I ordered four dresses from Harper and Henry in February. In April I received two dresses. I contacted them and only got a automated response that said deliveries were delayed due to Covid. I contacted them again in May. Same response. I contacted them in June finally got a real response that said the dresses were coming in 10-15 business days. After 20 business days I reached out again and did not hear back. Two weeks later I reached out again and still have yet to hear back.

I ordered 6 princess dresses on May 13, 2020. I have not received them, but my credit card was charged immediately. I have sent 3 separate emails asking for an update, but have not received an answer.

I placed an order with this company on March 17, 2020. I recieved half of my order on April 17, 2020. However, when I didn't receive the other half I sent an email to the company and promptly received an automated message about fulfilling orders during Covid-19, which I totally understood and I received an email back from a customer service rep on April 22nd saying my other item will ship separately. However, another month went by and still nothing. So I sent another email on June 3rd, with the same automated message and no customer service response this time. I sent another message June 24th same automated message and no customer service response. It is now August 20th and I have not received my item nor a single message from the company from my 2 prior messages. I sent another message through their website on August 18th and got no response there either. Terrible customer service! The fact that they are still taking orders and STILL having sales on the items I ordered and did not receive, blows my mind.

Honestly would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order in April 2020. Website said it might take up to 45 days to be delivered. Understandable due to COVID-19. However, it is now way past 45 days. It is now the middle of August 2020. I have emailed twice in hopes that they could update me as to what's going on with my order, but I have not heard a single word from them. I now have to contact my bank and see if they can refund my money back. I also see I'm not the only person that has been pretty much scammed by this company. Hopefully something can be done about their social media pages and business websites so they can't scam anyone else.

Same story as everyone else. Placed an order on May 20, was told July 5 that I could not cancel the order. I've sent four emails to customer service since then asking for an update and have heard nothing. Today I put in a charge dispute with my bank.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter in min May 2020. The website says that shipping may be delayed because materials are outsourced from Asia. After a month of not receiving any updates, I contacted the company via email. They said the dresses had not been shipped. It’s now been two months and I contacted the company again via email to request either a shipping confirmation or a refund of purchase price. I have not received a response and would like a refund.

I hand not recurved the product I purchased and customer service will not respond to my requests to cancel my orders.

Same as the others unfortunately. Ordered back in June, no dresses, Used the pandemic as an excuse for late deliveries. Other customers (probably not customers) said they got theirs in two weeks. It's been months, no dresses, asked several times for an order cancellation and a refund. No responses. Terrible scam company!

We made a purchase in May, and saw on the website "it may take up to 45 business days" to receive an order due to COVID-19. We've waited well over the 45 business days, and I reached out to their customer service and have not received a response. I now realize this company is a scam, and that I should have checked the reviews here first (oops!). Whoever is running this operation took advantage of people during a pandemic. Shame on you.

I placed an order on June 14th, due to COVID they asked me to wait a month. When following up a month later, and they informed me that it would ship in 2 weeks. I followed up two weeks later, and I did not hear back from them. I wrote them two more times to cancel and request a refund, but again, no response. My final email informed Harper + Henry that if I did not hear back, then I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. Still no response.

I ordered dresses from this company on May 12 and I never received the items I paid for or a refund. I haven't gotten any response from the company after sending many emails and messages.

I ordered two dresses from Harper+Henry on May 4th. In the confirmation email, it stated, "Please note that we are doing everything we can to fulfill orders at this time, but orders might be delayed or split shipped, due to COVID-19. Orders might take up to 45 business days to be delivered." I was okay with that. Once I still hadn't received a shipping email, I emailed them July 5th, 2020 asking about my order and received this response, "Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing a major increase in inquiries about orders. We have been working around the clock to resolve questions as well as resolve back-orders that have been effected do to the outbreak. This has been effecting us since January and we were forced to find a new supplier which held up fulfillment for quite some time.We sincerely apologize for major delays among all channels and assure you we are doing everything in our power to get back on track.We are expecting to get replenishment this week and next so we can continue to fulfill orders.For those of you receiving partial shipments, we know that you are missing select items but wanted to get out what we did have in stock so you were not waiting for your entire order.We greatly appreciate your patience during this time and we will keep you updated on new tracking numbers as orders continue to go out.Your customer support ticket number is *** and we will use it when communicating with you. Our customer service email support is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST. You can typically expect to receive a return response in within 2-3 business day."

If this began effecting them in January, then they should have had more awareness about delays by the time I ordered in May. At this point, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and am filing this dispute via Revdex.com to warn others. I would like a refund and the event I needed them for has passed.

Same as the reset... Contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never received the Dresses ordered in May.

Ordered three dresses on April 17 and was charged. Received one of the dresses May 2 and was told the other two would be shipped soon. I still have not received them. I asked about the status of my order twice and both times was told they should be shipped out within the next two weeks. They were not. Sent another email requesting a refund for the dresses not received and have not gotten a response.

I ordered from Harper + Henry on April 4, 2020. I have no received the product I ordered, however, I have been charged for it. I have reached out to the company multiple times without a response that is not automated.

On June 11, I made a purchase at Harper+Henry's website. It was an order of 4 dresses, totaling $61.02. I was informed via email that it could be 45 days for me to receive my shipment. This was not communicated prior to the purchase being made. I received two emails regarding the purchase in response to my emails, each stating that they are receiving replenishment and shipments should go out any day now.That was the last information I could get regarding the order I havent gotten any information since July 3, despite repeated attempts to reach the company.

I placed an order on April 1, 2020. A few weeks after placing the order, I inquired on it and was told their supplier was behind and it will be a few more weeks. A few weeks later, the same thing. After another few weeks, I inquired again, and received no reply until posting a bad review on their *** page. This went on for 3 months. I have now asked for a refund and have received no replies. I have tried emailing and ***, which is now shutdown. We are now in the fourth month, and they are no longer responding to my requests for the $30 refund, for the dresses that were never shipped to me.

I ordered two dresses April 10th for 30.51 order ***. I have reach out to them at least 4-5 times. Each time I get the same response they are backed up from Covid and they will send in a few weeks. No number to call. They won’t respond with anything different. It’s been 5 months and nothing. I want my money back. They are still advertising and they are not fulfilling orders.

Placed an order early March for 5 dresses. They FINALLY shipped 2 (extremely poor quality) dresses in June after I reached out twice to customer service with no response. I've reached out an additional time to follow up on the other 3 dresses and posted on their *** page with no response. Total garbage company.

On April 28, 2020, I ordered two "little princess inspired dresses." At the time, they stated that due to cover, orders would take "up to 45 business days" On June 29, I wrote requesting an update on shipping. On July 6, I received an email from "***" stating that "most orders will be fulfilled over the next 15 business days" and that I should get a shipping order. I wrote again on July 25 and on August 3 (2020), both times I received an automated response. They continue to offer both products for sale, yet will not respond to my request. My order number is
