Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant While it is unfortunate that the complainant admittedly failed to renew their domain and it was ultimately acquired by another party GoDaddy cannot monitor the domain or website in question in the manner requestedOn the day of expiration the complainant's
purchased and agreed term of registration endedGoDaddy then provided a day grace period for the complainant to renew or redeem the domainGoDaddy had no control over their decisions in this matterWe also see no fraud occurring in this matter, the domain simply was not renewed by the complainant, followed the life cycle and was then legitimately acquired by another partyGoDaddy upheld its agreements with the complainantWe appreciate the complainant's candid feedback about our service levels and will ensure their concerns are fully reviewed by our customer care managersGoDaddy strives to offer the best service levels in the industry.GoDaddy also has new domain extensions available which may be suitable for their needsWe encourage them to review this information at ***.Thank you for the opportunity to address and bring clarity to the concerns presented by the complainant.Kindest Regards,*** ***Office of the CEO - GoDaddy

On September 7th, the *** *** *** *** (***) updated their Rate Calculator API which provides shipping rates to GoDaddy’s Quick Shopping Cart (QSC) There was an error that was affecting *** *** rates GoDaddy subsequently added the following System Announcement within the *** dashboard stating,
“Attention *** Users:
Effective September 7th, 2014, the U*** *** *** *** (***) has updated rates for various services and package typesYou can find more information on current rates by navigating to ***/ and examining any one of the price information data sheets located under the heading 'September Price Change Information.'
We have noticed that rates returned for *** *** have been significantly impacted by this update and you may want to disable *** *** as a shipping option to avoid under-charging for shipping
For any questions regarding these rate changes, please contact *** directly."
GoDaddy also notified the *** who resolved their issue on September 12,
Resolution:
GoDaddy has upheld its agreements in good faith with the customer and the errors with the *** shipping rates were outside of our control As GoDaddy’s QSC offers our customer’s various shipping options, it is up to our customers to decide which is best for their needs, modifying them as necessary
However, as a gesture of good will towards our customer, we have added three additional months of service to their Quick Shopping Cart ($value)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I want my domain back that I have owned for approximately years. This *** racketeer has no business using a local construction company’s trademarked domain to point to a fictitious *** *** website for women’s purses. These are fraudulent actions that are crimes, plain and simple. Go Daddy knew when they sold my domain to the *** that it was mine. This is blatantly obvious with the previous complaint that I filed with the Revdex.com. I do not care if they sent me e-mails wanting to sell my domain to me. I did not want to buy anything from them and already had the domain hosted/registered with another company. These are not honorable advertising and business tactics. What GoDaddy has done is ransomed my domain and offered it for sale for a mere $15-$and sold my livelihood to some *** in China that is misleading Americans and other people around the world that they are buying *** *** purses, when they are buying “knock offs”. I believe the news media and the general public would find this appalling: that an American company would resort to panhandling American companies’ websites and names to undeserving crooks overseas that can use the websites to boost their presence and criminal activity in our economy. GoDaddy can erase its wrong doing and stop this crime by merely instructing this *** crook that it issued the domain in error and refunding his money. This *** has no legitimate use for the domain, other than stealing my customer traffic to sell his “black market” purses, and he has essentially stolen my primary means of advertising for my business. There no telling how much money I will continue to lose. If the Revdex.com endorses this type of criminal business activity for one of its “members”, it will be an injustice for consumer protections. GoDaddy knows what it did and is doing is wrong and needs to correct its actions to remain a reputable business, one that can be endorsed by the Revdex.com

Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe have reviewed the complainant's correspondence and the GoDaddy account in question to which we would like to present the following
We stand by our previous response regarding the complainant's GoDaddy account and their Spam SettingsThe complainant has been advised that spam filtering for their email is through the use of the SpamAssassin utilityPlease also understand that as each customer has unique email, organizing and filtering needs the configuration of SpamAssassin is a customer responsibility
The complainant may find this SpamAssassin article helpful:

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Goddaddy "forgot" to mention that they have cancelled my domain with them (twenty) days BEFORE the official expiration date by the JP domain name authorities and held me hostage of either loose the domain or pay them the ransom of $140, they have also falsely claimed (you can ask them for the transcript of my written chat with their customer support agent) that this is a fee charged by the *** authorities and not by them, and this is also the way it is drafted on the invoice that I have received (and attached for you a copy as well) claiming that it is an EXTERNAL charge
For your information, the *** authorities charge redemption fee during the days AFTER the expiration date and not before
I am convinced that once the *** authorities learn the fraudulent action of Godaddy that claims to charge redemption fees on behalf of them, they will cut their business relations with them, it is simply a fraud.
Thank you for your efforts,
Regards,
