issued, as requestedI still feel that the company has to make serious improvements to their policies and the manner in which they are presented to customersTheir policies are not at all friendly to the consumer and require sifting not only through the fine print, but having to find exactly where that fine print is on their websiteAnyone dealing with this company would be wise to be wary and fully acquaint themselves with the HelloFresh website, policies, FAQ, and all fine print before proceedingThis is not a user friendly subscription service like those provided by other online companies, such as *** ***, or even most magazine subscriptionsHowever, they did make an effort to remedy complaints issued by myself and others (via ***) and were helpful in ultimately resolving my complaint

I gave Hello Fresh a tryI liked the introductory price, and would have gladly continued with the service if the price were not so much higher
I was very pleased with the quality of the food, and by following the instructions, I found that all of the dishes in my meal were finished at exactly the same time! The meals were delicious and well thought out, with precise and detailed instructions
The only down side is the price - which works out to not much less than buying the meal at a restaurantGranted, the instructions, the planning, and the delivery deserve to be paid forIt's just a little higher than I care to spend every week for three meals

You have obviously not read my complaintYou demonstrate a total lack of understanding of the facts of the caseRead my complaint first---thenI do not need you to explain how a subscription service works. You should not have spoken down to meYou and I both know HelloFresh tried to cheat me, first by billing me for the free gift sent by my friend and then by trying to force me into a weekly subscription because I didn't UNCHECK a box. Forcing me to provide my billing information in order to even receive the present sent to me by my girlfriend is proof of a sneaky business model in my opinionI feel like you were trying to scam me all alongI offered to return the unsolicited box of food you sent to our homeIt is not my fault you would not take the food back, and so I will not accept only half of my money as a refundI have been cheated and if you want your record cleared with the Revdex.com , you will have to make me wholeShame on HelloFresh, you ruined what was supposed to be a lovely "thank you" present between friends. *** *** ***

Hi ***,I have reviewed your account and it seems that you scheduled your cancellation for 7/**You then paused Week but not Week which is why you were billed for and recieved a boxI understand that this was probably unintentional and a supervisor should have called you back
For this reason I have issued a refund for half of this boxThat refund will take 3-business days to processWe do hope this helps

I was a customer of Hello Fresh and cancelled because of problems with the service I recently decided to give it another try, and re-activated my account I was supposed to receive my first box yesterday, but it never arrived I was left with no groceries for the evening, and had to go out to the store (with my two young kids) to purchase food I called Hello Fresh today, and they said "oops, it's the weather!", and that I would receive the box today I told them it was too late, that I didn't want the box They told me that they would not cancel the delivery and that I could not refuse delivery They refused to my money for the order I've opened a dispute with my credit card company because Hello Fresh's customer service (agent = Cherish) is rude and a nightmare to deal with

I decided to cancel my complaint against Hellofresh because I don't think I will get my money backI contacted Hello fresh and spoke to Julian and I have decided to take what they were selling which is a box of their food productsI will get a box of their food products this Saturday February *, This company Hellofresh is determined not to give me my money backI know not order anything from them ever again
