service throughout the checkout process, so there is no confusion We also send reminder emails to pick your meals the day of cutoff, to ensure that all of our customers are reminded that there is a box coming the following week. Your subscription is flexible, in that you can pause your deliveries for weeks you'd like to skip your box shipment. The only communication/response that I have received from Hello Fresh have been emails to "rate their service." I spoke with several different people at Hello Fresh initially before I filed the Revdex.com complaint. Apparently their system automatically generates an email response once a customer has contacted them. I continue to be bombarded with emails from them asking whether the result of that communication is "Good - I'm satisfied" or "Bad - I'm unsatisfied." Each time I have selected "Bad - I'm unsatisfied." In turn, I get yet another email asking me to rate their service. It is a cycle. There is never an offer to correct the problem or refund my money. I read a number of other similar complaints on the Revdex.com site wherein people experienced the exact same thing as I did. This indicates to me that there is a greater problem that is not being addressed. The bottom line is I want a refund, I did not authorize the charge. They still have failed and refused to refund my money. If this type of business practice continues, I will expect to see a class action suit against them at some point because this practice is unethical and fraudulent

possible it went to your spam folderHowever, when you cancelled for those weeks the confirmation email sent did indicate your next delivery would be on 7/*We do not currently send emails notifying you that you are coming off of pause because of this initial confirmationI do understand that you would have preferred a service like this and it is something that I will be sharing with my team, but we did make you aware when you first paused in May that the service would resume on 7/*Receiving meal choice emails are not related to being notified you were coming off pauseIt's just not something we currently doAt this time, the agents you spoke to were correct, we cannot stop this box nor can we refund the boxIf there is a meal you cannot eat in the box because you did not make meal choice, I can credit you for that meal and I can confirm your subscription is cancelled

My daughter in law used *** ** to have a gift sent to me from Hello Frest was a coupon for meals to be delivered to my house in ArizonaI went on the Hello Fresh website submitted my gift code for $and put all my shipping info in and when I went to submit my order a payment method came up and required my credit card infoI did not want to give this info and felt that I should not because it is a giftI called Hello Fresh customer service and waiting min on the phone then was disconnectedI sent an emailThey responded by saying that someone was looking into my inquiryThen I called the company again this time waited minutes and finally spoke to a representativeShe said the they require a credit card # from me because there is a $charge and it can not be submitted without this infoI had read other reviews about this company that was they have your credit card # they keep charging you for future orders until you stopI feel this is wrongSo I told my daughter in law to try to get her money back from *** ** since this is not fair business practiceThe customer service rep was very short with me and rude

I signed up for this service on the recommendation of a friendThe first week I tried them, I was able to use a coupon to save $on the week's mealsWe had a huge snowstorm the week the box was to be delivered, but HelloFresh stayed in communication with me to let me know that my box would be delivered lateI appreciated the update, and when the food did arrive, we were pretty pleased with what was includedMy second box was scheduled to arrive on 1/**My *** account was debited $on 1/** ahead of the deliveryThe delivery never arrivedI called HelloFresh on 2/* to find out what was happening, but was on hold for 20+ minutes before I had to hang upI sent an email inquiring and got no responseOn 2/*, I sent yet another email, called again and wrote an inquiry on their *** pageI was on hold for at least minutes this time before someone picked up and I explained my concernI was told that *** does not have refrigeration space, so when they realized my order would not be delivered on time, they threw it awayShe offered to give me a credit on my account, but I had already cancelled my account and told her I just wanted a refundShe agreed to send the refundAfter we hung up, I got a confirmation email from her showing that my account had been credited $So I replied to her saying I was charged $Apparently I won't see the full $until 3-business days have passed, for some reasonLastly, it looks like my *** post has been deletedSo rather than address my post, they just took it off of their page altogetherThey seem to have done the same to a few others who had posted unfavorable comments on their page that I saw when I posted my ownHowever, all the positive posts showing delicious meals and praise for their company are still postedI would not recommend HelloFresh, by any meansI have tried *** *** as well, and they were far more organized, professional and customer oriented

Hello Fresh Customer service e-mailed me to say that because I never stopped shipments or canceled, they could not refund me my paymentHowever, they claim to send e-mail reminders to pick the meals for upcoming boxes and I have explained that I never received that emailTherefore, I was never informed that I would receive thisIt was sent without my knowledge or my consent and that is why I would like a refund.
