I ordered three dresses for my daughter at the end of May 2020. Shipping was supposed to take up to 45 days due to covid-19. I waited the 45 days and no dresses came. I emailed the company and got a canned response about a distributor problem. I replied that I wanted to cancel my order. I got no response. A few weeks later I emailed again asking to cancel my order, again with no response. I just want my money back at this point.

I ordered fou*** dresses on May 30, 2020 and my order has not even been shipped. I reached out for a refund and have received no response. They stole my money basically.

Placed an order and was charged. Never received. Reached out to customer service and do not receive a response. Posted on their public *** page and my comment was deleted and I was blocked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered a dress online from this company on June 12. The order confirmation email stated that it could take up to 45 days to be delivered. My credit card was charged for the purchase the next day, although I heard nothing further from this company regarding my order for 7 weeks. On July 31, I emailed them to check on the status, and got an auto-reply message back stating that things have been delayed due to COVID. I sent them a message on ***, and got no reply. I posted on their *** page, and my comment was removed and I was blocked from commenting further. This company has taken my money, but not delivered the item I ordered almost two months ago. I just want my money back.

Ordered 4 dresses and took our $ and nothing! Should of did more research, but really sucks that ive been scammed..... I guess there is a first for everything.

I ordered products from this company at the beginning of June and the website said it would take 45 days to deliver. After 45 days I emailed several times to check status of my order and have only receive canned emails from the business and still haven’t received my order. I emailed trying to cancel the order and get a refund and still haven’t received any response from the business or my original order.

I ordered a dress in mid-June, they promptly took payment, sent a confirmation email but did not ship. I emailed asking for an update and they claimed Covid-19 as the cause of the delay. It has now been nearly 2 months since I ordered and have not seen the item.
Shameful business practice, taking money from people during these trying times.

Has ANYONE received their order OR a refund from this company? I ordered and then cancelled the order June 8/11. I am still waiting for a refund. What to do next?

Ordered from this "company" in February and still have heard nothing from them since, except some automated emails blaming COVID when I try to contact them. They immediately charged our card and then...nothing. I continue to see their ads on ***, but after I commented once saying that I never got my order, I'm no longer able to comment on their posts. Definitely a scam. Don't waste your money. For others who were also scammed, I was able to get a refund through my credit card company.

I ordered two dresses from them in February and the
dresses have not arrived. I have tried to contact them and have only been able to get an auto response stating their delays in shipping due to Covid. However, their auto response also states that they are getting shipments soon. I have gotten this message three times within a four-month span. Even though they claim they would be reaching out soon, they have never reached out.

I ordered a dress from Harper and Henry on June 4, 2020. Order #***. I received an email confirmation of the purchase immediately and my debit card was also promptly charged. I have not received the item nearly 2 months later and have sent numerous emails requesting either shipment of the item or a refund of my money. No response to any emails. I then tried *** through *** and finally resorted to leaving an inquiry on their *** page. The only result was my comment on *** being removed by the company and them blocking my ability to comment on their page or send messages via ***. I’ve noticed everyday there are multiple comments on their page regarding items people never received but by the next day those comments are deleted but quickly replaced with other people with the same complaint. I have
continued emailing them but still no response.

I ordered a couple of dresses from Harper and Henry on April 26th. When I ordered, the company said it could be up to 45 days to receive my order due to COVID-19. 45 days passed and I still did not have my order, so I reached out to the company to ask for a refund because the event I needed the dresses for had passed. They responded and said that due to their return policy, they could not refund me, but they would send the dresses within 15 days. That deadline has passed, and I still don't have my order. It has been 95 days, more than double the original estimation of delivery and I'm beginning to think this company is running a scam.

I ordered 4 dresses in April after contacting them repeatedly they sent two of the four in late June. I’ve emailed about the second order and got no response. Emailed again today and the email bounced back, Do not order from This company. If I could have done a zero I would

I ordered some dresses in May and it said orders might take up to 45 business days to be delivered due to COVID-19 and that’s totally understandable. But after 45 days I emailed their customer service to only get an automated response. I went on their Facebook page to see if they were still active and sent them a message. Got another automated message. After a few days they replied and told me I should see movement in 7 days. I didn’t so I sent another email to which I eventually got a reply that said they should be shipping in about 14 days. It’s already been longer than that and I would just like to have my money refunded. Apparently they aren’t doing refunds at this time, but they told me I could change the size of the dresses if need be. Very frustrated with the situation.

Ordered 2 dresses in FEBRUARY! no contact information except email address they just don't respond to. their *** page, they don't allow comments, and when they did all it was was people asking where their orders were. so they shut off commenting on their ads. Spent about $100 that vanished. They blame all on COVID which is a crock, because somehow we can now get Lysol and Masks everywhere, something there was really a shortage of.

Ordered back in June. No response from customer service. Sent *** msg with no response. I am now blocked from sending any kind of communication to the company.
Basically they have stolen my money. Sent email requesting refund to the customer service email and it bounced back from both my addresses stating it was a non-existent email.
Will keep changing their name and continue to scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR ANY COMPANY PROMOTING THE SAME ITEMS.

I placed an order in the spring as gifts for my nieces. They said there would be a delay, I sent another email a few months later asking to change the size because the girls would have outgrown their previous dress sizes. No response, no dresses.

I purchased three dresses from this company, alleging to be officially licensed Disney princess dresses, in the amount of $47.46 on March 29, 2020. I received a confirmation email and then nothing. No dresses, no follow up email, no communication whatsoever. I want a refund but judging by all the negative reviews I've found, this company is a slippery scam.

I ordered 2 dresses from the Harper + Henry website on 3/9/20. The immediately charged my credit card. When I did not receive the dresses, I contacted them and was told they are late because of COVID, it they are on the way. When I still did not receive them, I co tacked them multiple times and never received a response or a refund.

Clothing was ordered from this company in February 2020. It's almost August and I have not received my purchase nor have I heard back from b the company at all. Another scam business advertising on *** and steeling people money.
