I ordered three dresses on May 6th. I emailed the store and asked if it was possible to have the dresses by June 14th for a birthday party and was told it was doable. I did not receive the dresses in time, or at all. I wrote back asking when I would have them on June 29th. On July 6th, they wrote me back blaming COVId and I would have my order shipped in the next 15 business days. I wrote back on July 27th, since it had been 15 business days and no shipping confirmation email had been sent. I haven’t heard back. When I *** messaged the company with the screenshots of the emails they sent me, stating they told me I’d have my order TWICE and still haven’t received it, they read it, never wrote back, and then blocked me.

Paid for a product back in May still haven't received the product. I've reached out 3 times and finally requested a refund but haven't gotten a response. They literally stole my money and haven't sent any product. I ordered 3 dresses for a total of $47.46.

This company is a *** scam. They take payment information and do not fulfill orders. They even changed their customer care email address so that people can’t contact them easily. Do not purchase items from this company.

I made a purchase, and never received the items I purchased. My purchase was confirmed, and account charged, but no delivery. When asked for an update, I received many automated emails attributing the delay to COVID 19. I am no longer receiving responses to my support emails.

I ordered products on May 31 and still have not received anything despite being charged. The business cited covid had impacted shipment and will take 45 business days. It has been more than 45 business days. No one responds to my multiple emails. There are no instructions on how to cancel my order and refund.

I've sent 2 emails within the last week and have yet to receive a response. The last email I received (after my initial inquiry) from Harper & Henry was on July 6, 2020. It was estimated that my order would be shipping out within the next 15 days (around July 21st). It is now August 12th and I still do not have the products I purchased and my credit card was charged on the original order date of June 6, 2020.

I wanted to share this negative experience with others so they can be spared by the scam! The fact that Harper & Henry has yet to get my product shipped, combined with the lack of communication, is unacceptable. This honestly reflects how my money has been stolen. There is no excuse at this point, It's been 2 months since placing my order.

If I could give this company less than a 1 star review, I would. We ordered some dresses for our daughter in April and still haven’t gotten anything. They promptly charged us for the dresses, never sent a confirmation email, and have not responded to any emails in regard to fulfillment or a refund. They have all the time in the world to get on their *** and delete negative comments about this, but they can’t reply to emails. Customer service is a sham and frankly nonexistent. They’ve also removed the ability to write reviews on *** and haven’t had a review on their website since October of 2019 (leads me to believe they’re deleting comments there too). This is a complete dumpster fire of a company and the fact that they’re still able to have a working website is proof that the Revdex.com is failing to do their job as well.

I ordered and paid for a dress in June and although they promtly took payment I have yet to receive my item.

on April 24th. I never received the product. I have tried numerous times to reach out to customer service without any proper response about my product order. I got one generic response on *** over 6 weeks ago with a promise of a shipping date with no response. I have emailed 3 more times since. My order number was

I should've checked here first. I waited a month and reached out via email (since no phone number was listed) with no avail. I waited the entire 45 "business" days and still nothing.Checked *** for the transaction and noticed that the country code for a contact number is for Korea (+14). Contacted my credit card company for a dispute. DON'T SHOP HERE!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a complete and total scam. They take your money and you never receive a product. They ignore attempts to contact them and then continue trying to prey on people via their social media ads. Do not buy!

I ordered two dresses online from Harper and Henry on 24 April 2020. The company promptly charged my credit card $30.51, and as of today, 10 August, I still have not received the merchandise. I have emailed the company several times, and on 19 June 2020, received a response that they "expect most orders to be shipped within the next 7 to 15 working days." I emailed again on 2 July, and received a response that, "most orders will be fulfilled over the next 15 business days." I still have not received my order. I have sent three more email inquiries since then, and Harper and Henry has not responded to any of those emails.

Ordered 3 dresses in April. Still have not received my product. Wrote an email to which they responded it should be filled in two weeks. That was in early July. I wrote another email in august and they have never responded. $50 lost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM

I had purchased 6 dresses from Harper and Henry for my daughter back in February 2020 but have only received 2 of the 6 dresses I purchased and paid for. I have reached out to Harper + Henry multiple times in regards to my order but have yet to hear back from them in regards to my order. I spend $100 on these 6 dresses for my daughters and have yet to receive them. I have confirmed that Harper + Henry is still in business and taking new orders, yet they have not shipped my order from 6+ mo the ago.

Highly disappointed. They committed fraud by taking my money and not responding to my emails.

I contacted the company Harper and Henry back in February, April, and again (this time the email doesn’t work) to request at this point a refund for a child’s princess dress. This dress was ordered in late December/early January time period and never had a tracking number. That was my initial request (for tracking) but then it became more evident that a refund should be in place.

I placed an order with them on February 9th 2020. I was charged for the clothing but 6 months later I have still not received anything. And they are not responding to customer service inquiries. I posted on *** asking where my items were and they took it down. Today I looked and more people have posted the same question. Only they made purchases in May and June. So the company is continuing to take people’s money with no intention of fulfilling the orders. On top of that it is Children’s clothing. If I receive them now they may not even fit the kids.

Two items were purchased from the above website that was found on ***. The items were billed immediately, even though the items were not going to be shipped for as many as 45 days. When they were contacted following this time, the requested an additional 15 days and still nothing has been shipped and the company has not responded to any communication.

Ordered dresses back in April and it's the same story as everyone else. No dresses, no refund, blocked on social media and they aren't responding to my messages.
