I ordered 2 dresses March 1st. Have received
Nothing, emailed several times. I even reached out via *** messenger only to have them block me. I am now out over $30

I ordered six different Little Princess dresses for my daughters. With Covid starting to affect small businesses at that time, I wanted to spend on a small company. I also understood shipping would be delayed due to the virus. Three months is more than a delay. "Contact us" link on website leads to email that send auto-response back, never getting any resolution. I've "contacted" three times.

Ordered multiple items from them in March 2020. A month later, I reached out to them to check on the status of the order and their customer service email address was invalid. I messaged them on Facebook and was able to get in touch with someone who shipped out one of the items because it was in stock but told me that the other items were not in stock, that they would be shipped out when they got them in stock. Over a month later, I still had not received my items so I tried to reach out again. They had a new customer service email but I only ever received automated responses saying that due to COVID there would be a delay in responses of 2-3 days. I never received a single response after emailing them three times over the course of a month. I finally went back to message them on Facebook and they had blocked me. I had my boyfriend leave a comment on one of their posts and they deleted it and blocked him. I tried to leave a negative review on their website and it automatically deleted it. They have no reviews lower than three stars. I suspect they have it set up to never let those populate on their webpage. To me, all of this amounts to theft. They accepted my order, took my money, and then only gave me one item out of multiple. They blocked all lines of communication so that I could not get any details on my order. This is a deplorable business and they should not be allowed to operate like this.

This company is a SCAM. Do not order from Harper + Henry, they take your money and give you nothing for it. You might get an auto reply email stating that things are delayed because of COVID, but that's about it.

Ordered a dress and company was responsive at first. After a few times following up when my order hadn't shipped, they finally sent a tracking number. Over a week later, and it still wasn't sent. I told them to either send my order or refund my money or I would report them. They since blocked me on *** and all emails get sent back as undelivered. Had to dispute charge with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered some dresses on February 22, 2020, and have not received any updates regarding when they will be shipped. My credit card was charged on that same day for $30.51. I tried to send an email to customer service, but the email that was provided in the confirmation email was returned, saying it wasn't a valid email.

I ordered 2 dresses from them in February. I never received my items. They charged my credit card as soon as I made the purchase. I emailed them multiple times with an auto response back claiming that I would receive my item within 1 to 2 weeks which never happened

I ordered 2 dresses on 2/29/2020 and charged for them. It is June and I still have not received the dresses. I contacted customer service 2 times with no response. I would like my money back!

I ordered 3 dresses from Harper and Henry in February, and I still have not received them; however I was charged for them when I placed the order.

I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to them via email and Facebook messenger; however, all I get is an automated response and a promise of a follow up in 2-3 business days. The follow up never happens.

Today, I reached out to my credit card company to resolve my issue.

They stole my money. I paid $16.95 for a dress and never received it. I've emailed MANY times, and they've ignored me.

March 5th I ordered 2 dresses and have not gotten any information even after inquiring several times. No phone number to call there are only help tickets that are not followed up on. Order #*** was never received or refunded. Spent 30 dollars and not getting anything.

I Paid $118 for dresses and never received them. I want my money back! I've tried to contact customer service many times. I am absolutely sick over this!

Took my money and never sent me the product. It's been months!

I ordered two dresses from this company over one month ago on April 23rd. I asked for an update on shipping approximately two weeks later. They stated I would receive an update in 48 hours. I never received said update. I email again 3 weeks later, and contacted them on ***. They told me it "might" ship next week on *** then proceeded to block me on ***. They have not responded to two emails I have sent them. I noticed that they delete comments and block people who are leaving negative comments on their *** advertisements, and when I refresh the advertisement page there are many negative comments from people who also never received their purchases. It has been approximately 6 weeks since my order and they have blocked me from contacting their customer service, therefore I would like a refund.

Do not order from this company. They did not send me my order. They didn’t return any emails and they blocked me from *** when I sent them a *** message asking for my order. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they had the nerve to tell my credit card company that they mailed me my order!!

I made a purchase on February 22, and my card was charged. In April, I contacted them because my order had not been shipped. They responded that they were delayed due to COVID, and shipments would be going out the following week. One month later, I contacted them again, explaining that I never received my order or an update that my order had been shipped. I never received a response. One week after that, I contacted them again, explaining that I didn’t receive a shipment notification or refund, I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company, which I just had to do...because they never responded. I posted a comment on their *** post which was promoting the items I never received. When I went back to check in, my comment is gone and I no longer have the ability to comment on their posts.

Placed order in February. Never received shipment or update on order. I reached out to them 3 times. They Used COVID as an excuse in April and haven’t responded to my 2 emails since. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They also deleted my *** comment and blocked me from commenting.

Do not buy anything from Harper + Henry! I purchased something 6 months ago and never received the order. I’ve sent multiple communications to which they never reply. I commented on their *** page and they blocked me. Buyer beware!!

I placed an order for 4 dresses on March 15, 2020 and they charged my credit card at that time for $61.02. No dresses by April 10th. No response by email other than generic message saying shipments delayed due to COVID. They finally responded by *** saying they are shipping the dresses, but then I only received one. Have been trying to email/message them with no response other than auto-generated email. They are still advertising these dresses as "available" on their website. Still missing 3 dresses, no response from company, charged my card 2.5 months ago.

I ordered princess dresses on Feb. 29, 2020. I've yet to receive my order and they company has blocked me from their Facebook page and my emails bounce back. They're shady. DO NOT order from them.
