On March 30 I ordered 4 dresses and paid $67.80, charged to my credit card. I received a notification that the order was shipped and delivered on April 7. Is the shipment were 3 of the 4 dresses ordered and a note that said the 4th dress would be shipped soon. I have tried to call and email Harper & Henry multiple times since then to get a status on the 4th dress. All of the emails have been returned as "the email address does not exist", the phone number appears not to be working, the contact form on their web site also does not appear to be working. Ironically, it appears that one can still place orders on line via their site.

Terrible company...definitely as scam. Okiedokee Children’s Boutique is an alternate name for their fraudulent company. They just take your money and run. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered little girls dresses for our cousins bdays in early February from Harper and Henry (a website I found on ) and they have not arrived. I’ve tried e mailing (gets sent back) messaging on *** (they viewed but didn’t respond) and commenting on their *** page (they removed comment and blocked me)

On January 22 I ordered 3 dresses from Harper and Henry for a total of $50.85; On February 12th I had not heard anything from the company regarding shipping of the items. I contacted their Customer Service, and was told there was an issue with the warehouse and the items would ship within 7-10 days. On February 20th I asked for an update saying it would be shipped. On March 15th, I sent an email indicating I only received 1 dress and that I was charged for 3 dresses. On April 4th, I sent another email, and it was returned as "unknown domain". I waited to see if I would get a credit for my items, and since I am getting no where quickly with the company I came to you.

I ordered 3 dresses in January, after multiple emails complaining about never receiving the 3 dresses I finally received 1 in the mail; but they never refunded my money on the other 2. I also sent numerous emails until the emails finally started coming back as "no domain found". They legit owe me money.

Purchased two items on March 15th with a two week time frame for delivery. I have not received the items and am not receiving return emails to my request for a refund.

I placed an order for an item with this company on January 16, 2020. I received a confirmation and was charged. I contacted them concerning my purchase and was told it was delayed but would be shipped shortly. I contacted them several weeks later and got the same song and dance and was told I couldn’t get a refund because the item was on sale. I spoke with someone from the company on *** and was told to contact the again if I didn’t have shipment information in the next week. That was three weeks ago and now magically they don’t respond to messages. Their customer service email has since been changed, but messages to the new address go unanswered. I tried to comment on their *** ads, but have now apparently been blocked. I want people to know this is a scam and here I am 4 months after purchase with no item, no refund, and no contact from this supposed company.

On 2/22/20 I made an online order from Harper and Henry. On 2/28/20 I emailed their customer care team requesting an update on the order. I never received a response. On 3/4/20 I sent another email requesting an update. I received a response and was told that my order was being processed and should ship within the 15 business days they quoted when I ordered. I requested a refund and was told they do not give refunds on sale items. On 4/6/20 I still had not received my order. I sent another email. The email address I had used on 2/28 and 3/4 was no longer valid. I was able to find another email address on their website and sent another email requesting a refund. On 4/13/20 I received notification that my order was shipped and on 4/16/20 I received my order. The order was incorrect and there was loose stitching on both dresses I ordered. I never received any response from the company from the email I sent on 4/6.

This company is a scam. Took my money, never gave me products.

I placed an order with Harper and Henry February 9,2020. They have not fulfilled it and does not appear to be trying too. I just sent an email to their customer service to inquire about the order and I was sent back an email that they the email does not exist. They are a fraudulent company. Many other people have commented on their *** account the same problem. However their comment is deleted shortly after.

I purchased 4 princess dresses through their website on 3/12/20. I received a confirmation email. They charged my card the next day. I waited 15 days for delivery as instructed by their website. I emailed them at ***. I received an auto reply stating I will be contacted in 2-3 business days. I was not contacted. I emailed them again on 4/10/20 and received the same auto reply. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They had a phone number listed for the company. I called it and reached an auto shipping company. This auto shipping company stated they receive numerous phone calls looking for this business with complaints. They’ve contacted the police.

