Same deal as everybody on this page. Paid $30 for some dresses. Never received them

Place at $65 order in Feb. A month later I followed up on my order and received an email saying they were behind schedule but we’re getting inventory in that week and would ship out soon. 3 months later I’m still getting the exact same automated response with NO product and money gone. Definitely a scam.

I placed an order for 2 items on 3/21/20. There was no indication on the website that these items were not readily available or out of stock. I emailed their customer service on 4/10/20 asking for an update on this order, since I hadn't received anything yet. I received an automatic response saying they were having inventory issues and "expecting to get replenishment this week and next so we can continue to fill our orders." This was the only way that I knew the items were not in stock. No one got back to me from customer service even though their automated response states "you can typically expect to receive a return response within 2-3 business days." On 4/14/20 I received an email saying my order had shipped, but when I received the order there was only one of the two items I ordered, along with a slip of paper saying they knew they still owe me one item and are waiting for it to be in stock. I emailed customer service again on 5/15/20 and received the same generic automated response. No one from their customer service has actually responded to my emails at this point.

I would not even give them one star! They delivered one of my items, not the other. You cannot reach them. The email to customer service doesn’t work.

Ordered 2 dresses on 2/11/20, total 30.51 Never received. Had initial email correspondence but no further response or completion of order, when requesting fulfillment. Order #***, request #***.

I ordered three (3) dresses on February 8, 2020 for my granddaughters birthday May 20, 2020 as of yet I am to receive the items. (5/19/20) When contacting the company I was sent an email they were having issues. I wasn't told that when I placed my order it said they were getting my order ready to ship and notify me when it would be sent. They took $47.46 out of my account for payment at the time the order was placed.

This is a fake website that is scamming people out of their money disguised as a children's clothing website. I ordered two dresses for my daughters, I was charged immediately without the order even being processed or shipped. They were paid for items I never received. It has been over two months. I tried to reach out to customer service a few times, but of course there is no one to actually speak to and no phone number to call. Just a bogus email that sends random automated responses.

Ordered dresses on 3/15. Expected 4/1. Emailed 4/22 auto response said to be answered in 2-3 days. Emailed on 4/29, same thing. Emailed 5/2, same. Emailed 5/9, same. But they took my money. At least they did do that. Can’t get a refund so have to dispute. This company is definitely a fake. Stay away.

Never received order. Blocked .e on *** account when asked for refund. Ignored all the emails. Terrible business.

I purchased three dresses on March 21, and this company has delivered two of those but refuses to send the third. I have emailed three times and sent a message over social media. They refuse to make contact regarding current orders, refuse to fulfill preexisting orders, and refuse to give customers updates. They have recently changed their email address which sends an automatic reply, and they have no phone number. I truly believe this is a scam at this point. This company also has turned off all commenting on their social media pages so that potential customers cannot see our complaints. They were quick to take my money, but they will not deliver the product.

Similar to others experience, I ordered a dress and never received it. I sent several emails only only received automated responses. When I commented on a *** post, they deleted my comment and blocked me. Definitely do not buy from this company!

I placed an order on 3/22 and still as of today 5/4 have not received any communication regarding my order. I have reached out via email and *** and just get automated responses. I paid a little over $30 for the items and have no way to call them to refund my money. This business might be a scam.

I ordered 2 dresses from the company January 27, 2020 in the amount of $30.51. I was told shipping would take approximately 10-15 days. After this time frame I emailed the company to find out when it would arrive. I received a generic reply saying it would ship soon. After 6 weeks I emailed again with a response it would take longer due to supply shortage. I requested a refund with no response. I emailed a final time stating I would like a refund and the response was they were shipping the order to me. To this day the shipping tracking number still says pending. I would like a full refund of my money.

I ordered three dresses for a total of 50.85 on 3/14. On 4/14 I sent an email the customer service inquiring about the status of my order. the email came back as undeliverable and I had to go to the website to find and change their customer service email. I received an email back that orders were delayed due to COVID. On 4/27 I still had not received my order and send another email requesting my money back and to cancel my order. There has been no response. At this point I would just like my money returned. The company continues to advertise on *** as if it is open and actively filling orders.

I placed 2 girls' dress orders with this company, one on February 29, 2020 and March 6, 2020. According to the website and the confirmation emails the company said to allow "up to 15 business days" for the order's arrival. On March 31, 2020 I emailed to ask what the status was and received an auto response saying I would get a response in 2-3 business days, but that the company had issues getting materials for their items. I never got a response from their customer service, so I tried again on April 14, 2020 requesting an update or a refund for my 2 orders. I said that if I didn't receive a response, refund, or update I would report it to the Better Business Bureau since they had my money and I didnt have my order.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 dresses in February. I received the confirmation email, but nothing after. I emailed in March, after waiting a month, and received an email saying they were behind due to Covid-19. So I waited. Another month and still nothing. Now I'm trying to get my money back and I'm sure that will amount to nothing as well. They erase negative comments on their *** page and don't respond to their emails. Do not buy from them!

This company is a scam! They blocked me from their ***, so all you can see are positive comments.
I ordered two dresses and the next day found out terrible things about the company (via Revdex.com, etc). I immediately emailed requesting a refund, as it had not shipped. I emailed customercare - the email they say to use and it bounced back to me. I emailed from their website and received an automated response. I attempted to respond back to it and never received a reply. Same with the email address Support@... I also found a phone number on google but just received endless ringing. Finally, I stopped payment on my credit card and started a complaint on Revdex.com. About a week later, the company sent me an email asking why I thought they were a scam, and they were shipping my dresses. That was the same day I received a reply from the credit card company that I had been refunded for the dresses.
Seems money talks.
They NEVER addressed my immediate request for a refund and shipped the dresses 2 weeks after I ordered. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. I sent them a very detailed email with tons of screenshots, and all I got was an automated response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased 5 dresses on Dec 30. Reached out on Feb 16 asking where product was- asked for a refund since items were still not in the company’s possession- I was denied because I purchased them on sale. Feb 29 was sent a USPS tracking number which stated label was created. Reached out again in March- no response. In the mean time they changed their customer support email address. Reached out again at the beginning of the month- again no response. Went on the company *** page- sent a message through *** reply was automated that they have shut down operations for a time. Left a comment on their *** page and within 30 minutes the comment was deleted and comments were turned off. I just want my money back- $84.75 was charged to my *** on 12/31/19. I just want a within

I ordered 2 girls dresses back on February 14th which were to arrive 2 months ago. I have not received this order. I have contacted the company several times. First time was on February 28t. I was notified of a delay due to Covid-19 that should only be 2 weeks. I then contacted them again 4 weeks later on March 27th Requesting a refund. No response. I contacted them again on April 2nd asking for the status of my refund request. No respond.. I Sent an email today and my email bounced back to me as undeliverable. Please assist in any way you can to help resolve this dispute.

I ordered dresses in February and have heard nothing and did not receive my order. They did, however, charge my credit card.

I've reached out a couple times by email and keep getting auto-responses back.
