I purchased two dresses from the company online in February and never received them. I have emailed them several times asking for a refund and all I get is the same email detailing that production is behind due to covid-19. I believe the company is a complete scam.

I placed an order on April 28, 2020 and I still have not received my product! I emailed them twice once at 30 days asking when I would receive it and once again at 70 days and both times I have received an automated email response to continue waiting. It says exactly the same thing each time and they do not have a phone number for me to call and they do not have a way for me to cancel my order. I want my product that I ordered 78 days ago! Thank you.

I order dresses from this company over 5 months ago. I have not received the product and have had zero responses from the company. I want my money back.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter on April 21st, 2020. I gave the company plenty of time given the current state of the world, and first checked in on my order in early June.

On June 30th, I finally requested that they just cancel my order. Oddly enough, my order was shipped on July 6th, and I only ever received their automated response to my cancellation request before receiving an email telling me my order had been delivered.

I received the order on July 11th. Only one of the two dresses was correct. I commented on a social media ad about my issues, and it was immediately deleted. I am also now unable to comment on any of their posts or ads.

I also attempted to email their customer service (the exact same email address I had previously emailed, and the one included in their emails,) and the email was unable to be delivered.

I wanted my money back, not a partially incorrect order delivered almost 3 months after placing an order.

I had ordered a dress from this company back in February. I have been trying to get in contact with them since the estimated processing date had passed. They have only emailed me back about this once in May and I had asked for them to exchange my item for another in a different style. Since this email in May I have received no further contact from them, even though I have emailed them several times.

On May 20th I ordered three dresses from Harper and Henry, which my credit card was charged $61.02. In June I sent two emails which I only received and an email that appeared to be a generic auto reply. A couple of weeks ago I did receive a package with only one dress and a type note that stated they know they owe an apology and that my order is still missing some items. I sent them a third email last Friday, July 10th, asking them to let me know when to expect my other two dresses and also requesting a reply within 48 hours. As of today they have not responded. In reading all the other comments from the other complaints of this company, I have very little hope that the company will do the right thing. However, I think it is very important that I include my dissatisfaction with this company along with the other complaints that I've already been filed.

I ordered 2 dressed over 2 months ago and I have never received correspondence from the company since. I have reached out in several emails demanding my product or a refund and each time get an auto reply. With no resolution in it. I have friends who ordered also with no product. I found another company to provide the same product and it has arrived l but they refuse to return my money

Ordered 2.5 months ago. Order still has not even shipped. Extremely slow customer service response time (2 weeks + in some instances) Was told they need to find a new supplier. Tried to cancel the order and was pointed to "no refunds" policy. So they think it's fine to sell items they don't have without any notice that you're buying something that is not in stock. At this point, my daughter will probably have outgrown the sizes ordered by the time I get the items (if they ever even show up).

I ordered two princess dresses in February and never received them. I have contacted this company via email serval times with only one automated reply citing Covid-19 delays in March. I tried reaching out on social media and was blocked. I asked for a shipping update as well as a refund and received no reply.

On 4/29/2020 I purchased two dresses for my daughters. I was told it could take up to 45 days to be delivered. 45 days came and went and I never received the items. I contacted customer service and they sent an email stating they were having issues and should be delivered in a week. A week later still nothing. A month later I have not received anything and am still being told it will ship in a week. I have contacted them numerous times. When I asked for a refund they don’t respond.

I emailed them about my order and, like others, was lied to. I noticed though that the email reply came from “OkieDokee” instead of Harper + Henry. When I looked more into it, I realized this was a repeated scam. Sadly, this business continues to just rename itself and capture new victims. The address has been the same for a year now (a mail center, not a store), but they’ll put the site “under construction“ and just start a new site. They have the same canned auto-reply emails, same photos, and same “sales” each time they launch their new site. Anyway, until someone finally goes after this guy, this scam is going to continue. The ads on social media need to be taken down, but haven’t been despite repeatedly being reported.
FYI, all of their items can be purchased on *** for the about the same price.
If you bought from this place, dispute the charge as quick as you can. I waited too long sadly. I hate that this criminal has been able to continue this crime spree.

I purchased a dress on April 28, 2020 for $16.95 and it is now July 8th and I have yet to receive it or any tracking information. I have sent multiple emails, beginning on June 3, inquiring about the status, and I get the same automated response over and over again. I posted a negative comment on their *** ad which they immediately removed and contacted me via *** asking for my order number to which I got a generic automated response saying they can not help via ***. After seeing all the complaints on Revdex.com, I am convinced it is a a scam and there is no way to get a refund from my bank as it is past the 60 days. I am sure this is why they have a generic message stating that shipments are delayed a minimum of 45 days then to allow another 7 to 15 for tracking. This company is fraudulent and have covered their bases so no refunds can be obtained or transactions disputed with your own bank.

I placed an order through Harper + Henry's online store for 4 dresses on March 14, 2020. I contacted the company on April 2nd to check on the shipping status since I had not received any information after placing my order. I received a generic support email response about the Covid-19 impact, which I understand. I posted a comment on their *** page stating I was hoping I could receive my order in time for my daughter's birthday at the end of April. A representative sent me a message regarding my order shortly after. They were able to send 2 of the 4 dresses I had ordered. I expressed my appreciation and was able to give my daughter 2 of the dresses on her birthday. I patiently waited for the remaining 2 dresses to be sent. I emailed their service department again on June 6th to check on the status of the order. I received the generic response again, so I responded to the same *** message we had previously communicated on. After I sent the *** message where I politely inquiring about the remainder of the order, I was blocked from messaging and commenting on their *** page. I have emailed the support email several times asking for a refund at this point for the remaining 2 dresses that I haven't received. I have not received any communication from this company since April.

I placed an order back in March, but only received 2 of the 4 dresses I ordered. I emailed several times inquiring about the remaining 2 dresses and have received no communication. I requested a refund for the remaining 2 dresses and have not received any communication from the company. They also blocked me from messaging them on *** and from posting comments on their page.

Order not received after 2 months. No refund issued. Scam company.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter for $30.51 from this company on 2/17/20 with a quote of 15 business days for delivery.
I emailed on 3/9/20 to inquire about the status of my order because I had received no further information regarding shipping.
On 3/10/20 I received a generic reply that stated "shipping labels are being sent out, as orders are being sent. If you have received a label your order is being prepared to ship."
I have received neither the items I purchased nor any further communication.
This company sucks.

It's a scam and they steal your money. Very unhappy.

I ordered 5 dresses for a total of $77.97. Only 3 dresses were delivered. I reached out to customer service on *** to let them know. They said because of covid19 they are working slowly. I said ok as long as I know my package will still be coming. I bought it in March and I asked them again in June about when my package was coming and no reply. I was going to message them again and found that they had blocked me from contacting them again. So I did not get my 2 dresses.

I purchased/paid for 2 dresses from Harper + Henry in March 2020. Since then I’ve tried to follow up to see what the status of my order is via email and they have since changed their email so I can not email them. I’ve also tried messaging them on *** and they have since blocked me. I can not get a hold of them. They already charged my credit card and I can’t get a hold of them to either get the dresses I ordered or to get my money back.

I purchased two dresses from Harper and Henry in March 2020. They kept saying they were back ordered because of Covid. Now they won't even return my e-mails. They took my money and I am assuming I am never receiving the dresses. Why can't we shut this website down? Of course the more I look into them, the more I see they have taken a lot of people's money. I don't understand how they can keep getting away with this?
