I ordered 2 dresses from Harper and Henry on Jan 28,2020. I have not received these items yet and keep getting a blanket message that my order is being processed but having purchased on sale I am not eligible for a refund. I have received a your order is getting ready to ship message a month ago but tracking has never been sent . I have come to the conclusion this company is a fraud.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. DO NOT BUY! IT IS A SCAM! I have wasted so much time and energy and have just been disappointed. I have reached out now multiple times, my order was shipped with only 1 out of the 3 dresses Why wasn't I notified by H+H? I ordered on Feb. 22nd it is now March 26th!!!! That is almost 5 weeks ago. I had to reach out the first time to see if my order had even been shipped, and then I was told my order was being shipped - and only ONE dress comes?? COME ON! Ridiculous. Now, I have been told (of course) you are out of the 2 dresses I have ordered 5 WEEKS AGO! Because my order WAS NEVER SENT!!! I have now sent multiple emails and *** messages - and the REFUSE to reply!!!! They are still advertising it online as it is available?!?!?! But have told me it is not. I am so disappointed with this experience. The lady even lied and said that they were closed down to COVID-19 but after reading things on here at the Revdex.com it seems they do not even have a legit SHOP. I have disputed the charge to my CC partially (because I did get one dress). I would leave a bad review on their Facebook but they would DELETE it! Please beware! I have a very sad and dissapointed little girl due to H+H!

I ordered my 3 dresses for my daughter on 2/22/2020 - had to contact them on 3/12/2020 asking if my dresses had been shipped? They did not get back to my email so I messaged them on *** - someone got back to me said my order would be coming in 5-10 days. Well, it finally came and it was only ONE out of the THREE dresses I ordered. I have been contacting them to resolve issue 5+ times and they have IGNORED and BLOCKED me on ***! They are seriously so wrong! They did charge my card immediately, but this is a serious issue. I disputed the charge partially on my card - but they are just going to keep scamming people over and over! I am so disappointed my daughter was SO looking forward to these dresses and they completely ghosted. I have asked many different ways for some type of resolution or refund and they have IGNORED! They do not have a phone number to contact, not legit!

Ordered over $60 worth of dresses that I never recieved after waiting nearly 2 months. Kept getting the run around and they stopped responding. They delete your warnings to other customers on their *** page.

I ordered little girl dresses from this company on February 21, 2020. The company states it may take 15 days to process order and they will email you once they are shipped. They give you a conformation code, but no tracking code. I e-mailed them on March 1st inquiring about my order and it said my e-mail had been received, but no one ever replied. Needless to say it has now been over a month and I have not received the dresses or an announcement of shipping. I am in true belief that they do not make or send dresses, just scam people out of money and now have my credit card information. They do not have a business phone number either. I tried to post this on the Revdex.com report a scam but it would not go through so I am posting it here instead.

I ordered two toddler dresses (princess inspired dresses, ariel and belle, size 4t/5t) on Harper + Henry website on 3/10/20. I received order number (#***) from the company after the purchase. However, that is the last time I heard from the company. The company charged my credit card $30.51 on 3/11.

On 3/16, I emailed the customer service to inquiry any shipping information. I have never heard back from them. This morning, I emailed and *** messaged the business. Email was never returned. The *** account messaged me to ask my order number. I provided my order number as well as my bank statement where they charged my card $30.51 on 3/11. I never heard back from the *** message. When I tried to message them again, my message was not able to send. I was blocked by the seller.

I ordered two dresses on 2/26. I’ve emailed twice asking for my products or a refund. I am receiving neither without any explanation at all.

I would give them zero stars if I could. they sent me only one of 2 dresses, sent the wrong size, and I keep emailing them and they ignore me. the dress is flimsy and poorly made. doom on them.

On February 20, 2020, I ordered two dresses from Harper & Henry. On March 2, 2020 , I contacted customer service to follow up since I had received no tracking information. Since then, I have had nothing but excuses and auto emails. I requested a refund, since I have not gotten a product. They have refused.

I bought a dress from them on 1/24/2020 and never received my item. I repeatedly asked when I would receive my item and continued to get the run around and was always told to keep waiting. I received information that my item was preparing to ship and then never did so again I emailed the company and was told my item was sent back due to a quality issue. They refuse to give me a refund and have refused to update me on whether or not I’ll actually get my item. I’m so frustrated with this company and their run around. They never intended to send me my item I ordered and have no plans to ever issue me a refund which is stealing.

Company previously operated under the name *** which is already under investigation by the Revdex.com. Some emails from Customer Care have come from "***. As with previous complaints about ***, items ordered were never delivered despite having charged my credit card. Customer service responses have given varying excuses for this. Company also will not issue refunds despite me never having received items because items purchased were "on sale." I have already disputed the charges with my bank.

This company charged me for dresses on the day of my order on 1/28. Today 3/11 I still have not received the dresses. Emailed customer service, they asked for 48 hours to review....it’s been 48 hours with no reply.

This company charged my card right away. More than 15 business days passed and my order never shipped. I inquired And was timed there was a delay and it would be an additional 7-10 days to ship the items. Well, 7-10 days came and went and still no shipment. I inquired multiple times. They then told me they received their shipment and were sorting it out and it would shipped out soon. I received and email that I had a tracking number for my shipment. Well the truth was they created a shipping label, but never brought my items to ***. It has been 30 business days since the order was placed and they only sent me a shipping email to shut me up, but never shipped the items. I commented on their *** page to warn other potential buyers and they deleted the comments and blocked my comments so unfortunately more and more people will get scammed. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered an item from their website on January 11, 2020, they charged my credit card that day and have yet to ship my item to me. I have contacted them several times, each time given some type of excuse. On March 2, 2020 they sent me tracking info but the only activity has been creating a label, which of course does not mean they have actually shipped the item. I noticed their email correspondence comes from *** and learned that business has an F rating and a large number of complaints against them.

Wish I had checked here before placing the order. This is a horrible company. Placed an order on January 17th and still don't have any product on March 10th. Needed the dresses for a trip in February, so I don't even need the dresses anymore. But was told that I can't get a refund because the dresses were on sale. Plan to dispute the charges on my credit card. It's so sad that terrible companies like this exist. Ugh!!

I have been waiting over a month for a dress I ordered. I have communicated withe customer service on 3 occasions and have gotten no where. They refuse to offer a refund or cancel my order because my item was on sale - but I still haven’t received an item. BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered an item on Feb 6 - a little girl’s princess dress for my daughter’s birthday (Feb 21). The receipt suggested the item would be delivered in 15 days. The week of her birthday, I still had not received a shipping notification. I reached out to the company and the customer service response was very vague and implied that I had missed an e-mail about a delay to my order. They said an additional 7-10 day delay to my order. I have contacted them multiple times since, and 34 days later, the item has still not even shipped. They offer these dresses on sale and then refused to cancel or refund my order even though I have still not received a product. So far I am just out $17 and feel scammed.

Do not order from this company, they will take your order and never deliver. They do not have a phone number and will only respond with the following vague email stating that they need more time and items are non-refundable.
