there are some offers where a product is offered at a free or reduced price, as an incentive for joining our membership program.  There is a monthly fee of $19.95 for this membership, but we also have a no contract, no hassle policy, where if you feel like you are not receiving the full value you can cancel at any time.  After reviewing Mr. [redacted]'s account, with the information provided, I was able to find a total of 4 orders from July of 2015.  Of those orders, 2 were free or reduced priced offers with a paid membership,those membership fees were refunded to him on 8/5 and 8/6 of 2015 and the memberships were also cancelled at that time.  I found no record of communication indicating that he did not receive the products he ordered, the products have not been refunded, and cannot be refunded now due to the age of the account.Unfortunately based on the name and email provided in the above request, I was not able to locate any additional or recent account information for Mr. [redacted]. I am rejecting this response because:  This message is not clear.  What date are you expected to get the product into your inventory?  When will you ship the product?  Will I be charged for this product, "if you ever receive it and ship it"?  I placed the order one day after I received the advertisement of the product, and Survival Life is claiming that it was already in backorder.  My opinion is, Survival Life is conducting a scam, and the product they advertised does not exists.  Again, if they can't deliver the product I ordered and paid for "in advance", then Survival Life should have not conducted such business.  I believe Survival Life's advertisements should be removed from the internet.
