I ordered 10 dresses in January for my daughters. Only 4 ever arrived in March. Now it’s been 6 months!! They never return my emails, nor have they issued a refund. I am out $80 from their scam and have a very disappointed 4 year old who has waited and waited.

Horrible company. I ordered 2 dresses nearly 3 months ago . Have not received the dresses and have had no actual reply to my several inquiries. They just send a standard letter Avi Covid delays. Buyer beware, this company is a scam.

I ordered from this company on May 29th and as of July 26th that order has not shipped and the company is no longer responding to emails or *** messages.

I ordered from this company back in April, have tried to email them I get a generic answer back. They never mailed my oder for 2 dresses. they have now blocked me from contacting them on *** and *** messenger. They are a scam

They don’t even deserve the minimum 1 star. I ordered a dress from the June 4th. They immediately charged my card but nearly 2 month later no dress and they do not respond to my emails or messages on Messenger.

I ordered 2 dresses from them on 1 May 2020. There was an automatic email telling me there might be delays of up to 45 days due to COVID. That's fine. But the 45 passed, then more, then I emailed them and they replied it would be within the following 2 weeks. That was 23 June. On 13 July I emailed them again. This time, no response at all. On 19 July I told them I wanted full refund within 3 business days or I would go to my credit card company. No response.
Thankfully, *** is very responsive for situations like this and I got my money back. Still haven't heard from Harper and Henry.

I ordered 4 dresses from this company and received 1 of them. I emailed back and forth for a few weeks, and they kept stating that orders were behind due to COVID-19. I continued to email and got no responses, I started messaging on their social media, and got no response. I started posting comments with others who were also reporting that this company is a scam, and I was then blocked from their page. My comments were deleted, and I have sent several more emails. This company is a scam and I am happy to add my name to a growing list of proof that these people are stealing from hardworking individuals during a pandemic. Shame on them.

I purchased four dresses on May 21, 2020. Total price paid $67.80. The website did not state anywhere that there would be a delay in shipping. Rather, it said would ship within 15 days. The confirmation email after purchase stated that it could take up to 45 business days. I emailed the company and asked for the purchase to be cancelled as that delivery timing was not acceptable. I did not receive a reply. On 6/15/2020, I again emailed the company asking for the purchase to be cancelled. I received a reply back that my order was being shipped. I received the package on 6/19/2020 with only one of the dresses included. I emailed the company and asked for the remainder of the cost to be refunded to me. On 6/27/2020, I wrote a review on their *** page of my experience, after seeing an ad on *** for these same dresses. Later that day, I noticed that my review had been deleted from their *** page and I received a reply that they were unable to cancel the order since it "is already processing." As of this date, I still have not received any of the other three dresses nor a refund.

Would love to give zero stars! Placed my order over 4 months ago and still no word on when it will ship. Every time I email their customer service I get an automated reply saying they're having issues due to covid and will be receiving a shipment this week. Well, "this week" never comes! The dresses I ordered will be too small if I ever do receive them. Don't be scammed in to ordering from them, I wish I would have done some research before giving them my money.

I ordered a dress in April. After 6 weeks when it hadn’t shipped I asked for a refund. They emailed back some covid excuses and said they would ship. After that never happened I again asked for a refund. Now I don’t hear from them anymore. Complained on their *** ad so they have now blocked me. So I decided to come here and it looks like a common problem. Wish there was a way to warn others on *** before they give away their money to these scammers.

I ordered 4 dresses on 2/29/2020. Communication was awful by email and I could not find a phone number on the website. When I finally got a package (on 4/6/2020) there was a dress missing. I have tried reaching out through email to figure out if we are ever getting the dress but getting responses that the email is not working. At this point I am requesting a refund for the dress but can not get in touch with anyone from the company. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered two dresses for roughly $30 dollars on May 2nd. I have never received anything, and keep receiving automated messages that they will "ship in 15 days", but they never do. It's been almost three months with no dresses or refund. I have e-mailed asking for a refund, but have heard nothing back.

I ordered 2 dresses in April it’s been 3 months they immediately took payment but never shipped my order. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them by email and on *** they say someone will contact me but they just send me a generated message with no info on my order. Now they have blocked me from messaging them on *** or commenting on their posts.

I contacted them numerous times about an order, a simply dress. First I was told product maybe delayed as they are finding a different supplier. I have contacted them via email and *** messenger. They sent me an address to send my order number. I sent it promptly. They told me they would get back to me within 1 business day. Still no answer.

I ordered three dresses from the company in February. Only one of the three came (although the dress that came wasnt even one that I ordered) and it has now been 5 months with no correspondence from the company. Their support email is down (or I am blocked) and I have no way of contacting the company. They took my money and have now cut off all communication.

Placed an online ordered in May. No response for 30 days, then received a standard COVID delay response" email. Sent 4 more emails as new due dates came and went. No response. Left a question and negative comment on their *** page yesterday, they removed it and turned off all comments for their posts. I wish I checked here first. I will be cancelling.

I placed an order for 2 girls dresses on March 8th from an online purchase. Our account was billed the total ammount for $33.90 for 2- girls 4T dresses. April 5th I inquired about the status of my order. April 10th they responded with "it should go out monday or tuesday." I did not receive any other notice. April 21 I inquired again and got a response of "we do not have 1 of the dresses, would you like a different one? I declined the other dress and asked to wait but send the one they did have. April 27th I received 1 of the 2 dresses. it was wrong size and had a defect. From there I inquired May 19th, May 29th, June 8th and July 4th and have not received any correspondence. They have not followed up nor tried to make the initial dress concern a fix. I have disputed the charge with my financial institution but am having issues with it because the initial point of sale was over 60 days ago. I cannot reach anyone at the business to resolve this dispute at all.

Please do not order for this company. They will take your money and provide you with no product. They will also stop you from commenting on their social media page and on the review page. Total scam.

I placed an order for 2 dresses on 2-28-20. My receipt says I should receive the dresses with in 15 business days. When I did not receive my shipment I emailed the company and I received an automated response saying that they lost their supplier in January and they had to look for another supplier, but that they would get a shipment that week and the dresses would go out the following week. I have received that exact same response for every one of my inquiries. I sent my last email today and again received the same email, dresses will go out next week. Besides waiting 5 months (or longer if I just let this go) I am very upset about how everyday since I bought my dresses Harper and Henry have been running the same 50% off sale, with a timer saying that today is the last day to buy the dresses. I looked again today and they are still running the ad and selling dresses that they haven't had for months and by the looks of it dresses they are not going to receive again. ( *** Harper and Henry princess dresses and see for yourself) I 100% feel they are stealing from people and should not be allowed to do this. The emails I received also says someone will reach out in 2 business days and I have yet to receive one phone call.

Ordered two dresses over two months ago and only ever got one. I have since been blocked from contacting them on Facebook and emails continue to go unanswered.
