back.

I believe this company to be a scam. I placed my order and was charged 4/28/2020, and I have received nothing. Their customer service (when they actually respond) is refusing to refund my order, it has not yet shipped, nor can they tell me when it will ship. A quick *** search revealed many other customers stating the same, going back many many months. Several have said they believe this company operated under another name but have changed it to keep the scam going. At this point I don’t expect to ever receive my order.

Never received all the items from an order I placed in January 2020. Customer service has stopped all communication. I have not heard from anyone since March and my credit card was charged for the entire purchase.

We have not received our order after several months and they did not respond to emails asking where it is. Yes they continue to advertise on Instagram. If you cannot fill existing orders you should stop taking new orders

Ordered in March and never received product. They refused to communicate and blocked us from commenting on *** ads. AVOID! SCAM!!

We placed an order on 2/9/20 and have not yet received the purchased items- despite reopening post Covid. We have attempted to contact Harper + Henry on multiple locations with no responses Since 3/10/2020.

2/9-Order #*** placed on 2/9/20
3/1-Requested an order update on 3/1- they stated the items did not pass their quality check
3/10 no response since this date
4/8- requested an update
4/11- requested an update
5/14- requested an update
6/12- requested the initiation of a refund

There is no phone number on their website or alternative contact methods beyond email to request the refund.

I ordered product almost 3 months ago. After waiting a month for the product, I contacted them. They blamed Covid-19 for the delay and I understood. However, after another month, I still hadn't received the product. It appeared that they were going to follow up about the issue bit there was so resolution. After I told them that I wanted to just cancel the order and receive a refund, they started ignoring my emails. They have since refused to respond to emails and messages, to send the product, or to issue a refund.

I placed an order about 3 months ago. I received half of my order and was told that the other half was postponed due to supply issues because of covid 19. This was understandable at the time. The issues started to arise when I reached out for an update. I got an automatic response that I would hear back in a few business days; I never heard back. I then contacted them again and once again received no response. This continued to occur numerous times on different platforms when I attempted to contact them. I should note that I paid for the order in full at the time of the order.

I ordered three dresses on February 8 and have never received them. I have used the contact information to email the company twice and I get a canned reply saying that they’re having trouble getting the fabric. I have already paid for the items. There’s no way to contact them to get my money back.

I ordered 2 dresses from this clothing company mid-March. I have not received these dresses 3 months later in spite of my bank account being charged for them. I emailed the company twice in April and again at the beginning of June with the only response being an automated email saying they had received my email and a representative would contact me. I was never contacted by a representative.

Ordered on 22 April 2020. Sent an email to check status of order on 25 May asking for a refund because my order still had not been shipped. "***" from customer service told me he could not cancel or issue a refund because he did not have access from home. The company has stated that they have delays of maximum 45 days. It has almost been 60 days. Sent an email on 16 June to check status of order. No response. I think they have fraudulently claimed shipping distributing issues to keep people from requesting refunds. They did not just put a hold on my finds, they actually charged me and never shipped the items.

All of their clothing can be purchased for a fraction of the price from other websites. When anyone speaks out against them on ***, they block them from commenting.

I made a purchase of 2 dresses from their website on March 22, 2020. First, they charged me more than was agreed. With a coupon the total should have been $30.51 but they charged me $33.90. My receipt states "allow up to 15 business days for your order to be delivered". Today is June 15, 2020 and I still have not received my order. I have sent several emails and only get an automated response saying, we are experiencing delays... we will respond to your email in 2 to 3 days... but they never do. At this point, I would like a refund but cannot get anyone to respond to an email and there is no phone number on the website. This company is supposedly based out of the state that I live in so 3 months for delivery of a product is absolutely unacceptable, if they are even a legit company?? At this rate, my daughter will have grown out of the dresses before they even arrive.

On 3/29 I placed an order with Harper and Henry for girls dresses. Order number ***. After several weeks I received an incomplete order. The total amount was 101.70. I sent several emails 3/29, 5/6, 5/8, 5/28, 6/8 and 6/9. It is always an automated response and when they do respond I am given the run around. I have been asking for a refund for the dresses owed and there has been no response. Please help.

Ordered 2 dresses in March and they were never delivered. Cannot get company to respond. Total scam!

Ordered from company on February 23rd 2020. Have never recieved items ordered almost 4 months later. Have tried 5 to 6 times to contact company and can not get any response.

I ordered 2 princess dresses on February 4th and was charged $47.46 for them right away. These dresses were never received. I never received a confirmation email or shipping email, so I do not have an order number. I've tried to contact them multiple times through social media and email as no phone number is listed. I only get auto responses saying they will get back to me in 2-3 days... but they never do. I'm so disappointed.