I purchased 4 dresses from this company on March 3rd. I received confirmation of the purchase and it says “please allow 15 days for your ordered to be delivered. It is now April 10th with no notifications. I emailed to find out the status and the only response I got to my email asking about it was an automatic response saying they are busy due to covid and that was it. So today I saw on *** that MANY people are dealing with the same thing I am and that they think this company may be fraud. One girl said she threatened the Revdex.com and got answers. I then emailed them on *** to try and get some answers and this was the response I got “ Hello ***, threatening to file with the Revdex.com does not make me want to help you. during this extremely difficult time all we are trying to do is stay in business. yes we are delayed as we were forced to close for two weeks but I understand everyone still wants everything overnighted and doesnt turn on the news” “ part of your order has shipped” I then went to my email and they created a tracking but it won’t even be my full order. It should not come to people threatening to get their product that they are paying for. I attempted to respond to the email with “ Since it seems to be the only thing to get anyone from your company to respond of course people are going to start threatening. It’s not that difficult to just communicate to people and let us know that you are delayed rather than change your information of everyone and leave hundreds in the dark. I don’t have to purchase from you- I chose too and I am WELL aware of what’s on the news. It’s not that hard to send a quick email like you just did so people don’t think the worst and think your company is fraud and stealing from them. There are comments everywhere about how you haven’t sent them anything and it’s been months with no communication whatsoever. No need to be rude I was just trying to figure out when I may get the product that I purchased. You have to understand where your customers might be coming from too. Enjoy your weekend as well.” and the message was undeliverable. They have blocked me from messaging them. They also went and changed the email that people should send their complaints to for the company.

I wish I could give zero stars! Ordered two dresses in January 2020 and never received them. I reached out several times and they assured me it was going to ship. I received a shipping tracking number in Feb. and it never shipped. I reached out again today and the email bounced saying it doesn't exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered two dresses on 1/24/2020. Their website states shipment within 15 business days. I was charged $33.90 on 1/25/2020. I began emailing them to inquire about the status of my order on 2/10/2020. Each time, I received an auto reply saying they were working on it. On 2/27/2020, I received an email stating that a shipping label had been printed with a USPS Tracking number. USPS site stated the label had been printed but the parcel had not been received, and then nothing happened for weeks. I emailed them after six weeks saying if I did not receive an adequate response I would be filing with my credit card to reverse the charges. Their response was that they were sale items so there would be no refund. I continued to email multiple times and/or attempted to comment on their *** ads to inquire about the status of my order, but commenting had been turned off. A couple of times I received a reply on *** asking for my order number, but when I’d try to reply, it would say they weren’t using the program. I finally received ONE of the dresses on 3/23/2020 and all email attempts since then have been kicked back by “MAILER-DAEMON” that the email address no longer exists. This company is STILL advertising on ***! They are stealing from people and it isn’t right.

On March 1st I placed an order for 6 children's dresses.Order number *** for nearly $100.00. The order confirmation said it would be 15 days before delivery. After 20 days I contacted the company on their website. I received a response saying they were having trouble filling orders because of inventory issues. I waited another 10 days and tried to contact them again but my email keeps being denied. The website is still offering the product and there is no notice of stock issues. I have received no further communications from this company. It has been 38 days without anything.

I placed an order with Harper and Henry on February 21st, 2020. I received an email from them on March 10th claiming my order had shipped with USPS. When I’d check the status of the shipment it would never change. I tried contacting Harper and Henry two times via email (because there is no listed phone number). The third time I sent an email I received an automated response from *** stating that my message wasn’t delivered because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. I contacted USPS and they told me that the sender (Harper and Henry) never dropped off the parcel with the post office.

I ordered two dresses from Harper & Henry, they charged my credit card $30.51 on February 18, 2020. I never received the dresses, only excuse after excuse. I told them I wanted my money back time and time again. Now their email is bouncing back and I'm out $30.51. Please help.

I ordered items from this company in January and still have not received my items in April. They respond with a robo-email to your inquiries and tell you your items are delayed, then on the way. I believe this company to be a SCAM. They collect money and never send you your items. The address listed for the company is not their true address. Hopefully my bank will give me my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HARPER AND HENRY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEMS.
