I placed an order for three dresses back on 1/8/2020 and was told via the website that all would ship within 24 hrs. Well that wasnt the case, after quite a few emails asking for tracking information, I was told on 1/22/2020 that it could take 15 business days to ship. Then on 2/8/2020 a month later I received two items, missing a third. After more emails to their customer service line, I am still without the third outfit and now no one is answering my emails. The tracking number they provided is invailed. If I had know that it would take MONTHS to actually get an order from them I wouldn't have. This was a gift for someone and now its no longer needed. At this point I wish I had never placed an order from them.

I ordered products from Harper and Henry online on February 7, 2020. I was assured I would receive the products within 2 weeks when I placed the order. My credit card was immediately charged. After a few weeks, I had to contact the company multiple times in order to get a response. These contacts were made on February 27th. It is now March 7th and no shipment notification has been provided. I have requested a refund in writing as I have not received the product. The customer service representative just told me that the product would likely be shipping next week. I have submitted a second request for refund and am filing this complaint to ensure that I receive it. Horrid customer service. I will obviously never be a return customer.

I placed an order on 2/7. My card was charged immediately. It is now 3/6 and I am still waiting for a shipping notification. I contacted them and they first told me it generally took 2-3 weeks to receive the product. When more than 3 weeks went by, they claimed that, since I never got a tracking number, the item must not have met quality control. I am no longer willing to wait for this item and want a refund. I have asked the company multiple times to refund my purchase and have not heard anything from them since.

I have not received the item that I paid for. I have emailed this company twice with only a computer generated universal response.

I ordered from this business and never received my order. I contacted their customer service and they told me that I needed to wait another 7-10 business days (after 4 weeks already) for a shipping date... when I asked for a refund they told me they don’t offer refunds. I am disputing my charge with my bank currently and am telling anyone who will listen about this company so others will avoid the same headache.

Order dresses on Dec. 31, 2019 and I have yet to receive one of my dresses. They sent to a week ago to me in Florida because I was traveling and I have not received my other dress.

I ordered two dresses on December 23, 2019 and my card was charged that day as well. After giving this company another week since it was around the holidays, I still have not received my items and it is now February 27 2020. I emailed them back on January 7, 2020 about why I have not received a shipping confirmation and they told me my ordered was held up by the shipper and they were going to re ship out the dresses I ordered. On January 20 I still had not gotten a shipment confirmation so on February 4 I emailed them again and requested my money be credited back to my card since I never received my merchandise and still no money back to my card and no dresses. This company will not give you a phone # to call and I want my $ credited back as I never received my order and they refuse to do that. I think a 1 star is too high a rating and I am very disappointed.

I ordered two dresses on January 7, 2020. It is now Feb. 27 2020 and I still do not have the product I purchased. I have sent multiple emails and received responses, but no resolution. They told me I can not get a refund because my items were on sale. That would make sense if I actually received my items when I needed them. I ordered with plenty of time before our trip and our trip has now come and gone and no sight of the products. They charged me for the products right away and sent me an email at the beginning saying it went through. I wrote them on Feb. 5th and they told me my product was held unexpectedly in a third party warehouse. They would send another one once they came in, but two weeks later I have heard nothing. I asked for tracking numbers and I have nothing. I am very disappointed and if I won't be getting my product (which I no longer need), a refund is needed. This company is not making a good name for themselves and I don't think anyone should purchase from them. Completely unacceptable!

I ordered a dress on January 22, 2020. They shipped it to someone else in a completely different state. When I first reached out to customer service they informed me there was nothing to be done because it was sent to the address on the order. I then emailed them screenshots of the confirmation order with MY correct address. Customer service has responded twice that they are reaching out to management and will get back to me as soon as possible. I have asked for a refund or for the dress to be sent to me and they have still done neither of those things.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I purchased three dresses for my daughter's first trip to Disney World. It took over a month to get the dresses in and 2 out of the 3 dresses were incorrect. I contacted customer support and they did not respond until 5 days later. They stated that they would resend the 2 correct dresses out immediately. We needed the dresses within 2 weeks and I needed a guarantee that they would make it to me by then. They said someone would be in contact with me within 24 hours to update me on shipping. NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I contacted them again. They finally responded a couple days later, saying that the finally talked to shipping department and one of the dresses were held up in customs. Never heard back from them again. I contacted them again. They then said now that there was a quality control issue for the dresses. They could send out 2 different dresses but we were now at our travel date for Disney and no longer needed the dresses and wanted money back. I have been trying to contact them since then and no one is responding. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!! I want a full refund. This is about to be 2 months from original purchase date.

This is a scam! I ordered dresses but never received them. My card was charged immediately. When I reached out via email (no phone number is provided on their site) I got a response with Okiedokee Children's Boutique in the subject line.

My order arrived missing one of three dresses that I ordered. I contacted the company about the issue. They said the item would ship out within 48 hours. It has been over a week. I have received repeated emails telling me I am not eligible for a refund. There has been no updated shipping information.

I ordered and they charged me right away. I never received a confirmation email or anything. After weeks of nothing arriving I started leaving comments all over their *** posts. It took multiple comments (which were deleted almost immediately along with me being blocked from commenting) to get them to respond and help me and then my items were finally processed and shipped.

This business is a scam. They are really Okiedokee Children's Boutique - which has multiple alerts from the Revdex.com. I purchased two items and when I asked for a status update, did research on the internet - come to find out they were the same company. they just changed their name. I have the email proof. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM. They stopped responding to me.

I made a purchase on January 7, 2020. My order was not shipping and I couldn’t get any updates. There is no phone number to call, only support via email. It took multiple attempts before someone finally responded. I was lied to that there was a shipping carrier issue; the reason I say I was lied to is when I STILL didn’t get my items after that response, I reached out again and was instead told the items were out of stock. After a ridiculous amount of attempts for me to get an update on my order, it arrived and was missing two items. I was then told I would have them by the end of this week. Nothing has arrived and my order status has not changed. Nobody is responding to my attempts to reach them. I have asked for a refund. At this point I will send everything back if that’s what it takes to get a refund. They should not be allowed to run a business like this. I sincerely hope this is not common for them but judging by the only other review through Revdex.com it was a very similar experience.

I ordered merchandise (2 dresses) over a month ago and continue to receive excuse after excuse as to why my items have not yet been delivered, and the refusal to provide me with a refund.

Do not purchase from this company. You will get charged for your purchase immediately and the items will NEVER arrive. After 30 days of no items and no tracking number my items have not arrived and their customer service refuses to issue a credit. I have been told that my items are not eligible for return! I don't have any merchandise to return! It never came! This place is a total scam.

I ordered a dress on Jan 13 and as of Feb 13 the dress had not been shipped. It was supposed to be shipped within 15 business days. I have reached out to customer support several times and they have been less the helpful. I requested a refund since the item still hasn’t arrived and they refused because it’s on sale.

Ordered two dresses on January 9th 2020. On the website it says the item will be delivered with in 15 days. I still have no received my item and they have charged my account. I have emailed the business on multiple occasions. At first they were responding and now they are completely ignoring all emails. They have no phone number for me to contact.

Tried to cancel an order shortly after purchasing, but received email from Harper and Henry stating I could not cancel or get a refund because the item was on sale.

Subject line of email referenced *** which appears to have several open complaints on Revdex.com.

Company has no phone number and their address is a UPS store location.
