At this time, I have been contacted directly by HelloFresh regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because they stated I double clicked activation code and had two subscriptions and that is why they kept sending me productI asked for explanation on to why a customer service rep did not contact me about this issue and how I was able to set up the account twice with same issue and items without a red flag going up- no response In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

After reviewing the customers confirmation email she received from us, I do agree that the customer deserves a full refund It looks like the customer has gone to their bank to dispute the charge, so she has already received a full refund From HelloFresh, I do sincerely apologize that this detail in the confirmation email was overlooked and that it took this long to come to this conclusion

I signed up online with this businessAfter a period of time, I went online to cancelA month later they sent another food box that I did not expect or wantI went online to cancel againThen, today I came home to another food boxAt $a box, it was an unhappy surpriseHelloFresh refused to refund any of my money and kept repeating that the entire situation was my faultI found their website to be confusing and the language misleading on how to cancel I would be very careful before starting a subscription with this company

I got a free trial for Hello Fresh, but never got the package, and never received an email confirmation that it was shipped or deliveredThen, they charged me $and would not refund it when I explained the situationI would not recommend this company to anyone$is nothing to sniff at

Horrible customer service! I am amazed that are in still in business at this pointI have to assume the customer service employees are so rude because they must deal with a lot of disgruntled customersUnknown to myself and my husband, we had two accountsWe only could see one account which caused us a lot of confusion when we were being charged after we believed we cancelled the accountWhen we called to complain about this, we were over talked, talked down to, and generally dismissedReally shockingApparently we were even speaking with a manager - yikes! We are reporting this charge as fraudulent because we did not authorize it or know about it If you purchase a groupon with Hellofresh, buyer beware, you will have two accounts but only able to see one of them

I received a HelloFresh box as a wedding gift from a friendIn order to redeem, I had to give a credit card number in addition to a shipping address but I did not actively sign up for the subscription; rather, I simply followed the steps for redeeming a prepaid giftI received the box and enjoyed itI would consider using such a service in the future - yet, I got an email this morning saying my first paid-for-box had shippedI instantly called HelloFresh - within minutes of receiving the email - saying I did not want it nor had I requested itAll I had done was redeem a giftTwo customer service reps refused to refund the chargeI called my credit card company to file a dispute for deceptive billing practicesIt was shocking to me that they refused to refund the chargeTerrible business practicesAvoid using this company

This customer reached out to us because she was unhappy about receiving another box and said that it was because had made our cancellation process purposefully difficult to do Unfortunately, at the time of her correspondence, a box was already on the way to her and we were unable to cancel it (we require days notice), so we could not refund her for the delivery Our refund policy is to give credit, whenever there is a need to do so, towards a future delivery This customer had not made meal choice, so she received our automatic menu, but since she stated she would not be able to eat all three meals, we did a customer service gesture and credited her for one of those meals From our Terms and Conditions concerning our refunds policy: For any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us in accordance with clause that you do not agree to a change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you consider that the Product is defective), we will notify you of your refund, if any, via phone or e-mail within a reasonable period of timeWe will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within days of the day we confirmed to you via phone or e-mail that you were entitled to a refundIf all or part of a Product (Defective Item) is defective, we will credit you an amount equivalent to the value of the Defective Item towards a future purchase, including any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in refusing the Defective Item
